My sister and I both booked an appointment for 3 PM. When we arrived, there was only one other customer. Everything was typical for the manicure appointment until more customers showed up. Our appointments were interrupted several times to assist those who arrived after us, which I understand. However, the customers who came after us were serviced and left before we did! My sister got acrylic nails, and I opted for a gel manicure with a design. She finished 30 minutes before I did, even though we started simultaneously. In total, three employees worked on my nails, which I understand if they were busy. However, I did not receive what I wanted. I provided an inspiration picture for reference, but the brown they used was not the shade I wanted. Additionally, they initially painted my fourth finger PURPLE. I had to speak up and argue with the technician about the color, and I finally got them to change it to white instead of purple. For my third and fourth fingers, I wanted a cute heart design, but the technician pulled out purple paint for the brown heart. At this point, I was starting to think they might be colorblind! I had to ask for the correct colors again and ended up giving up on the design altogether. We spent a total of two hours there and paid $75.

John has been doing my nails for many years. His work is excellent. He’s polite and patient. The staff tries to accommodate my schedule when I call for last minute appointments.

Entered feeling happy, left feeling taken advantaged. I was in good spirits and tipped $10 for all the hard work. Once i saw the total price, i asked to break down the charges, and i was told i had charged $5 to get my nails shaped. It completely drowned my spirits. What nail salón does that? Before that event, I was already questioning if the Deluxe Pedicure's Hot towel experience truly lasted a second. Worst part is that just as I was signing, I noticed the owner blocking the total amount of the price with one of his fingers. I didn't appreciate that and that is the only reason why I asked him to break down the price. I felt so ripped off when he told me he had to charge me for shaping my nails. I only wanted my new set of nails not to interfere (for being so bulky or square shaped) with my tipping skills at work. Was that much too ask? Apparently, the owner did not value me as a customer. He didn't appreciate that I was tipping him $10 which I said at the very beginning before paying. I will not return to this salón in the future. How can anyone? That experience stole my good spirits away. Get this: My nail aren't shaped straight either and the owner didn't notice that I let that detail slide. One would think I was a bonafide or reasonable customer. What an awful experience!

I had to walk-out. Worst customer service. I Was asked what I wanted and I replied with acrylic overlay and a cuticle clean up and I was ignored and was forced to sit and listen to a women repeat. do dip powder over and over. I said fine. I asked for no color and dip only comes in color. We did this dance for a while until I finally had enough. It seemed as if She wasn’t going to do what I asked and my anxiety was racing. I ended up crying and having to walk out. I did tell the women in tears that I asked for what I wanted and she wasn’t listening. Definitely do not recommend unless you feel like being very assertive with your service request.

I hope I don't ruin the positive streak I've had with this nail salon. They've honored my appointments. I am happy with the quality of work. This establishment is cash only I believe but they did mention they are open on Sundays.

Let me start off by saying these nails were $45 for what? The quality doesn’t match the price. My sister showed Diane a picture of a French tip and she was extremely rude because she didn’t tell her to do what was on the picture. All and all this place is a scam. The service is rude and way to fast. Your nails will fall off in a week. Update: one week later and my sisters nails are coming off and they’re trying to take this review down 😂

The most expensive fill I’ve ever gotten, very bumpy and also had bubbles in the gel. I just got them done and I have to go tomorrow to get them fixed at KT nails or anywhere else. The ugliest nails I’ve ever had done honestly, I showed her a design which she agreed she could replicate and they look nothing like that. I’m so disappointed

The last time I visited this location, was a very long time ago and it was a different owner than today. This owner seems to keep the place very clean. Everyone is very friendly. John has done my nails twice this month and I am satisfied with his work.

They don’t take pride in their and just do what they want not what you ask. I asked for round natural nails and got very sharp square nails. Asked the nail tech to fix it twice just to have her buff it again and not change the shape. Waste of money.

Went to this salon today and we had gift cards. We asked if they accepted them and they said no. We started walking out and the lady came running out the door and they said yes we do take the gift card. We stayed and when we were done they ran the cards and said they had no balance. The guy went back to working on someone’s nails. We called the number on the card and yes, there was a balance of $50 dollars per card. We ended up having to pay for the fees without them using our gift cards which we were there in the first place for. What a set up!!! They knew what they were doing and didn’t want to lose our business, so they lied and they got there money!!! We will never go here again! What horrible customer service😡
