Pésimo servicio te atienden de mala manera en especial la tal princesa a no atienden sin cita aun que estén nomas sentadotas pero no fuera un hombre por que rápido lo atienden claro no digo que todas son hasi por que si hay dos tres que hacen muy bien su trabajo para que tengan cuidado quien los atiende

I went in there because my usual place was closed and I asked if they had time for a walk in which they did. So once I sat down with the lady I showed her what I wanted a long a line and ended up with a short a line. Which means I lost all my length. I feel like yes if you feel like a customers hair might be damaged and should go shorter common curtisy is to let the customer know IT IS THERE HAIR NOT YOURS. And plus I didnt know that and a line hair cut had layers in the back no I'm stuck with 2 layers 2 very short layers in the back of my head. She still had the nerve to ask me if I liked it like no I dont it's not what I asked you for.
