I had an amazing hydrafacial with Grisel today. It was very relaxing and she talked through all of the steps! She left my skin feeling hydrated and glowy. Definitely recommend going to her!

Hands down the best skincare place in Memphis. The staff takes the time to not only get to know your skin but you as a person. They take pride in the work they do it and it shows. Sydney is so knowledgeable and answers any and all questions each time I go. My skin is so much better after consistently seeing her for 3 + years. Always love getting to pop into Labella for a visit!

I have been going to Labella for a few years! It is my go to for a great facial! I usually see Sophie. She always does an amazing job, and her shoulder massages- OMG, Amazing! The facility is always so clean and relaxing. They carry top of the line products and offer a variety of services. It is a great place to go to get pampered.

I have been seeing Sydney for years! Her expertise and advice has been the best for my skin and confidence. She knows when I want to chat or just let me relax for the best spa experience. They have lots of wonderful products for all of my needs and have made the biggest difference in my skin. I started seeing her in my 20s and now that I have progressed into my 30s, Sydney has recommended treatments and products to give me the best skin of my life!

I’ve only been to Labella Skin Bar once, but it definitely left the best impression and did not disappoint! I loved the way my skin felt after and received a complimentary product of my now FAVORITE eye cream by ZO skin health! They always run the best promos and I’m so sad I haven’t been in since my first visit, but definitely need to treat myself to another self care day really SOON.

I cannot recommend La Bella enough! The staff is great; the facility is beautiful and relaxing. I see Sydney for facials, and she has helped my skin improve so much. She truly cares about her clients. I have had facials, micro needling and Botox done here; and each treatment has given great results.

I wanted to like this place. I was so excited to go there and get my eyebrows tinted. However from the moment I walked in, I was treated with rude employees at the front desk. Since it was my first time, I did not know what to do so I said “Hi! I am here for a brow tint with ......!” The two ladies at the desk were older and gave me an up and down judgmental look and one said “ok. you can sit now.” It was nothing short of rude. They kept looking over at me and it made me feel insecure. They acted snooty and they did not treat any of the other customers this way. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen. I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I was then over charged for my service because she gave me an eyebrow wax that I did not ask for or want because I go to a specific place to get that done. The lady who did my brows was kind, but because of the ladies at the front, appointment delay, and overcharge, I will not be returning.
