First they should have a way where we can choose "0" ZERO STAR for places that we as CUSTOMERS we go to and we don't get the correct CUSTOMER SERVICE that we deserve😒 "WE ARE PAYING! IS NOT LIKE WE ARE GETTING THINGS FOR ""FREE!!!"" I took my kids to this Salon because it look nice and clean but the way MARIA treated my Son was not acceptable, as a mom if you see someone else telling your son " I can't cut his hair anymore he is winning too much😱 WHAT!! COME ON that's your JOB! to find ways on how to deal with each Customer, that's why you get paid for, to get your job done with a patient kind manner, if not then find a different JOB, that you don't deal with Customers or KIDS!!!...this lady Maria even when we arrived didn't even smile had a bad angry face..but I didn't have a choice to go somewhere else because of the time, so ended up here with this really really bad bad welcome😑 I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

My daughter recommended I come to this Salon for a haircut last week. I came to see Maria and WOW! She did an amazing job! My hair cut was spot on. I booked an appointment for hair color for today and once again she sure didn’t disappoint. She did an amazing job and despite bleaching my hair, my hair came out unscathed. The color was great, no damage, and excellent service! They have most definitely made a long term customer from me! Thank you so much Maria!

Hello everyone! I have very curly hair which makes me always very scared to have someone cut it and even more dye it. Maria listened to all of my concerns and explained to me what she was going to do thoroughly. She was very kind and communicative when she was cutting my hair and during the coloring process. I will be going back soon for sure!

I hasn’t got my hair cut in close to a year because every time I do I ended having to deal with a bad hair cut..given I was still a little hesitant going to Maria for an hair cut but I still did and surely enough I ended with a bad hair cut again..when I ask if she could fix it I was told that I need to seek medical attention for my scalp before she can help me.. now I understand that every small business has a right to refuse service to anyone they wish, I just wish you would refuse service before charging me..
