Massage was okay. I have gotten better massages from other places. They can be more professional. Both masseuse kept talking during the massage. It could've been a more relaxing massage if they were a bit more professional.

Be prepared to pay upfront the whole cost + tip before your massage. We went in for a couples massage, and they placed us in two SEPARATE rooms. When I asked for us to be in the same room, the response was “You guys can stay apart for one hour.” What is the point of a couples massage then ? I’ve had couples massages done several times before and have never been placed in different rooms. Very unprofessional establishment — left my boyfriend feeling uncomfortable and exposed multiple times during his massage. My massage was average. Would not be my choice again for a couples massage.

I came yesterday for a massage, and it was good, but the customer service was awful. The lady at the front desk was so rude. I’m a paying customer, and I can’t ask one question because you don’t have time. She was rough from the start. I wanted to leave so badly after she disrespected me. I recommend not coming here and paying customers to be talked to like a child. Like I said, the massage was good. The lady was amiable, which saved it, but for the front desk lady, you are a terrible person, and I know you were saying bad things in your native tongue, I understand partially.

I fell off a horse years ago, landing on concrete (not in the arena), and my back has never been right since. Deep tissue massages and a chiropractor have done a lot for me, but I haven't had deep tissue in like a year and a half. I woke up this morning with a terrible pain just below my right shoulder blade. The masseur my chiropractor recommended was booked solid for weeks, so I contacted this place. They were very, very up-front and could see me immediately. You pay at the door (I'm sure because of past experiences, which I get). I got a half-hour whole back massage. I've lived in China for years, and the massage offered is genuinely Chinese. If you're used to Western techniques, it is similar but different. I left without any pain, and I'm writing this completely relaxed. Also, please tip. It's horrendously rude if you don't. It was exactly what I needed on short notice. Five stars isn't enough.

I tried calling on New Year's Eve to ask a couple of simple questions about their hours of operations and appointments. The front desk lady was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. She actually said, "Hours of operations... you just make an appointment. I'm busy right now!" Then she hung up the phone. Prospective customers beware! From my experience, if an employee is rude and disrespectful on the phone, then more often than not, their business is not worth it! Take your money and get an amazing experience elsewhere that has great customer service and give you a relaxing massage without disrespectful employees!

I went for a massage after physical therapy for my lower back. I figured getting a massage would help my pain. The lady up front suggested 2 girls since I was hurting. I was skeptical that this would not be a legit professional massage. I could not have been more wrong. Both girls started right away and had strong hands. They both worked hard and never stopped. I gave them everything I had in my wallet as a tip as I was pain free when I left. I’ll be back for sure!!!!

My husband and i have been coming to this place every month for the last 3 months. The price is reasonable and the tip is upto you. I like the fact that everytime they do something different. Today i had Eric. And he was wonderful. My right shoulder has been very tight and he did wonders. Sorry to hear the bad experiences, but after searching everywhere in east Orlando, i finally found a good massage place.

The massage is very fast, commercialized and ineffective with the intent on tips. This by itself creates uncomfortable pressure that makes you not wanting to return.

Worst experience, the masseuse made me wait for 20 minutes in the room adjacent to the counter which was too noisy with people coming in and going out. I stopped her right away and asked for refund. The lady gave a receipt for refund, but later I was charged again. Such a scam place.

It was such a negative experience unfortunately, even though they were nice and cheerful, the actual massage was bad,a half an hour session ended much sooner than 30 minutes if you catch my drift. Don’t waste you money and time, and don’t fall for the reviews that’s mosaly made by their friend and family, the spa was clean and staff were very nice, but it stops there!

Best massage ever! Way better than those franchise places. I called and there was no wait for just myself. Got there and right after paying she got started right away. 1 hour massage was well worth the price and tip. I would definitely visit again. ☺️
