Got a pedicure and my toe nail was infected within 3 days, which now has caused a thickened toe nail due to the infection. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.

By far the most unprofessional and unsanitary nail salon I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I recieved a gel manicure (with acrylic tips) and a gel pedicure while my friend received a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Throughout the entire process the staff was incredibly rude and aggresive. Only 1 staff member appears to be able to do anything beyond a basic manicure so the whole process took almost 3 hours. Although it took so long both manicures were awful (crooked nails, uneven polish, painted cuticles, etc.). The nail technician was using the same dremel that dog groomers use and didn’t clean her tools between clients so we were not surprised when my friend’s toenail became INFECTED within ~36 hours of our visit. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this nail salon.

Terrible experience at this salon. Staff was incredibly rude and impatient. We had an appointment but they acted like we were a bother and rushed through the manis and pedis. Each time the technician would snap at me for who knows what , she would then say something in her language to the rest of the staff. I didn’t need to understand it to know she was being rude and talking about patrons . I will never return. I have never experienced such rudeness at a nail salon, just awful. Staff all talk to each other in their language and did not even try to interact politely with patrons. Left feeling angry and disgusted.

The owner is amazing. she can multitask like no other. My nails ALWAYS look great. I heard a staff member singing/ humming so happy while she was working. This place is adorable.

I went with my little girl today to have a Mommy & Me pedi date. The 2 staff members who did our pedis were so unkind, especially the woman doing my 7yo’s pedi. She was scrubbing her little feet and legs so hard and my daughter would jerk her leg back in pain, and I asked the lady to please be gentle. She seemed extremely irritated and slapped on a sloppy paint job and got up. My daughter was asking her questions, trying to be personable during the experience and she wouldn’t even look up to answer her. I thought maybe she wasn’t comfortable speaking a second language, understandably so. However, 3 minutes later she’s working on someone else’s nails chatting up a storm. Then they charged me $27 for her pedi, but in the past they haven’t done that. I called when we left to ask how much for a child’s pedi, and they said $15. When we left a tip (which I shouldn’t have done), the guy said, “OH WOWWW!” In English before trash-talking us in their language. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. My daughter has very sensitive spots on her feet and heels now with skin missing from the cruel and abrasive scrubbing. I should’ve gotten up and left, but wanted my little girl to have a nice time. I’m so disappointed and we won’t be back.

Made an appt for 2pm. When i showed up they said 215-230pm. When I came back I was told “we are still working”. When I asked how long I was told 3pm. I asked if I shouldn’t bother making an appt and the response was “well we never know how long something will take”. I avoided this place for several years for the same reason but had returned a few weeks ago and the gentleman who did my pedicure was great. Poor customer service when you don’t value our time as well

I came a week ago and the tech did such a short cut on my gel nails and was not interested in what I wanted. Then went back there recently for a walk in at 9am. I waited for over a hour and had to leave. You’re telling me it takes less than 30mins to do gel nails? Then over a hour for pedicures with no polish? No one smiled to say will be with you momentarily, it was more like what do you want? Lost my business!! The owner comes into your place of business and demands immediate attention when she walks in the door. 😒😒😒😒I tried with this place and then I was sitting there and she was trash talking a customer that called in to reschedule. You don’t deserve a business.

I only went to this salon because I didn't have time to go to my regular one. When they first opened they were great but not happy with their service at all anymore. My pedicure lasted about 25 minutes and was not happy with the polish finish. Hopefully won't have to go there again.

They have ruined my face during eye brow waxing, my eye brows are so much thinner, the length of the eyebrow is shortened on one side, one eyebrow is thinner than the other. During the service the lady wasn’t showing the mirror properly, she held the mirror so high up so that I couldn’t see! Very unprofessional. During pedicure I opted for sports pedicure which said on the description intense massage and callus removal, the job was done vey sloppily. The massage was just like touching with no pressure. This is absolute the worst place to go for any kind of service. The lady doing my service was talking and laughing hysterically with the co worker, while doing such low quality service. This is absolutely horrible.

After clearly telling the person on the phone that we wanted color hand-filed off as opposed to using a Dremel, and being assured that, for a little extra, it would be “no problem,” the technician refused to perform the service as we asked.

I had an appointment and had to wait 50 minutes which half hour of it my feet was soaking and turning raisins and still no one to tend me. I don't get it; if you are too busy why give appointment and why make me wait while still accepting and attending 3 more clients when they arrive after me? So I just left without getting any service. Bad business manners and won't be going back.

My daughter and I went here for the first time and were both very disappointed. Our pedicures were done in about 15 minutes. Very sloppily done. Lots of steps skipped. They look terrible. Do not recommend!

My wife went here for a couple of years through the pandemic. It was convenient and the prices were acceptable. However service began slacking off in 2022. She would take family for scheduled appointments and would be waiting for up to 45 minutes to be seated. The manicures and pedicures started to get sloppy and the last time she went she came home with a cut on her foot that started to show signs of infection. I was livid from her narrative. Ultimately I suggested she find another location, I hope that you will too.

Very clean and bright nail salon with soothing music playing. About 6-ish pedicure and nail stations. Comfy pedicure chairs with all manner of manual adjustments. Staff friendly and accommodating albeit the English could be a bit better. I did have to wait a bit with my feet soaking before the pedicure started as my person was finishing a manicure. Pedicure was basic, and the price was fair. They asked several times if everything was ok. Very happy with the shape and polishing of my nails. Would definitely return.
