Didn’t value my time!! I booked an appointment a week in advance after talking to Analissa for a couple weeks and telling her what I was do and what kind of hair I have etc. and I arranged day care for my kids. I was super exited to get my hair cut that I was waiting to do after debating for months. I arrived 20 min early for my appointment all excited and she said oh I’m sorry I can’t see you coz I have another appointment I forgot about you. Even tho I was there first she decided to see the other client. I was devastated so I called around and Mecca salon down the street was closed but they said they would come and open up just to see me. I Glad I went to Mecca they did an amazing job.

Absolutely amazing service! I was so nervous to cut all my hair off but the team was so supportive and helped me understand how to care for my hair as well what hair best fits my face. Thanks guys!!!

I absolutely love the vibe at Lace Salon.. I have been coming to Violet for years. She works magic with your hair. I also bring my teenage daughter to Violet. My daughter loves getting her hair done here. Violet always listens to her vision and brings it to life.. 🩷

I am more than happy with my experience at Lace Salon! This place is beautiful with such a peaceful vibe! My hair tech Jessica did an amazing job! I usually hop around with my hair but I’m pretty sure I’ve found my hair home.

I drive to Jessica from Lake Tahoe, CA. I am getting married and she has spent such time preparing me for that big special day and helping me perfect my color. I send my sisters to her now too. She’s amazing.

GEORGIA is YOUR GIRL to go to! She brought my hair back to life, did exactly what I wanted done! She is sweet and so talented! I highly recommend getting your hair done by her! PS the before pic wasnt her work BUT MY GOD LOOK AT HOW AMAZING AFTER results look! Thanks Girl!

Love this place. The women here are all amazing. Tamara did my hair this time. It was perfect. She asked questions about my hair routine and really listened when I talked about what I wanted. Definitely my permanent place.

I have never felt like I needed to write a yelp review until this terrible experience. I am new to the area and I was looking for a 'forever stylist'. I am constantly getting my hair done and need a reputable person to trust with my hair. After doing some research I came across Georgia. She had a lot of great reviews and looked like she did a good job with her clients. That being said, looks can be deceiving. I booked my appointment a little over a week in advance. 2 hours before my appointment I got a message from Georgia asking me to change my appointment to a different day . I notified her right away that because I have a very busy schedule I would not be able to move my appointment to the next day. She agreed to keep my appointment at the same time/day. I thought it was very off putting to be asked as a new client to move my appointment immediately upon my first visit. My previous stylist had never even once changed my appointment the same day. I drove about 35 minutes to get to the salon. Parking kind of sucks in the area (you have to pay for parking in the parking garage). I checked my phone before going inside and realized that Georgia had texted me. She waited until 5 minutes before my appointment to inform me she was "running late" and I would need to wait an additional hour. I explained to her that I'm parked in a parking garage that will be charging me by the hour. I also very nicely told her that I thought waiting until 7 minutes before my scheduled appointment time was a bit unprofessional, especially as a first time client. She did not seem to care at all. She made it very clear that I was unimportant and if I want her services I have to wait. She was not very remorseful and responded by saying "hair is extremely unpredictable" and was only running a "little late". I've been seeing my previous stylist for 4 years and have never had her run more then 20 minutes behind. Desperate to get my hair done I waited 45 minutes outside before coming inside of the salon. The salon is NOT FOLLOWING COVID GUIDELINES!!! The receptionist, Georgia, and the 2 clients in the salon were all not wearing masks. As I sat waiting for Georgia I was debating whether to leave or stay as I no longer felt safe with no one wearing masks in the building. I looked over at Georgia and literally saw her burn her client with a curling iron. On that note I decided it's time to leave. Absolutely the worst salon experience I've ever had. Will never come back here and would advise others to not go here unless you're okay with the risk of getting COVID-19 and the unprofessional behavior of the stylists/workers

Had a hair trim and styling by Georgia. I've seen her a couple times before, always does a great job. The salon was clean and professional. Bonus was that they validate parking for the garage so I didn't have to pay anything extra 😁

I have gone to Violet for several years and during this time turned blonde, balayage, highlighted throughout to create a subtle blend for my whites and ultra dark non-white hair that make it seem like I am darker blonde and then hair extensions with coloring/bleaching of the extensions and my own hair for my wedding as well as short hair, long hair, bangs and no bangs and pregnancy/post pregnancy hair--mamas, you know what I mean! Violet is a master artist! My hair has greatly improved in health and color since going to her as she helped me transform whatever hair issue I was experiencing each time. She has a beautiful and clean salon as well where she often displays work from local artists to support the community. Go to Violet! You can trust her and won't regret it!

Worst hair cut I have ever had. She copped all my hair off when we talked about only taking an inch or so off and thinning it out. I'm not sure how it went from that to basically walking out with short hair. She started off the conversation about how tired her arms were. That should have been my que to walk out. When the cut was over according to her, I had to tell her that one side was longer then the other around my ears and I had to ask her to save my neck and after doing all that it still was not even and I had long hairs on my neck that I went home and fixed the best I could. Now I have to wait at least 3 weeks so I can fix it without going even shorter. Not a good experience.

Adorable salon. The stylists are very friendly and they do a great job! They sell color wow dream coat which is one of my favorite go-to products. Ask for Haylee! She’s amazing.

Lace is super cute and very clean. Hannah did amazing things with my curly hair. She listened to what I wanted and made very helpful suggestions. She even did a dry cut before texturing my hair. Other curly haired girls will know how important that is! I had a wonderful experience and recommend Lace to all my friends.

I have been going to Pace Salon for almost 3 years. Violet is SPECTACULAR! She is extremely knowledgeable with pretty much anything that has to do with hair. She can transform your hair in to any look! The other ladies are amazing as well.
