I love coming here for a blow out, and it's clear other clients have been coming here for years. Everyone is professional, kind and welcoming. My hair always looks fabulous when I leave, and the prices are reasonable. This is a South Philly staple, and the owner is a gem!

The BEST salon in the tri-state area for professional, friendly and affordable services. Laura and her staff are amazing at what they do and they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. I've been a client for over 30 years and I wouldn't even think of going to another salon.

A newbie to South Philly I was on a mission for a stylist close to home to color my hair. I was in the Pollyodd liquor store and a woman suggested LA Hair. Of course I was skeptical, as I am picky (but aren't we all?) and blonde-headed and not everyone does blonde hair well, and if they do, usually it's a fortune. I am elated to report, Angie, did a 2-part process, color and foils, gave a quicky hair clean up to my ends (which were a bit fuzzy), trimmed my bangs conservatively, and blew out my hair out to perfection. I love it! The best part of it all, she listens to what you want, and does not add all these unnecessary extras i.e. glazes, special conditioners, that drive your salon visit cost through the roof. Unpretentious, cozy, and an affordable-this salon is totally worth a visit!
