Encontre este lugar por que me queda cercas de mi casa, leí las reseñas y solo vi una mala. Aun asi decidí ir para probar suerte. Llegue en la mañana entre al lugar no son capaces de decir “hola” “buenos dias” “nos espera un momento”simplemente nos ignoraron como si no estuviéramos, volteo una chica de pelo negro y tampoco nos digo absolutamente nada, no estoy esperando que me saquen plática simplemente que nos oriente y nos hagan sentir cómodos a los clientes. Despues de varios minutos me preguntan si tengo cita les contesto que no. cheque su website antes de ir y no dice nada de que tienes que hacer cita, asi que preferi irme. El servicio al clientes es súper importante, creo que llegar a un lugar donde te reciben asi da cero confianza dejarse cortar el pelo o ganas de volver.

I came with my husband because he needed a haircut, we walked in there was 3 hair stylist they all looked at us but didn't say a word we sat down and waited for a few minutes we were never welcomed, we waited a bit longer and decided to just leave they can't even have the education to say Hi or anything I won't be coming here again!!

The location is perfect and beautiful! I haven't been in this center for a long time and I was impressed by the recent remodeling. A lot of light and parking. They even have security making sure everything is smooth. Love the place!

Xochitl la Diva siempre me pinta el cabello a mi gusto y aparte me peina y me lo corta. Siempre quedó muy satisfecha con su trabajo, es muy profesional. Yo la recomiendo al 100%

Truly, these ladies went above and beyond for me... I had yellow blonde hair they toned it gave me icy locks....each lady here is talented sweet as can be! I highly suggest them.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..Queen of Hollywood..
