Beware I had lash lift that burned my lashes. I did a lash lift in October and ended up with my eyelashes looking differently curled from one another. When I told the lady that they are not even she called the manager and they agreed that it looks weird so they offered to do it again if I had an extra hour. I agreed and they gave me 10% off. After the second hour the eyelashes were still different but I didn’t complain cus I could tell that they can’t do anything about it, they are not skilled enough and I wanted to leave asap. When I got home and looked at a better light I saw my eyelashes burned from the middle to the top and looking light brown. I normally have thick dark lashes. When I was washing the eyes the next day( when it’s allowed ) the lashes started to fall off. I called the salon and they said they can offer me a free tint and the manager will call me. Nobody called. I’ve been doing eyelash lift for 5 years at various places and never had this happen to me. I’ve even done it myself at home and I know how this service should look like. This is my first bad review I am leaving and just want people to be aware to not get this service here and to know the place is not professional.

I got my eyebrows waxed here and am incredibly disappointed, especially considering all the positive reviews here. I asked for a “clean up” and nearly half of one of my eyebrows was taken off. Meanwhile, several spots were missed on my other eyebrow.

I’ve been getting Hydrafacials every month for the past 4 years. This was the first time I’ve tried it at this location and I won’t be returning for the following 4 reasons. I never write reviews but I slept on it and felt I had to provide my feedback given the number of reviews with 5 star service (which I’m convinced are not real reviews). Service: Facial for filtering purposes. 1. I spontaneously walked in to book an appointment and was told they couldn’t figure it out on the computer because they don’t typically work the front desk. odd but not a problem so I did it myself on my phone while standing there. I also confirmed that at my appt I could use the 20% off for first time customers which was advertised at the desk while I was there. I was told yes. This will come into play later… 2. The Hydrafacial is a typical systematic routine. Cleanse, peel, extractions, infusion/hydrate (peptides). I was shown in advance the boosters such a britenol and regen which is my personal favorite. I was grateful they had the 30% peel for the peel step as that is more concentrated than the glysal peel and what I have always received from other providers. I appreciated they stocked the 30% peel as it is the strongest and what my skin is used to! However, for the original price @ $235 + an over 20% tip, a booster should have been included based on previous conversations when I booked the appointment & competitive pricing and it was not. It was just the basic/standard Hydrafacial process despite having the booster serums available for a deluxe Hydrafacial routine. 3. Please update your description for what you call the nurture facial (Hydrafacial) as “hand reflexology” was not included in my service. Not a big deal for me personally but nonetheless it was advertised as such and not part of the service I received. 4. Upon checkout, I provided the 20% off on the back of the business card that I was told I could use. While checking out, I was told my card on file would be charged once I left. Red flag #1. As I’m walking down the street I get a notification that the full price was charged to my account. I had already tipped over 20% on the full price amount (not the discounted amount) via cash so I was very displeased. Turned around because I hadn't gotten far and asked for it to be rectified. I was assured I would get 20% off and it would be recharged after her last appointment concluded since the client arrived while I was paying. instead, I was charged the member price which was still greater than what was agreed. At this point I find it odd you mischarged someone not once but twice. This feels intentional as a result and not a simple mistake. I am convinced this business is fraudulent and doesn’t do what they say. I am not sure if they thought I just wouldn’t see the charge or care, but this is not professional. Champagne was a nice touch but not enough to make up for all of the above. Wanted to like this place especially due to a convenience in location but it’s a no for me due to price, professionalism, service satisfaction and overall transparency. Beware.

Updating to add a review for Krystle as well -- she's amazing! She did a very thorough yet gentle cleansing, extractions, and exfoliation, and dreamy face and shoulder massages too. She's also a super sweet person! -- Julianna did an awesome job today with my lash lift. She's always so careful and does a great job with facials too! I've also gotten great facials with Josie, who is very thorough and takes care not to overexfoliate etc.

Julianna waxes her clients so well, that I'm one who drives to the City from the East Bay just for her! She's kind and competent and thorough and clean and knowledgeable and a great conversationalist and in my opinion, a gift from the Lord!! Went here for my first ever lash treatment. Did a lash lift and tint because I was looking for more of an 'I woke up like this' no makeup makeup outcome. I was really nervous going in after seeing so many horror stories of lash lifts gone wrong online, but the experience and the results were perfect. Josie walked me through everything she was doing since she knew I was new to the process, and I walked out 50 mins later with exactly what I was looking for. Wish I could upload a photo but wanted to write this either way for anyone like me who might be worried about trying it for the first time.

In town for the night and really wanted to pamper myself. The moment I walked in Josie was extremely approachable! I was able to book a same day facial and I’m so glad I did! My skin looks and feels amazing! Josie was attentive to my needs and super sweet! Can’t wait to come back !

So happy with my facial and lashes! I just flew in and looked up somewhere in SF and although La Boutique was a little further, it was well worth the trip. Will definitely be back next time im in town

I came here for a facial and lash fill and not only did I have a subpar experience, I have realized that most of their reviews are fake. Somehow most of their customers went to the SAME salon in Dallas, Texas and then teleported to this salon in San Francisco. My facial was enjoyable although I’m still new to it, so take that with a grain of salt. My lash fill was really bad. It only took 30 minutes total and I was not asked about my preferred style/length, and then they all started falling out within the hour of me leaving. I had several people point out how messy/clumpy my extensions were when no one has ever commented on them in 4 years. A week later and most of it is gone. I’m still giving 2 stars because I managed to get a partial refund and the facial was good, but the dishonest review practice I discovered + my lash fill has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back.
