I WILL GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR! I CAME IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE MY LITTLE BOYS NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM VERY BAD AND COULD NOT WAIT. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE SENT ME TO POPEYES NEXT DOOR SO I WENT, BUT POPEYES RESTROOMS WERE NOT WORKING. I CAME BACK TO THE NAIL SALON AND WAS TURNED AWAY AGAIN EVEN AFTER OFFERING TO BUY SOMETHING SO THAT MY 2 ELEMENTARY KIDS CAN USE THE RESTROOM. THEY LOOKED AT ME IN A CONDESCENDING WAY. RACIST PLACE!!!

I have been before and had a great experience, however, I am pretty disappointed with this most recent visit. The staff was very nice, but my manicure is already chipping, not even 1 week later and it has a very lumpy look. I had gotten my nails done for a wedding I was attending and unfortunately did not have time to get them fixed before the event.

Good service but a bit pricey. It was $97 for a gel basic pedicure and eyebrows. Still not sure if I was over charged or was that their prices.

This is my favorite nail salon ever! So professional. Nails turn out perfectly every and last for such a long time! Their environment is clean, calm, and quiet environment versus the hectic loud nail salons in the area. Could not say enough about this practice!

This is my second time going to La Diva and it did not disappoint. I really like the whole experience at this nail salon, they make it very relaxing. They also do an excellent job with mani pedis and I never feel rushed. Good clean work. The only thing is you have to call to make an appointment and it's a bit pricey but it's worth it.

Absolutely outstanding experience, came in here to treat myself as it was my birthday and have nothing but good things to say. The salon itself was outstanding, extremely neat and clean you can tell they take pride in what they do. However I must give my highest compliments to the tech who took care of me, Mina. From start to finish the service was phenomenal, conversation was great, and the service itself was fast but not so fast that it felt rushed. If you’re in the area and looking to pamper yourself I’d definitely recommend checking out La Diva and requesting Mina, you wont regret it.

Best gel manicure I have ever had! The salon was clean and all staff very friendly and knowledgable. Manicure was done with excelent attention to detail and my gel manicure lasted 4 weeks!!!

Called to make an appointment for same Day (so within the hour) and the gentleman on the phone didn’t answer any of my questions. He informed me that a gel mani + gel pedi would be $130 (ridiculous!) He then asked for my Credit card to pay for the service. I asked him will you charge my card before I arrive and get the service, and he responded “yes, just like when you order food.” This sounded very shady and unprofessional. Would never go to a salon that made me feel this way and over the phone nonetheless.

Clean, fresh, private pedi rooms, organic products, kind staff, quality work, fair industry prices, and the list goes on! Love them!!! This salon is exactly what Annapolis needs.....it’s absolutely pristine inside and you never (ever!!) feel rushed

Fantastic place to get a pedicure! The salon is bright, clean, and even has fresh flowers around. My technician Gillian was excellent and helped my feet look brand new. A very relaxing experience, I will be returning!

This used to be my favorite salon. I've had services done by the owners and a wonderful tech named Carol who was my go-to. I even got my wedding mani and pedi here in 2021. However, ever since Carol left, I have been displeased. After Carol, I called and made an appointment with Johnny, and when I arrived, I got a new tech instead. The service was OK; however, they charge too much for an OK job. I started going elsewhere after that appointment. Today, I decided to return for a pedicure and got someone who seemed inexperienced. She was sweet, but the service wasn't what I expected -poor trim and shape, including 2 toenails that were cut too short and were then painful. Although she tried she barely cleaned my cuticles, and under and around nails. I did appreciate that Fiona fixed a broken toenail (which my tech didn't have experience with) and re-trimmed and re- shaped my nails. At that point, it should've been an indication to Fiona that the tech I had needs more training, and it's not OK to put a client who is paying the same amount of money as someone else with an experienced tech with someone just starting off. I was charged $8 extra for fixing the nail, bringing my pedicure to $56 which my experience was not worth. For anyone looking at this salon, I would only schedule services with the owners (and make sure that's who you get when you show up).

UPDATED. It’s a real shame that for returning clients who clearly need help and asking for it this place will not assist. I mistakenly had a bad experience at another salon and came back here for help and they refused. True luxury experience. Exceptional care and beautiful results. Relaxing and refreshing.

Best nail salon in Annapolis. Incredibly clean and Johnny gives an amazing gel manicure that lasts for weeks. I highly recommend . They are by appointment only which I appreciate because I’m never waiting. It’s so clean and comfortable. A+++++

Fiona is amazing and the business is sparkling clean. They take COVID very seriously and follow protocol. That said, everyone there is warm, friendly and the best nails/manicure/pedi in Annapolis!❤

I had an appointment for a pedicure. I wanted to do one of the luxury ones but the woman said she didn’t have time. Why did I make an appointment then? Place is great and nails look nice. I guess I’m just annoyed that the woman said she didn’t have time to do anything but a basic pedicure when I had specifically asked for the longer one. Will still go back but definitely tell them when making an appointment I guess.

I have been going here for over 4 years! I like the place because it’s clean but recently the quality has gone down. Not even one week my gel manicure is shipping, $150 dollars I would have to reconsider this place.
