Clean atmosphere however I believe the products are old and the quality of service is disheartening when you try to give constructive criticism about your own personal service it is meet with shortness and frustration. I've returned several times on several different occasions to have work redone or repaired because of products and or service. I supported this business for almost a year and my return visits on bad services have gone thru the roof. So I'm cutting my losses. Their 90's prices I will miss but you pay for what you get. The pics show poor quality of work. Not to mention the peeling or wrong color being used on nail repairs🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Me and my daughter have been going to this place for at least 6 years and have always had a great turnout with what I wanted and what I got won't ever go anywhere else and last thing the prices are amazing just like the service and will always recommend them to everyone

Sat for a while before finally being properly greeted and asked what service I wanted. When I told her she asked if I had an appt. I didn’t bc I have never needed one. She looked in her book again and didn’t say anything. So I asked if I needed one. She said yes. That could have been stated from the beginning. Time wasted. Horrible customer service.

They use MMA😕 I paid 40 something for a French tip set. 3 weeks later, during my soak off, it became all gummy-like and stinky. If you realize your nail salon uses MMA,instead of EMA, DO NOT GO BACK TO THEM. MMA is illegal in many states such as KY.

The Best Pedicure EVER!!! PRICES ARE SUPER AFFORDABLE! KRYSTAL & LAH are extremely sweet and do a magnificent job Everything was cleaned and sanitized after each use.. THE Massage chair is the added bonus

The Husband and wife were super nice! The place wasn't too crowded and the prices are good. However, they file your nails thin. I get an overlay over my natural nail, but it looks like I just went in and got my nails polished🤷🏽‍♀️ Weirdest thing...I watched him put acrylic on it, but he filed it all away.

I consider the price it is ridiculous high and also the attention are bad too. I was there just asking how much is a regular manicure and they said it is $15 but with gel polish it gonna be $30!! Obviously I was surprised and I ask the person in charge why so much different of price and her answer literally was : “ because gel it is a special color and if you don’t you can go” 😒😒 Mmm oooouuk. Bye then!! In my opinion that is not a good answer for nobody and nobody deserve it !

I got an ombre and it looks horrible. My daughter also got her nails and toes painted and the woman messed her nails up and her toes look like a child done them.

They are very reasonably priced and extremely good at what they do. I will continue to come here as my regular nail salon. I was surprised that my fill in with regular polish was only $24 even though I had two entire nails full of rhinestones Edit to add that the picture of the blue set was taken a while after I had gotten them done so they grew out some and that's why there is a gap. The nail tech did a great job, I think his name might be Daniel but I'm not sure I know he's Crystal's husband.
