Full set less than a month ago. Had first refill and three days later three fell off in whole pieces like cheap press on nails. I showed it to the manager who said they would replace the whole set at no charge if I came in that Monday. When I arrived they charged me despite that it was their poor performance that caused my nails to drip off. They seemed to think I should be grateful to have them charge me half the price of a refill despite how much I paid to get the full set the prior refill and a nail design that was lost when the nails fell off. In twenty years of getting nails never had this experience or any issues until coming here six months ago. Going somewhere else. Overpriced and poor quality. This is why they were giving people discounts for positive Google reviews. It was deceptive at best

I just want to give a shout out to my girl Tina. I’ve getting my nails done here for 2 years and she never ever disappoints. This past weekend, I got my nails done per usual with gel x, but I came in a little later than usual and by the time my pedi was done, it was almost time to close when we got my nails started. I noticed the base coat was a bit too transparent but I didn’t say anything at the time because I’m not going to be that person on a Sunday at 5:45pm. So I made an appointment to come back on Tuesday and Tina took care of me and listened to exactly what I needed to be fixed, and she was super sweet about it, like always and made suggestions for an even better outcome. Not only she does an amazing job, but also has the best attitude. Love her and everyone at LA <3!

Over paid for gels. They chipped within two days. They fixed the nail. Went to gels taken off after a week since they were all chipped at that point and the nail technician just used the dremel tool. She totally ruined my natural nail and left the clear base coat in patches all over my nails. Totally over priced and they do a terrible job.

The rude receptionist with the long red hair and stiletto nails charged me FULL price $30 for armpit waxing for my 8 year old daughter. She has peach fuzz BARELY any hair. I get my nails filled by Tina every 2 weeks and spend $$$$$$$$ here yearly. I may consider going elsewhere where as this has really pissed me off.

First 2 times I went to this salon they were perfect, perfectly shaped, painted, the thickness on them not to thing not to thick, I went back a 3rd time and guy completely trashed my nails. I know how a salon works I know what you do from start to finish and the guy continued to tell me to have patience and my nails were fine, not only did I go back to get my nail fixed it broke again the day after I left, all my nails have cracks in them 2 weeks after gettin them done but I am not needed for a fill, nails should last you max 3 weeks so considering all my nails have cracks/broke after 2 weeks is ridiculous and makes me not want to even get my nails done again…enjoy my review if you have any negative reply’s don’t waste your time I won’t read it anyway 😌

I loved the staff. My nail tech is honestly one of the best techs I have had. I have been to different nail places and they weren't as nice as LA spa & nail bar is and my Service Dog loves my nail tech is really nice and my Service Dog loves her too.

The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I enjoy coming in for the pedicures with a foot and leg massage. Their Vietnamese coffee is also really delicious.

I loved this place and have gone here for years. I received one of the worst sets I have ever gotten today. Uneven, bumpy, ripples in the acrylic. When I told staff they informed they agreed, took pictures and talked to the mamager. They told me I could get my nails fix but policy is it has to be by the original person who ruined them in the first place. Will never be back.

The atmosphere is amazing. The workers all make sure you are taken care of with complimentary drinks. It was also spotless inside and all around. However, If you are looking for an "in-the-rush" nail salon, this is not the one for you. The workers work very precisely when it comes to their work. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE SALON, THIS is not the salon for you. For my service, I paid $152.44. When I asked how much my total would be at the check-in desk, the staff provided no clear confirmation about pricing and services. Don't waste your money.

First time there and Mary was wonderful. She did a beautiful dip manicure on me. And fixed what the other salon did to my nails the last time. I will be back and I will ask for her. I was there on a Saturday around noon and it was very busy but only waited about 10 min for someone to take me. It’s big and they have a lot of employees. Very clean.

Tina always always always does an excellent job and goes above and beyond to make sure I love my nails each time. I come in every two weeks and have been for more than two years. The salon is a great atmosphere with great staff. Highly recommend!
