If I could give 0 stars I would. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! I AM SO NOT EVER COMING HERE AGAIN. MY NAILS LOOK LIKE A 4 year old did them. I was not happy mmmm when I got them done and had them take off one of the designs and the manager said I could come back today and get them redone and I won’t have to pay. I called yesterday evening to make sure I won’t have to pay and she the manager told me no I won’t have to pay I can do different color and design. I go in and they want to charge me more than what I paid for originally. I told them no I am not paying again when my nails look like a child did them. the manager called over the lady who did my design and said I was happy and it’s because I have short nails is why they look that way. they wouldn’t stop cutting me off to speak, told me I need long nails for designs and they told me I’m a liar and they don’t care that I’m unhappy and to go somewhere else. I won’t be back

Quail Springs Mall location is absolutely horrible literally go absolutely anywhere else. I asked for dip and came out with a hair in my nails. When i turned right back around and told/showed them the lady that did my nails grabbed my elbow so hard and attempted to drag me to her chair to fix them. I ended up having a bruise on my arm. I also ended up filing a BBB complaint to which they did not respond. They also did not refund my money. I pray they're BBB score goes down significantly as they did not respond within 48 hours or offer any resolution aside from physical assult. Again, STAY AWAY from the Quail Springs location!

Had a strange experience there today. I got a good fast pedicure and had extra time to get my nails filled and dipped. So the next 20 mins or so was spent arguing with the lady about what I needed done on my nails. I had tips put on previously at a great place I always go to for spa services… about a week and a half ago. I thought I could get my nailed “filled” and a new color since the pedi was done quicker than I imagined. Instead of fresh nails I left there with a crappy “fill” and ended up losing most of the tips by the end of the same day. End result: the lady didn’t want to do “dip” as I had requested, kept trying to persuade me to get gel. I didn’t want gel and I guess she was too lazy to actually do what the customer requested. I decided to stop arguing and asked her to finish the fill that she started and I wanted no polish gel or otherwise to be put on my nails. You can see in the below pics how they ended up later tonight. I tried to file down what was left but I’m not too good at that… that’s why I chose to go to a professional… this was my first and last visit to this location.

Kelly absolutely knocked my nails out of the park! She took everything I wanted and made it even better!!! These were special and not only did she knock my set out she fixed everything the prior place I went to had messed up! The price point was beyond reasonable. 10000/10 recommend

I LOVE my nails by Hannah. She was so sweet and took me in on short notice. Very efficient and was done in just 30 minutes, they look amazing. I will definitely come back to her for future manicures.

When I took my nails off my pinky nail was bleeding under it and I could tell because I looked at the acrylic nail and it had some dried up blood on it my pinky nail hurt so bad I’m sitting in the emergency room waiting on the doc I tried to cut it put it was hurting so bad that I had to stop my recommendation to the other customers is don’t make your appointment with nini she didn’t do a good job and rushed on my nails recommendation to me is I’m not goin back to that nail salon no more waste of time and money

The nail tech made my nails suuuuper thick, it was embarrassing showing them. Also, I was cut by the tools multiple times and started getting little bumps around on all my cuticles and it was itchy.

Had pedicure and manicure deluxe with outstanding detail and massage. Never felt to good and relaxed afterwards. The BEST I’ve ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! You’ll feel like a new person!

I came here last Saturday at about 5 ish to get a pedicure. The people were nice, but def. Wasn’t the best pedicure, I honestly didn’t feel like it was that good, the water was cold when told to place my feet in the pedicure jar, but I figured he tried, I told him it was cold and he attempted to make it warmer, but the bowl was about full of water, the pedicure was very short compared to a lot of places I have been & I paid for a deluxe, which was one of their more expensive pedicures which is still a decent price, but it just would of been better to do it myself, I can paint my own toes. He basically put hot towels on my feet and lotion on my legs and then painted my feet. The part I’m most annoyed about is, not even a week later and my polish had came off right in the middle of my toe yesterday and I paid for Gel Polish!! I haven’t even wore tennis shoes since I’ve gotten my feet done. Highly annoyed and I wouldn’t recommend, oh and I tipped him just because they give a complimentary glass of wine. Pretty much the worst pedicure I’ve received.

