My mom is a happy customer, and she brought me into this lovely place. I went for the first time today, and I was so pleased with the experience. She was friendly and detail-oriented, which you really want when you let someone else cut your hair. I plan to return.

I have been going to La Beaute for the better part of 17 years for haircuts and have never been disappointed. The owner is an incredibly kind, caring, individual who does her best to work with her customers. There have been many occasions where at the last minute she has been able to quickly work me into her schedule when I had to attend a special event. Her work is top notch and I would definitely recommended her for anyone looking for a quality haircut. In regards to the negative review, I can only assume that they accidentally reviewed the wrong location (there is a different barber next door). Diane has been nothing but wonderful for all the time I have known her.

The older lady was confrontational when asking what haircut style I wanted. She was non cooperative and I should've gotten out right there. Giving her the benefit of a doubt, I let her cut to my regret: the result was uneven. After she finally admitted to missing some spots, she became rude and sarcastic. I left quickly before she did any more damage.
