I just went to get a haircut this weekend. It seemed a bit odd at first and I asked the hairdresser if it would look like the reference photo when it was dry, she assured me yes. I put my hair up the entire weekend. Monday came and I started to style my hair only to find it choppy and uneven?! This the worst haircut I've ever had. The hairdresser was a young woman with blonde/brown hair. I'm not sure if she's new or even knows what she is doing at this point. If you need to practice use a doll not the client's trusting you with their hair. $25 and a $10 tip wasted at this point. I will never go here again and would not recommend. First impressions are always the key to a returning customer. UPDATE: I messaged the salon and they said they would fix my hair. I was skeptical but gave them a chance of fixing it. I went in and the owner washed, cut and styled my hair. She made sure I was satisfied before I left. I'm happy that the owner was understanding and able to fix my hair. UPDATE #2: When I left the hair salon my hair was styled with a curling iron. It looked great and I was happy I received a shampoo and blowout. I came home and showered that night only to realize the owner seemed to try to fix her employees mistakes and only made them worse. She tried to blend everything at an angle and started shorter from the top where my bangs are. What she did not do was check if both sides we equal because when I pull the opposite side of strands together they are different sizes. When the hair is wet you can see the bad blending. I give up at this place. I will look for another place. I also want to add the first employee that messed my hair up is named Nayeli. If you do end up going there and have the same experience then maybe someone can do some more training.

I went for a haircut and the owner used the same material and used gloves on a different customer. Bad hygiene and poor sanitation dont go to this place

I took my mom to cut her hair with Chayo. She wet her hair to cut it & tried to charge her extra to dry it. She also tried to sell her some products saying my moms hair was damaged from bleach. My mom has never bleached her hair. Very unprofessional.
