Megan was fantastic. Myself and two daughters went. Took us right away. However, Megan kept getting called away to do waxing and other things so it made for a very long pedicure. Manicure went much quicker. She was fantastic and very enjoyable to talk with. Would request her again.

They do ok nails, depending who you get. I wouldn’t recommend the guys that work here, but I’m not a fan of male pedicurists anyway so that just may be my own bias. (Justin isn’t bad at feet) However, I will complain about the inability of this salon to manage appointments. I made an appointment for 1:30 and I’m still sitting here at 2:15. I’m definitely just gonna leave. But it’s very frustrating and this isn’t the first time this has happened. They also take walk-ins and prioritize whoever comes first. That’s fine, but then stop taking appointments. Pick a lane. So, this is not the place to come if you have something to do after this, if you value punctuality and customer service.

This place is excellent and has excellent services and very professional and welcoming. I will be coming back for sure to see my new nail tech Andy whom I must say did an excellent job on my nails and feet, didn't rush and mind you I was a walk in. Again everyone was very professional and very kind. Ladies I suggest yall come here and get your nails and other services done here.

I had the best experience today with Lina! I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted!! She even went out of her way to find the glitter I wanted 💖 This is my second time back and they did AMAZING!! I will be back in 3 weeks and I’m bringing everyone!! Phots from both times! Unfortunately I don’t remember who did my nails the first time, i believe she is the owner very lovely too! Just over all 10 outta 10 ✨🙏🏽

I had a horrible experience. Where do I even begin? For starters they told me a price that they did not stick to. I initially told them that I wanted acrylic on my feet as well before I even sat down they gave me a price and then later critiqued everything about why it should be higher, to where I didn’t get my toes done which I needed more than the nails. I am going to the beach hence the summer colors and the flower. Instead I got candy corn looking nails and it’s July. The color scheme is backwards, and way off. It was supposed to be peach up top and the tangerine down bottom where the sunflower was supposed to be. He tells me at the very end my nails aren’t long enough to do the 3d flower that I should draw it on, If he did that he would have to charge me.When he had the picture from the jump. They are all different lengths. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was like 12 and I just turned 37, I've NEVER been this unsatisfied with my nails as I am now. All around terrible experience. Then they were getting rude with me telling me I got a good deal. Smh

This place is top notch! The facilities are clean and beautiful, the staff are professional, and the atmosphere is soothing! A wonderful place especially for plus size women. ❤

Horrible. The lady cut my toe and rushed through the pedicure, didn’t even scrape off all of the previous nail gel. My toe was bleeding and she just kept wiping the blood and patting my toe.

I had an amazing experience! I went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. The staff who helped me was brand new and it was her first day. I must say, she did an amazing job on my dip - she took her time and the results were fantastic! It can get busy- I recommend you make an appointment- especially on weekends.

I made an appointment a week in advance for 5:45. I wasn’t taken back until almost 7. It then took another hour and a half to get the fill. Kim was running around doing other things and rushing when doing my nails. This caused her to bend my real nail backward so far that it started to bleed. She then drilled and filed each of my nails for 2 minutes straight and continuously hit my skin causing it to bleed. I have been coming to this nail salon for a while and I never had an experience like this.

I saw Julie for over two years at LA Belle Nail salon . When the place changed owners , Julie stayed and stuck it out !! Sad to say the salon has consistently gone down hill . I'm excited to say I have found Julie at Europe Nails in Ross Park Mall

I walked in with my daughter for a pedicure and a full set With my daughter. They waited on three other people prior to me. My daughter had her toes done and her nails done. I finally complained, and I was given a gift certificate, which I passed off to someone else l’ll never be back. They need to pay attention to who comes in first. They even had me in the chair next to my daughter and still I didn’t get a pedicure unbelievable

DONT HAVE KIM DO YOUR NAILS. I came in yesterday to get a fill. I have never been here before but wanted to give it a shot. It was a busy Friday morning. I did not have an appointment. I went in around 10am and they had me in a chair at 10:30am. My old acrylics weren’t that bad, I had 2 nails break with them being 6 weeks grown. My nail tech (Kim) recommended that I get a brand new set. I told her as long as I can leave by noon. That was fine. She continued to file, and file, and file my nails. She got up multiple times to answer the phone and multiple times to do other various things. I do understand that this is a business to run and I was happy that she was being attentive to other customers, but I wish more employees would’ve helped step in. Anyways, I could believe that she filed a single nail for at least 2 minutes. The filing tool continued to hit my skin to a point to where my pinky actually had cut through skin and bled. I was nice and didn’t say anything until 2 HOURS into my nails getting done. My nails got so sensitive to where I kept jolting back when she would hit my skin. She was very nice and continued to apologize to getting up and helping people. But that is no excuse for the damage she did. I was finally done at 12:40pm….over 2 hours. A girl came in and got a mani and pedi faster than me. I went into the car crying. I now had to rush to be ready and at work at 2pm. At work, continuously helping bartenders, the citrus burned so bad on my fingers. Washing my hands barely helped and the hot water was even more painful. This morning I showered and washed my hair. The soap and hot water stung my nails. My hair wasn’t helping either when it was gliding along my cuts. The inside of this place is nice, prices were eh. But I can promise you, this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had. I recently got engaged, (hence the white nails) and I’m now too embarrassed to even show off my ring and fingers because of my nasty cuts. My supposed to be pretty hands are ugly and once they heal I’ll be going somewhere else. Thank you Kim.
