I recently had a haircut with Queeny, and I was absolutely delighted with the experience! She is a true professional who listened carefully to my preferences and delivered exactly what I envisioned. Queeny’s attention to detail and skill are remarkable. She took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and the result was fantastic. I left feeling confident and happy with my new look. On top of her expertise, Queeny was warm, friendly, and made the entire appointment enjoyable. I’m so glad I chose her and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut and a wonderful experience!

With Asian hair, big color changes scare a lot of hair stylist. I knew that when I move back to the Bay Area, that I can find an experienced colorist. I am so lucky to find Helen who took me on, listen to my needs. You can tell she has 24 years of experience with her ability to get the foils on with precision and quickness. A great neighborhood shop with walk in availability.

Extremely overpriced for very low quality services. I got a new set of acrylics here a week ago and one of them is already starting to lift. I was charged $85 for a very basic design on the acrylics. The gel polish they use is extremely cheap as one of my toes chipped from me merely bumping into something. Do not go here & waste your money!

Had an incredible experience at this vintage-inspired salon that transported me to the 80s with its vibrant colors, reminiscent of a classic beauty salon. The ambiance was adorable, making it a delightful visit. The staff, especially Lisa, was exceptionally friendly and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like home. As someone who is particular about hair salons, I can confidently say this place exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in until the end of my visit, everything felt amazing. The deep conditioning treatment, courtesy of Lisa, worked wonders on my hair, leaving it exceptionally smooth. Her artistry in styling my hair was simply gorgeous, and I’ve attached some photos to showcase the fantastic work. I wholeheartedly rate this place a perfect 10 out of 10. If you’re in the area and looking for top-notch service, this is the place to be. They even offer nail services, ensuring a one-stop solution for all your beauty needs. Highly recommended!

I had my haircut with QUEENIE! She is very friendly and great at cutting men's hair. I showed her a photo of a taper fade and she did it really well, I recommend to give it a go and ask for QUEENIE!

Not particularly the best of the bay beauty parlor, however when unable to get an appt. With my usual stylist I end up at "bella imagen" I feel that they (salon employees) definitely need to do some improvement in highlights, color coordination is a big issue in my humble opinion. I ask for a certain color (dye) even show a pix with an idea of how I would like it, but always ends up a different color or shade different from the one I chose. 4 year's ago I went for the first time, 2 weeks ago I got hair done thinking ok. So many year's working with hair they would have the knowledge. But again I wasn't 💯 percent satisfied, but in a ok. Level

1 star review for Lisa did not do a satisfactory job on a touch up. Looked uneven and just not leaving feel good about my apperance. Very pushy with add ons and extra. Skip for lack of customer service and professionalism.

Considering the salon was near empty they seemed to rush a bit, manicure was a bit painful. I’d suggest, don’t rush and don’t push other services so hard. Asking once is fine but multiple times is discouraging.

Helen did The highlights for me and my cousins. It was our first time getting hair colored. She is explained everything and did a satisfactory job. I have curly hair and her recommendations worked really well.

She rushed through my nails and didn’t communicate with me. She also didn’t cut my cuticle. She didn’t disinfect the utensils used on me. I also noticed the she stored back the used liquid monomer back in the container, which was already brown looking.One of my nails fell off five days after I got them done. I noticed that my nail was yellow so I got scared and took them all off. I confirmed my suspicions, all of my nails were yellow and thin. Please do not get your nails done here.

Helen, the owner of this salon is very professional and always highlights my hair. She always does a fantastic job. She also waxes my eyebrows. I recommend making an appt with Helen to have your hair done. Everyone in her salon does 5 star work! I’ve been going to this salon for 10+ years.

I got acrylics done 2 weeks ago by this salon and they were horrible! The second we walked in they were being very nice but the lady rushed my nails so much and didn't communicate with me properly so I had no idea what she was going to do. The quality of the nails are horrible, and 2 of my nails broke off within one week. Very thin material for $50! Don't waste your money here.

This place is very close to home, so I thought I'd check it out. I had my gel nails done elsewhere, and brought them here for a refill with wonderful results. If that was the end of the story, I'd have gladly left a five-star review. On Nov 20th, 2021, I went in to get them removed. The process went as follows: • Grab an un-modified fake nail • Pry off each gel nail This not only drew blood from my left hand's middle finger at the time, but also severely damaged my already-somewhat-fragile real nails to such an extent that they are still recovering poorly (yes, two months later). My real nails are growing back in ways that are easy to split (and in many cases have done so), I've had to apply clear coat nail polish to protect them as they grow back in. I'm new to having my nails "done" so I was not aware that other salons take more serious precautions and care, including a soaking of one's fingers to make the removal easier. Had I known that, I'd have protested FAR stronger at the time. If you're going to get a set of acrylics/gel nails or a refill, sure, La Bella will do the trick. But I cannot recommend them for gel or acrylic nail removal.
