A ‘girls’ spa day for my SIL and I. Wonderful deep tissue massage from the delightful and personable Melanie. Lovely little ‘treats’….warm massage table, warm neck pillow and warm booties. Melanie found all my concrete knots and worked on them with just the perfect touch. Thanks Melanie 😄. Soaked in the hot tub….perfect after my massage. Then, truly, the best pedicure that I have ever experienced. Lovely conversation with Emily (and Marina, working on my SIL), as she carefully made my feet look and feel really wonderful. Appreciated the use of products and techniques with no harsh chemicals. Appreciated the coffee and champagne, too! All in all… a lovely day, being well taken care of by everyone that we met. Thank you 🙏.

I have been to all the hotels in Tucson but this one is number one for me. The cocktails, cleanliness and variety of the pools attracted me. Also the spa staff, atmosphere and cleanliness are great.

Was in the area for a conference and decided to get a gel manicure. Marina was an awesome technician. She was super sweet and did a great job! I'd 100% come back to her for a manicure if I'm in the area. (Ignore the redness on my finger! It was a previous hangnail. Marina didn't cut me at all. She even avoided the area I had injured earlier!)

Bianca did a meticulous and wonderful job on my toes and fingers. They look great. I asked for iced tea and it came with mint in it. This spa and salon is so peaceful and beautiful. If you want to relax and be pampered, this is the place to go.

Too expensive and I didn't feel any different coming out of my massage than before I went in. It was nice to hang out with my family though.

My husband and I had the best vacation in Tucson for the crystal show 2024, and besides the crystal, staying at the La Paloma was the height of our vacation. One of the BEST hotel stays we've ever had. We want to shout out to all the staff, especially Will, they were perfect. Thank you 😁

Spas/massages are meant to relax you right? A couples massage with aroma therapy is also supposed to be relaxing right? So the fact that I dozed off during my massage means it was EXACTLY as it should’ve been. Great job to my masseuse (from Paris… I’m terrible with names, SORRY!)

It's not the red door spa that was here which frankly was better. However, this is a lovely place and professional workers.

The massage was excellent. The facility could use a fine tooth comb, or a white glove. More attention to details and this would be a 5 star review.

I have done massages and facials here many times and really love the staff! Elizabeth gives amazing massages, and Raquel is always My go to for facials!

I went here in may 2021 and received the facial and a mani/pedi. There’s nothing worse than getting a face massage where the technician is wearing gloves. The action of the massage with gloves made my face feel like it was burning. I have received numerous massages elsewhere since covid and no one wore gloves. I’m not sure why managers think this is a good idea. Speaking of management they must be horrible. The women working there are very gossipy and love talking trash about the clientele. The hospitality is very forced like they know what is expected they just can’t stand doing it. I waited to have a mani/pedi there thinking it’d be better quality but it’s no better than an average cheap salon

The Spa was great. I got a Mom to be massage and it was incredible. The hotel is old but clean and big, it has nice pools. Comfortable place to stay.
