I came in to do my daughters hair and my self, LEO WAS THE ONE THAT TOOK CARE OF US, MY DAUGHTERS CUT CAME OUT PERFECT, LOOVE HOW IT CAM3 OUT , AND FOR MY SELF I GOT A KERATIN TREATMENT, MUCH NEEDED, I LOVE HIS WORK, HES IS SUCH A SWEET HEART, LOVES WHAT HE DOES, IM DEFINITELY COMING BACK TO SEE LEO, THANK YOU LOVE!

Primera vez en este salon, me gusto el servicio y las empleadas son amables. Pero me cobraron $70 por lavado, rolo y blower. Nunca en mi vida habia pagado tanto pero al final fue mi culpa por no preguntar primero. Mi pelo esta por lo senos osea no es super largo.

La Romana es un salon profesional, servicio muy eficiente y una vibra estupenda , ofrecen todo tipo de servicio referente al pelo , cejas o otras cosas q el cliente desee. En mi caso tube la bendición de ser atendida por TATY una peluquera con conocimiento amplio de como tratar mi cabello grueso y darle vida con extensiones, me hizo un excelente tratamiento con botox para el cabello lo cual ayudo a integrarse con las extensiones. Todo lo q puedo decir es Gracias y q volvere pronto a este fabuloso salon.

Fui a este lugar porque recién me mudé a Orlando, aún no conozco buenos estilistas y decidí tratarlo porque necesitaba un corte, llamé para saber si tenían alguien disponible para cortes me dijeron que si, me fui inmediatamente, me enviaron a sentar, una de las estilistas estaba justo terminando el trabajo y vi que se sentó y lo que se puso fue a chismosear por 30 min, las otras 3 estaban trabajando súper lento, nunca había visto una peluquera ser tan lenta como en este lugar, y no me estaba gustando el trabajo de ninguna, la mujer cortaba el cabello al mismo tiempo que planchaba, en fin, decidí levantarme xq tenía esperando 30 min y todas eran unas tortugas y la otra seguía chismoseando, le pregunté si la que estaba hablando no sabía cortar cabello oh porque me tenían esperando por tanto tiempo, para lo que responden que eso es por turno y que le tocaba atenderme a la que estaba aún trabajando( que locura, trabajan re mal en este salón) bueno la que según tenía q hacerme el corte dijo yo estoy trabajando lento xq a mi nadie me ha dicho que tengo alguien esperando por mi, señores yo era la única cliente esperando en el lugar. En fin no se si es que pensaron que no tenía nada q hacer en mi casa y por eso fui a sentarme allí, tenía a mi esposo esperándome en el carro con mi bebé porque según yo eso no tardaría más de 10 min, ( las peluqueras le dijeron a la que trabaja en el mostrador que ella debe dejar saber a la estilista que toca atender cuando llega un cliente) ok, pero esto no es lo peor, gracias a Dios mi cabello es súper largo, pedí un corte de puntas xq según estaba flechudo, pero esta mujer me dejó un corte fatal, que mi esposo me dijo pero no te lo arreglaron? Ya sé que este no es mi salón.. No se como tiene 4.6 estrellas. Yo no doy cero Xq no me deja.

Hoy fui a este salón y no me gustó el servicio fui a depilarme la cara y me dejaron con muchos vellos en el rostro para nada me gusto el servicio

Over priced as hell at check out they first say 40 and next thing you know another lady was like 55...seriously? I've never paid over 45 and I've had longer hair and at a much nicer location and at place where I don't get water splashed on me.

Don't know how to do natural black people hair and will skip over you if they get upset when they have to spend more time by roller setting your hair. Do what the customer ask or deny their service I'if you can't work with all hair types.

First, it was busy so they said come back in an hour- i come back in an hour and I have to wait ANOTHER hour. Next, the older woman who was doing my hair washed it, conditioned it, but didn't bother to comb it out before she started doing my hair. She nearly broke my neck, tugging at my hair as she blowdried it. At some point I questioned myself as to why I even came here, it was such rough treatment. I know my hair is thick, but come on- anyone who knows how to do hair should know to comb it out before trying to blowdry it. She treated me so roughly, I doubt I'll be back at all.

I don't know about everyone else but I only let Ramona do my hair when I get a blowout she's the best one there and she was great with my kinky curly hair
