Made an appointment online for an ombre with Lori-Ann at 9am Saturday August 24. I got there just a bit after 9 and waited around for about 30 minutes, but she didn't show up. Called her phone number numerous times and it went straight to voicemail. So unprofessional. It was a total disappointment.

Wonderful experience with LoriAnn. Have been going to her for years now. I'm never disappointed and always look forward to getting my hair done by her. Very talented hair stylist. She can do almost any hair style I bring up to her. She works miracles. Highly recommend stopping by.

I had my hair done by Lroi about 2 1/2 weeks ago and it has felt so soft and manageable and looked so good ever since! I hadn't had a hair cut in over a year and hadn't been getting regular cuts for a long time b/c I just couldn't find a stylist with reasonable prices that I liked. Lori has a great personality, we connected and I can't wait to go back. She did an amazing job. My hair is fine and tangles easily Lori was gentle and patient while working through the knots. I plan to go back in November for bayalage highlights and will update my review then.
