I have been coming to LA Eve for facials and typically have a great experience. The staff is pleasant and thorough and the facilities are simple but comfortable. Parking is also easy and convenient as they are located in a strip mall with a large parking lot. I removed a star for a recent experience I had related to their medspa treatments. I first asked some initial questions about a laser procedure called Shurink during a facial session and had a good experience learning about it from the staff. When I came back with the intent to do one session, the woman at the front desk (who I hadn’t met before) was very pushy about buying expensive packages and then tried to convince me to additionally get a much more invasive procedure called Kybella (a fat dissolving shot) on the spot, something I had never expressed interest in. I was pretty turned off by how pushy and predatory this felt to the point where I not only did not agree to the packages, but also decided not to move forward with Shurink.

Horrible Horrible service. Don't come here They should not take me in at 5pm if they are closing at 6pm. My appointment was 90 minutes of service, and the lady was in a rush to finish so she can go home, and there was no pampering here. I could hear their co-workers laughing obnoxiously outside of the treatment room and running around cleaning. Here comes the gratuity part. I really didn't want to, but I tip her as a courtesy, but she demands more. How rude!! I even had a consultation for my son's laser treatment pkg deals. I don't think so. They lost business because of their unprofessional and rude employees. I would not recommend this place

I paid for a 350$ facial which was a very steep price for me already but i thought why not try it this time as i had been breaking out bad. The facial was good, not great just good. But what happened after ruined it all for me. I was about to leave when they called me back in just so they could upsell their packages and then asked how much I wanted to tip. With the price already so high I did not want to tip as I felt that was a fair price and was expensive already. I told them this and the women were talking to eachother in Korean and then one of them said "please tip. You have to tip". This is crazy. I have never ever been outright demanded for a tip when tipping is OPTIONAL. Another commenter mentioned being asked for 20%. If I would have been asked that it would have added a whole nother $70 to the total. Crazy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Just okay; I was just being upsold the entire time I was there. Additions to my facials were upsold, then laser treatments, then skincare products. I didn't feel like they cared for me as a client but just saw me as a $. The actual facial was about 90 minutes. The esthetician was only in the room for about 20 minutes. The machines are outdated and I'm not sure the oxygen machine was even turned on while I was inside it. If you want a facial, I'd recommend looking for somewhere that'll give you some treatments you can't get at home, like microdermabrasion and microcurrent machines. This facial was mainly just facial massage and masks, which was underwhelming for the high price.

O my goodness I absolutely love this place I did the plasma acne care facial I walked out glowing and rejuvenated and rested bc I fell asleep hehe Thank you so much for the small enzyme wash gift !!!! Love it

1st time getting a facial and this place really takes care of you. I came in with breakouts and dull skin and left with bright glowing skin that is much healthier. Worth every penny!

La Eve is the best place for skincare in Los Angeles. I have been a long-time client and have done the facials, MTS (microneedling), and Toning (Mi-in lasers). All have great results and are very affordable when you take advantage of their specials. They have monthly specials that bundle the different treatments they have. They have the great Korean technology that you see on social media, and have a dedicated laser aesthetician and the ladies (many thanks to Eunice and Jackie) are so nice and thorough with extractions. Love this place so much and I come back monthly!

Me and a friend wanted to try a ‘Korean facial’ so was excited about this. Average experience overall and wouldn’t pay more than the half price special for new customers ($150 instead of $300). Found the clinic through tik tok and then saw that it had great reviews but I won’t be going off viral videos in future. Clinic is slightly dated and not as modern as the videos or pictures portray. My esthetician was 10 minutes late into the treatment and didn’t really explain what was going on (Min). They are out of the room for 50% of the 90 minute time period (I had a feeling my esthetician was finishing up another customer at the same time). It wasn’t a relaxing facial but felt rushed. The extractions were quick and not thorough. At the end was told the total price + they outright asked for 20% tip which shouldn’t be an expectation. Wanted to be paid via Venmo only which wasn’t made known beforehand. If you don’t mind a no frills clinic, want a basic facial and can get the new customer pricing then it’s ok, but be prepared to pay Venmo or cash only. Otherwise try somewhere else if looking for more of a ‘spa’ experience.

This was my first time at LA Eve getting a Korean facial and it blew me out of the water. Service was exceptional and price was extremely fair. The staff takes such great care of you and I can’t wait to come back and do all their other treatments!

Best facials I’ve had! I went to LA Eve when they were at their previous location. I loved their service, but it was a little out of my price range at the time to go regularly. After trying other memberships at other spas, which ended up being just as expensive when they pushed add ons, I finally came back to LA Eve. The aestheticians are all so good and their products are top notch. They also include this great massage in the service. You can get multi service discounts that are a great deal!

Came in for my first facial and I have to say I was thoroughly pleased. I was greeted with warm welcome and the entire process was so relaxing. I left with glowy clear skin. I would highly recommend to my friends. Thank you!!!

Do not come here. They are a rip off. I told the front desk person that I wanted the Luxury Facial, which was $150 for first time guests. She purposely gave me the $200 facial and obviously already used the products by the time I went to pay. I had no choice but to pay at that point. They clearly did that on purpose - super disappointed and not coming back. Updated response: I very much appreciated the service with respect to the late arrival, and informed the front desk via text immediately to let the office know. I also appreciated the explanation and recommendations, but the events below are absolutely not what happened. After I was informed of the various options and packages, I confirmed that I still wanted the original option of the “Luxury Gold Patch Therapy,” which I even have not one, but two email confirmations of. I informed the esthetician that I wanted to go ahead with my original option, especially because I wanted the lymphatic drainage massage. That said, an attempt was made to upsell me a package that I said NO to, was provided the more expensive service, and then placed in a position in which I had no choice but to pay for it. The professionalism did not go unnoticed, but the events as you listed, again, are not correct.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and have not found a better facial in LA. They recommend treatments based on your skin type that leave your skin looking amazing. The staff are attentive and very helpful which makes for a wonderful experience.

I have been coming to this clinic for a facial since 2023, and I have had nothing but good experiences. My skin is well-pampered, hydrated, and moisturized whenever I come. I don’t have a go-to esthetician, as they are all good. I highly recommend this place for your skin care needs. They will recommend the best treatment and take good care of your skin.

I've been coming here for about a year now for various treatments and I'm very happy. I have mature skin and issues with texture, hyperpigmentation, adult acne, and acne scars. Nothing can turn back time but the staff here are very sweet and accommodating, and good at helping to manage expectations. I'll keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to LA EVe Skincare for 3 years! I love this place! My skin has improved dramatically… hyperpigmentation is at bay, my pores have improved and very smooth, and my dry skin is very hydrated! The staff is very professional and are very knowledge about skin and skin health! The laser and anti-aging treatments are top notch!
