Had a 1pm appointment, made it a week prior. Showed up at 12:45pm and she was barely braiding someone’s hair, she said she was behind, I said how long, it was hours. I just drove 45 minutes, on my only day off, wasted gas, I had to leave because I get up at 3:30am for work. I texted her and told her she could’ve texted or called me to say she was that behind. I told her I had an event Saturday, my first appointment was Wednesday. She said she would make it up to me the following day, after I get off of work, I can be there at 5pm, she said she’ll stay late and keep my slot clear. I get there the next day at 4:45pm, and she’s doing someone else’s hair, not what she promised me. We said hi, I sat down. I waited, she said nothing to me, at 5:20 I asked how long, she said 30 more minutes, I left. So…she knew I had an event in 3 days, and didn’t care! LaTonya has been doing my hair, and I don’t understand how you can run a business and not care and be so inconsiderate, really hurtful. Unprofessional. I got burned two days in a row, wasted my precious time and gas, and not even an apology

Horrible sew in application. She tied them so tight to my scalp I almost got an infection. The space is also dirty and unkept. Dept of health would have it closed if it were investigated. Also scary side of town. Will not return again. There are much better options.

I truly want to thank La Tonya for her service to me with the messy "mop" I had today. I came in for a haircut and is my first time visiting her place of business. Not only is she great at what she does, but she was very patient and took her time with my hair and just a great atmosphere overall, so I'd like to thank her for saving me!! I was skeptical when scheduling my daughter's first appointment as any mother would be with their daughter's hair. I must say from the first time La Tonya did my daughter's hair until now, I am very pleased. She takes her time and ensures it is done correctly. I also love the fact that she focus on one client at a time instead of going in between clients. I would definitely recommend La Tonya to family and friends.

She is ghetto and unprofessional . Mediocre work!! She harassed me on my phone with text messages and wouldn’t stop. All because she messed up my hair. On top of being in my personal business. Go somewhere else if you want someone professional that offers good customer service and work. If you comment on here LaTonya I’m posting the text messages!

I've never had such a great salon experience! She didn't leave me waiting and I got a lot of laughs and great conversation out of it, too! Such a positive spirit! Can't wait to go back - also I was amazed with my results!