I made an appointment with a certain technician. I called to make sure this person was there and drove in from out of town for her. I get there and am pawned off onto someone else!! I leave with nails that aren’t smooth, kept telling me no on color I wanted (too dark she said), and not 24 hours later, the nails are coming loose from my nails. A complete waste of money!!!!! FWI same owners and workers at Celeste Nails as well

I received a brow and chin wax following a pedicure and manicure. When I got home I couldn’t even tell anything was done. Manicurists said my toes were completely dry and they were not. They were completely smudged by the time I returned home. What a complete and total waste of $. They also tried to get me to pay $5 extra just to have a hot towel on my legs —- really! Well, atleast my nails look good. For $80/90 for services, staff should be more attentive to details!

I’ve been going there for many years and the staff has always been so friendly and professional. I consider it a spa day when I’m there and I always leave loving my nails. They certainly deserve 5 stars.

Pedicure is a waste of money. The personnel only use purple scrub brush and lotion for $35. In addition, the only scrub for a few seconds. Dip nails are $40 and it was lumpy.

Stopped in with my mom and a friend. We each got different types of pedicure and polish, but we all ended up paying the same price. I was told by TWO nail techs of the additional charges for my gel and toenail tips, but was charged something totally different during check out and I was told they misquoted me and gave me old management prices. When you question them about the breakdown of your total, they start giving things a price that you weren't aware of. They don't tell you or show you prices for anything, because it makes it easier for them to just throw numbers at you when it's time to pay. My tips aren't even, my polish is bumpy and not even on the side parts of my nails. My friends gel polish was thick and bumpy. Listen to the low reviews! This shop doesn't care and will rush you and then throw a random price at you to get your hard earned money, for poor quality service. I would post pictures, but I'm so embarrassed!

This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could give 0 stars, I came in for a pedicure. First, the water was freezing, I told the worker that sat me down and she went to fill up a pitcher of hot water to warm it up so I’m not sure if the hot water was broken on the chair.. then a guy came to do my pedicure. I told him I wanted to do a gel pedicure. He asked what color and I said red, thinking he would go get the samples for me to choose which one, nope he just chose a red for me and came back… then proceeded to do my pedicure. I had to tell him THREE times that he was hurting me with the cuticle cutter. After the third time he still kept going and I finally told him to put the cuticle cutter away, I didn’t want him to do it. I then noticed everyone else was offered a drink and I was never asked…. Then for the icing on the cake, when he was done with the pedicure, the man just walked off…. Didn’t say thank you, didn’t say I’m finished, he literally said nothing to me. After waiting a few minutes, I put my shoes on and walked towards the register. He then ran over to me and asked me to pay like I was just going to walk out or something… I said I was looking for you and waiting for you to come back. I wasn’t sure you were done… he just laughed. I normally leave a 50% tip for my pedicures but I told him he would not receive a tip because the service was really bad, he just laughed again. I will literally never come back here again.

i wish i could give them a zero. went in from out of town. cousin recommended to go to CINDY but she was busy. they used the purple scrub on us and did no massage. we paid $35 for a two minute pedicure. on top of this, the lady i had rushed me to pick my nail color, said she didn’t have time, because she has another client coming . i said well then you shouldn’t have taken me , i could wait for someone else! just ridiculous! very bad service and behavior! don’t waste your money and go somewhere that treats you right!

I got lashes done. The 1st 2 x's were fantastic the next 2 x's were the worse. I had to go back in 3 days in row cuz they kept falling and separating. I even offered to pay more money to get her to put more on and they only lasted a few more days. So I guess u got a 50/50 chance she puts them on well. Good luck.

This is the best nail place I have ever been to. For starters, the staff is SO friendly. I feel so welcomed the moment I walk in the door. The last time I went they were really busy so it took them a while to get me seated and worked on, but as soon as they had a spot for me the lady went straight to work and apologized profusely for it taking so long. So not only did she do an outstanding job on my nails, she was so kind and despite the rush took her time and dedication on giving me the nails I really wanted. I love this place and will definitely return and recommend to my friends!
