Today was my first time getting a facial at Eleven Eleven Day Spa and to say the least, my experience was AMAZING!!! Parking was great! I was greeted with a smile as soon as entered the door! My esthetician’s name was YaYa and she was GREAT as well! Very informative as to what products would work best with my skin, what foods to shy away from if I want my problem areas to improve and a host much needed, great information! As for the facial itself, TOP TIER!!! My favorite part was the extractions! I even took a nap during the service (it was that relaxing)! I left looking a lot better than what I walked in the door and I’ll definitely be back monthly!

I guess I am the odd man out. I was really looking forward to this appointment. Traveled 91 miles for it. Upon arrival(I was maybe 5-7 min early) Yatisha arrived same time as me. The first 10-15 minutes of my appointment was her setting up. I had to use the restroom so once I came out I walked over to the front desk and she directed me to the room. I went in, put my stuff in the basket and then sat on the bed waiting. I waited for maybe 5 minutes before I noticed the face steamer was on and maybe I should lay down? Idk because I had never been here before. As soon as I laid down she came in and turned off the steamer, asked me to scoot all the way up and then left again. No “just a moment,” or “be right back.”Another 5-10 min and she returns. She told me I booked the acne service but didn’t see any active acne and proceeded to go over skin triggers etc. I told her that I wasn’t sure what to book and even messaged her on ig prior where she replied saying if that’s what I thought I needed to book it. Okay cool. So I get there and I’m told I don’t have acne but she is gonna go ahead and do the acne facial anyway - but recommends I make an appointment for microneedling. But if I don’t have acne and I came to a professional to see what I needed why still do an acne facial? I’ve had several acne facials and they always include extractions but she stated I had maybe one or two extractions and that’s it. 🥲 So two masks later where I was again left in the room for 10-15 minutes and $180 later I felt dumb and could’ve did that at home. I left and cut my losses. I wish it was a different experience for me. I let her know I was just trying to get my face looking better before my wedding next year. :-/ She seemed distracted, everyone has off days so it is what it is. Overall the spa is very clean.

Ya-Ya is very knowledgeable about the skin and what treatments to use to best help your skin flourish and thrive. I am forever grateful for all her help with my PCOS scars and will definitely recommend her to anyone struggling trying to maintain healthy skincare regiment.

Ashley is hands down amazing! I went in for a slimming and detox service and from start to finish, it was such a lovely experience. She took the time to explain the process with each step, provide me with all of the informative benefits and next steps on how to best achieve maximum results. I’ve already booked my next 2 sessions and I’m looking forward to the journey of getting back to a healthy lifestyle while utilizing her services to help along with the journey. The spa ambiance is a vibe to top it off! I snagged a great deal and have been spreading the word with all my friends and fam! Thanks again Ashley!

I met with Ashley and she is amazing. She did a body sculpting package and she explained everything she was doing. She was very kind as she was performing the services. The shop is an A+ rating! It’s quiet and private. She thoroughly made my experience, enjoyable and special.

Yesterday was such an amazing experience! I saw Ashley for a Slimming and Detox service and after one service I can already see a difference. Not only was she patient with explaining the treatment when I scheduled my appointment, but she took the time to explain everything step by step during the appointment. It's such a lovely location!!
