I came in for a cuticle clean up and was assigned to Linda! I got exactly what I needed! Cuticle clean up the old school way! I haven’t been able to find a tech here in Texas that properly cleans cuticles so my cuticles have gotten extremely bad. I’ll be back! She didn’t just dip my nails in water and cleaned them, she let my skin soak I. The water and cleaned them up! She pushed the nail beds back and scraped off the buildup and dead skin near cuticles, she clipped off the ingrowns and she got all of my dead skin off! I’m extremely happy and satisfied and will be back forsure! Thank you Linda! -Fallon

I tried this place bcuz my homegirls was closed. Nvr again. It hasn’t even been a week and my dip. Fingers are already chipping and my toes look like they’re totally dead. I feel like there are not enough layers on my fingers and when I had my hands done, the dude was standing the whole time.

Cathy was incredibly attentive during my manicure, taking her time to ensure I was completely satisfied with every detail. Tom was equally amazing during my pedicure, providing excellent care and attention. Their hard work created such a calm, relaxing experience after a long week. I truly appreciated how comfortable they made me feel every step of the way! Definitely ask for them!

I’m from California visiting my dad and needed to get my nails done since they were growing out so fast and I was lucky to find this place! I just got my nails done from Cathy and she did absolutely amazing. She reshaped my nails and took care of them well making them nice and strong. She knew exactly what kind of color would fit me and even added her own flare to make my nails extra glamorous by adding some sparkly silver ombré to my nails. I appreciate her because she really took her time to care for my nails. Definitely come to this place (:

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for months and I always leave 100% satisfied. I usually see Liam and he goes above and beyond to make sure that you leave the salon with nails you’ll love. When I show him an inspiration picture, he puts in the effort to find the best color that matches. He will even go so far as to swatch multiple colors for you to choose from. Liam has made a loyal customer out of me and I always look forward to my nail appointments with him!

Nail tech vs feet! I’ve been dealing with neuropathy in my feet for ten years and haven’t had a pedicure in over five years, so Cathy put her goggles on and when to work! The nail tech next her had to duck down a few times, but Cathy was working on my toes, as if she was sculpting a masterpiece! Cathy will forever be “the greatest nail tech” at LA Madame in my opinion! I left there feeling amazing and will be back again! Thank you Cathy for your attention to detail and sensitivity to my situation!

Me and my mom love this place! I’ve been to so many nail shops up and down Potranco and none of them compare to this one. Every visit the receptionist at the front desk has been inviting and so kind, and the staff I have met so far are sweethearts and so friendly!! I hope this business continues to flourish because its well deserved :)

I remember coming here after receiving horrible service at Nail Salon Society which is literally across from this place. I'm soooo happy I decided to make La Madame Nails my home nail salon. The staff is sweet and welcoming. I also love that I can go get my nails done by any tech and they do the most amazing work for me. My two absolute favorites are Kim and Tina 💗 y'all rock 😄

The service and atmosphere was great, but the quality of my nails were not. I messaged them on fb to advise of it, they saw, but no response to make it right. Most of my nails are missing the acrylic on the side. I paid $81 and was told they had to take off all my existing nails and redo (when I came in for a fill). I was ok with it, until I noticed it not looking complete after going home. I wasn’t paying attention while I was there because I had my two daughters and was distracted. I was hoping this could be my permanent place to go as it’s close to home, but I will continue to go to Alamo ranch. Aside from the acrylic work, the nail design was great and the person that did my kids nails (Holly I believe) was wonderful and it looked great.

I have been here 3 times and I sent my both of my daughters as a treat once. My first two experiences were decent I truly enjoyed my technicians Hi and Jenna. When my daughters came my oldest daughter's nails peeled off the same day, they fixed them so I chalked it up to an accident it happens. On my second visit I wanted a design on my middle finger and I was told it didn't need a design because the dip had sparkles in it. I'm not one to argue after I've asked for something so I said ok. I was a little irritated but I just tucked it away for future reference. Then I made an appointment and came in for a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow/lip/chin wax on Friday December 20th. I used the same technicians as I'm comfortable with them and love their personalities. I had the simultaneous service scheduled, but was asked if my nail tech could step away to do another set and do me after my pedicure. I wasn't in a rush so I said sure thing. I ended up being there almost 4 hours. Not really a big deal, I felt bad because they were there longer. Now I normally just get dip on my nails but I wanted something special for the holidays since I'm going out of town, I got a full set with a snow design on each finger and alternating red/green shellac on my toes. Jenna and Hi both did an amazing job and I loved my nails. However, no top coat was applied over the design so it began to chip off. I came in to get the chip fixed and a top coat applied. I was told that they were really busy and could I come back at 4. I said ok, went home, came back at 4 and was told that I could be at at a table but no idea when they could get to me. I just left because I had somewhere else to be. I'm irritated because I was agreeable to extending my appointment when they needed to pull my tech, but I couldn't get top coat? It would not have taken 5 minutes to preserve my design. And as I get ready for my flight this morning my toe nail polish has lifted up completely. My once beautiful nails are falling apart and for around $250 w/tip I kind of expect better. Hopefully, I can get them fixed at my destination as my hunt for a permanent nail shop continues. I'm not saying I wouldn't recommend them just go when they are not busy, and definitely make sure to get the top coat. I'm just really big on customer service I won't force an issue I'll just go somewhere else. All of that to say this Hi/ Jenna awesome techs this experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.

My sister who lives out of state gifted me a credit to this nail salon, based on all of their positive reviews and how close it is to our new home. I met with Kayla (also suggested in the reviews) and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so easy to talk to, professional and did great work. It had been about 6 months since my last manicure (mom of 2 young boys over here); I went with dip for my mani and gel for my pedi. The aloe Vera treatment came with actual aloe Vera! Also, I didn’t catch her boyfriend’s name, but he makes really tasty sangrias 🙃 I am so lucky this salon is close to our new home and I cannot wait to come back and relax. I’ve been to many nail salons, even overseas as a military family, and this one is a gem! Thank you Kayla ☺️

Tina was my nail technician she is amazing! I didint want acrylic style as they make my nails very weak I came in with a picture that I used for reference for a style I wanted done but it was an acrylic style she was able to acomodate and do my design in gel and it looks just like the picture I love it!
