I went with 7 inches of hair asked for a low fade and to cut 1 1/2 inches, came out with a skin fade and less than 2 inches of hair. Worst hair cut in my life. I can not even comb my hair because he left a bunch of baby hairs. DO NOT GO unless you have ultra short hair or you just got dump.

First and last time I’ll go here! A few months ago I decided to try this place out. I had let my hair grow so I could try something new. I told the female barber that I wanted something edgy and wanted to keep the length. The next thing out of her mouth was: “well I can cut it short and leave it about an inch at the top”…..I interrupted and told her that an inch at the top will give me a flattop look. She COMPLETELY IGNORED what I had told her. Needles to say I walked out of there with a regular NON-Edgy haircut. She totally lacked vision and creativity, which was the main reason I came here.

Amazing place the barbers are straight to it and take very little time and the atmosphere is very nice if kids come in they change the music to something more appropriate and just overall amazing place.

Itzel was amazing!!!! Loved my haircut. She is very detailed. Professional, and shows attention to detail. I was amazed that a girl haircut could be so satisfying at a barber shop. Thank u for an excellent experience and results. Will definitely return !!!

Great location and place. Easy to set up an appointment online. Outstanding haircut at a competitive price. They do straight razor shave on the side. Wish they took credit card though.

I get my hair cut by Tony from here. My cousins also get their hair cut here. They are all top notch with great attention to detail. Tony especially is highly recommended. He’s a good guy too. Recommend booking an appointment in advance because they are usually pretty busy.

I had a hard time finding a good barber at beard trims until today. Tony is that guy, he listened to exactly what I asked for and delivered. 11/10 forsure.

I've gotten my hair cut by Sal, Tony, and Oliver, and none of them disappoint. Booking is always straightforward and the barbers are always ready when you walk in, even when you're early to your appointment. The cuts are always fresh and crisp, and they'll take their time & any adjustments you ask to get your cut just how you want it. Very friendly environment, no matter if it's busy or slow in the shop. Definitely recommend these guys!

My friend is way too forgiving to this place. The first time he had a haircut here it was great - here we are a year later with off and on visits (because of inconsistency) and yet again he was totally disappointed. He is just too nice to say anything. But it needs to be said so I can save others their money and time, or the stylists/barbers here can take notice and start to brush up on their techniques. I just don’t understand how he goes in with long hair everytime - shows them a picture and comes out completely different from what he has requested EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always end up giving him a fade of some sort, the sides are uneven, the neck is so high up. The guy just wants a simple basic cut. 🙄 Just horrible. How do you let a client walk out like that knowing you did complete opposite of what he asked for? And even if he did say anything it’s too late - you’ve already taken way too much off to fix the mess. Such a nice establishment but the lack of attention to clients wants/needs just puts a bad taste in my mouth. We do not recommend this business anymore.

Poco profesionales, por más que uno diga como quiere el corte, no hacen caso y te lo cortan como mejor les parezca. Varias veces dije que solo quería un corte de los lados y de la parte de arriba solo un despunte, pero no me entendieron o no quisieron entender y me lo cortaron como a ellos están acostumbrados con sus clientes frecuentes. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen

Superb cut. I get cut by Tony every time I go, he knows exactly what he's doing. Clean lines and fresh fades. Very professional environment and everyone is always polite. If you live in El Paso, this is where you need to get your hair cut, hands down.

The Customer service was good but after a few days of thinking I will say I won’t be going back and will never recommend anyone to come here. I respect the barber but $50 for a WALK IN haircut in actually insane. I get it times are rough but was not worth the money, took 30 minutes to cut my hair can’t even honestly say it was a good cut. Also don’t be fooled when they start offering you “Free” drinks. The only reason I paid the $50 is because I showed up 3 days before Christmas and I convinced myself it was a holiday fee.

This barber shop sets aside all shops in El Paso. It has a great atmosphere, extremely organized and friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new barber, be sure to ask for Eddie!

Made a 9 am appointment on the website and received a confirmation text. I mad an appointment with Marco but then was told there were two Marcos. Then I was told that the systems were switched. So no one was available to give me a cut. I would have to wait for someone to come in. Very frustrating and disappointing. I’ve heard great things but this wasn’t the case.

Went in for a hair dye procedure with Lorri, and she literally missed the color that i wanted which at the moment i wasn't making a big deal about it as she was trying to fix it. At the end she left me to re-dye my hair at home (including bleaching) i paid her in full with tip because she was actually really nice, but then she proceeded to blocking my number after telling me to call or text if i needed any help or had any questions. Very unprofessional and shameful from her part. I was still willing to work with her but since she blocked my number i decided to let other people know about this experience.

Went in for a haircut was seen right away. Told the barber I want a couple inches off the top and a 1 on the sides. He cut the top maybe half and inch did the sides put product in my hair and said alright you’re done. Told him I wanted way more off the top and he said he can’t because he already put product in it. I guess shame on me for making an appointment close to closing because he clearly just wanted to go home.

Booked an appointment with Eddie for my first real haircut since COVID hit and it was a great experience. I came in with only a vague idea of what I wanted done and he was able to work wonders. I will definitely be going back.

Ivonne did an amazing job on my 4 year old son. She is the first to actually cut his hair the way we asked. She was also very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She did such and amazing job on my sons hair that my husband ended up scheduling an appointment for himself. I definitely recommend Ivonne.

Really disappointed. I walk in and the barbers are available, no customers at all, the store is empty. They say they are booked till 1pm. How can you be booked when no one is even in your shop. 😥

Walked in expecting the best, walked out with so much disappointment. Not only was I used as a Guinea pig for a new barber but didn’t even give me the haircut that I asked for. I asked for a high skin fade Mohawk and what was given was more of a low mid fade. I walked in there at 2:05 left the place at 3:07 and that’s cause the “barber” only gave me the fade and didn’t even touch the top of my hair which I had asked him to do so from the beginning I asked for a small trim on top. The guy was taking so long I had to ask him to ask someone else to finish the fade if that’s what you would call a finished fade.
