IN November, after seeing some ads on Facebook, i made an appointment to get a cut and a few highlights. During the consultation, the person stated that she was licensed and had been in the States for several years. We agreed upon what services and proceeded. She mixed up the bleach and started. I hear loud ish voices in the hall, saying, "The owners don't have to be here for an inspection." Well, the inspector came into the room where I was and asked for a license, and the person (not stylist, because she isn't legally), did not have one!! And then got snippy with me when I found out and was upset. She was only allowed to wash when the owners were there. BUYER BEWARE!

I had been looking for a place to get a Russian-style manicure. Traditional gel manicures always chipped within 2 weeks and I would peel off the polish if I saw any lifting. I also tend to pick at my cuticles whenever I’m stressed. I didn’t think anyone could repair the damage. Now, La Rosh & Adel is the only place I allow to touch my hands. Thanks to Helen my nails are the longest and strongest they’ve ever been. My natural nails used to be weak and ripped or chipped easily. Now I can rest easy knowing my nails will look great for 3-5 weeks. Helen’s attention to detail is phenomenal. Yes, the process takes a bit longer and is a little more expensive than your traditional nail salons, but I think it’s worth every penny.

Adilia is amazing - she has magic hands, a kind soul and a positive aura around her. I've been coming to her every month during the last few years and I wish I started visiting here earlier 🥰 The laser worked great on me. And I absolutely love her facials!!! Great beauty salon and service! I was seen there for manicure and it is the best manicure service in Houston. Lena (the manicurist) is great! Very attentive and polite. All appliances were clean and sanitized. The employees and lady-owners are nice and professional! You will be offered complimentary coffee/tea which you can enjoy in a clean, beautiful, modern environment. Finally, Houston got a place with European level of service ! A beauty oasis for every girl and even man. Highly recommend for all kind of spa procedures and beauty treatment! Thank you!

Great experience! The staff are very friendly and nice. The facility is very clean. I am happy with the results of a laser hair removal . My daughter has had laser in other places with no results. Adel does a great job! Definitely recommend La Roche & Adel beauty to my friends!

I booked an appointment with Olga for a haircut on January 3rd. The earliest available date for her to see me was in 2 weeks. I was really looking forward to getting my haircut as my hair had become tangled at a long length. There were no reminders about my appointment anywhere. I had to write to clarify if everything was still in place, but in response, I got a time rescheduling. And all my plans for the day and my festive mood were disrupted. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional for a service industry. I cannot recommend their reliability in meeting deadlines if you value your time and don't want to be left without a hairstyle on an important day for you. P.S. Answer for your feedback An individual approach is great! But my individual impression was as if I was forgotten. First, I was not given the address to come to and I did not receive the promised appointment notifications (I found the technician on Facebook). And when I started to clarify if everything was still valid for the specified time and date, it turned out that I had been rescheduled without notification to a time when I was busy. And if I had come (I don't always see SMS on my phone) and spent another hour on the road with no result. I understand that emergencies happen. Thank you for apologizing. But no alternative was offered to me. Therefore, in my understanding, no result means no satisfied customer and no recommendations from them. I always try to leave recommendations, tips, and compensate for any person's expenses. But in our case, I did not feel a respectful attitude towards the client's time and an individual approach. So, forgive me for writing as it is. I hope that my one dissatisfied review can make you reconsider the company's policy and improve its already strong points.

I had a pedicure yesterday and at the very beginning of the process I was embarrassed that nail artist was not sanitized or washed my feet before a process. I asked if the artist would do it for me, and she just said “Don’t worry” and proceeded the pedicure. And more over, I’m not sure that pedicure set was cleaned, because the set was already without disposable packaging when I came in. So today I woke up and one of my fingers turned red and started to hurt around the nail. During the day, the pain getting worse and the finger swelled up. I decided to sanitize it and when I touched my finger, I saw pus, sorry for the details, but I have never had a this kind of result of pedicure in my life🤬!!! I’m shocked, it’s terrible!!! I will never go to this salon again. And I won’t recommend it to anyone!!! And I don’t like how my feet looks like after a pedicure, I could do the same at home and don’t pay too much money for this. In the photo on the left, the second finger is inflamed. In the photo on the right are healthy fingers for comparison. The photos was taken when I just felt something wrong. When it got worse, it was no longer up to take a new photo.

My wife had her manicure done in this salon and she had liked it. She didn’t want to leave a feedback after her last visit and was upset that she would have to leave the salon. I decided to leave a review instead of her, because her nails were totally ruin after gel polish. At first, my wife’s fingers hurt, and after several days and removing the gel polish, it turned out that her nail plate was coming off on all her nails. voids have formed. I think it’s a matter of poor quality material and, as a result, a chemical burn.
