Not reliable! It's hard to catch a particular stylist; you must call for an appointment to be turned per usual! When you finally get any of the stylists who are at the shop. The same stylist that turned you down will accept a walk in front of you after they told you they were booked for the whole week. They are not accepting walk-ins. They have no available spots. They are very heavy-handed, too!

Vickiy Anderson has to be one of the most unprofessional hair dressers that I have ever dealt with. I book an appointment for my daughter for boho braids. I bring her into the shop at 3 o'clock for her appointment she doesn't get her back to start until 4pm. And then today at 6: 30 my daughter texts me and says that she's not even going to the style that I paid for. After I complain asking why I wasn't informed she wasn't able to do it. And that it's very unprofessional she tells me to come get my daughter and that she's not doing her hair after her already being in her shop for 3 hours. I do not recommend you go to this lady's shop she doesn't care about her clients and takes absolutely no accountability for her own mistakes.

Vickiy Anderson is unprofessional and had my daughter at the salon for over 3 hrs for no reason. After working on her hair our daughter text saying she wasn't getting the style my daughter has been asking us for ans the reason we booked the appointment (booked braids). Her father asked what was going on and she responded with a bunch of excuses and basically that she had to many clients and wasn't prepared with the proper supplies to do the job. After her father replied explaining his frustration she then took out what she actually did and said she wasn't doing her hair. My daughter waisted her only day off from school and sports to sit there for hours and be mistreated. She was very excited to get her hair done and now I am an angry mother and my daughter is sad. She also yelled at her father when he went to pick her up. You don't treat children that way. You don't handle business that way either. Don't over book and be prepared with the supplies you need in advance. Also communicate in a professional way.

I am afrolatina and it is very hard to find a place where they know how to work with my hair. It is different than your normal hair texture and a lot of it and here I found Wanda. She was great, patience, did a great job with my hair. The whole place was cleaned and atmosphere was like going to a family's house where you get to feel so comfortable. There were guys and woman just having their hair done. Love love love the place!

I really love this place. It's very clean and not claustrophobic at all. Very well decorated. Cathy does my hair and does a good job. If there is any wait time it is very short. She gets in you in and out. I love my hair.

I first started going to Tasha Byrd in about 2004/2005. She is really the only hair stylist that I have stayed with for years and trust to style my hair. I have an odd hair type that can be easily damaged but Tasha understands how to style and care for my hair. Although I tend to stick to basic styles, I have allowed her to choose the style and she came up with a lovely look that suited my personality extremely well.
