I had a 530 appointment and after checking in, I waited over 25 minutes and was never acknowledged that I was even there. This isn’t the first time that they’ve been late but this is definitely the last time I use them or recommend them. Update. The stylist at this location are the best in the business. Professional and personable.

I've gotten my haircut here multiple times and have no complaints as far as the cut goes but trying to make an appointment here is ridiculous....I called to make an appointment and the basically hung up on me. I tip 20$ everytime I'm here and on a 25$ cut I would say that's a great tip but if I ever do come back me tipping great is never happening again. This place is a shooters that cuts hair and some of you need to put some clothes on. Instead of coming here I'll go where my business and over tipping is appreciated.

We absolutely love Kayla! She cuts my son's hair and my husband's. She is phenomenal and really gets to know her clients and what they like and want. She is always happy and ready to take on new haircuts that my son wants. All of the staff is amazing here. Highly recommend!

Sat in the lobby for over 20 mins while 3 stylists were just standing around talking and on their phone one was doing their make up and one was doing their own hair with two people sitting in the lobby waiting for hair cuts very unprofessional. Couldn’t even get my hair cut because I have more stuff to do. And couldn’t wait 30-40 mins in a lobby while people are messing around.!!!

Called ahead and asked if they had time to grab a walk-in if I was there in 15 minutes. They said yes and I was there in only 10 minutes. An hour later, I am still waiting.

I just wanna give a huge shout out to Kayla! She got my daughter in for a last min back to school hair cut! She did an outstanding job! My daughter & her laughed the whole time! The two girls who were short staffed today did an amazing job!!! Thank you so much! My mama heart is so happy! 🫶🏻

I had a great experience! Not sure why Tyler Reeves complained about the music being "girly" in his review last month. They had rock music playing when I visited. I would have loved some variety in the tunes, though! Some people just live to be miserable. 🤷‍♂️

This place really needs an online booking/check-in option. I arrived 1:15 before close and was turned away because they were booked until the end of the day, which would be totally fine if I could have learned that information before driving to the salon. They were going to have me check myself in on a computer at the front desk anyways, so I don't know why that can't be offered online. The place looked nice, so I am disappointed I was unable to get in line and had to take my business elsewhere.

Top Notch place to get your haircut geared towards the men... I've had a couple different gals cut my hair who have all done great, but I definitely recommend Jennie... she does a amazing job cutting hair and we'll most definitely make you leave with a smile on your face

Waited 50 minutes past my appointment time only to find out they never recorded my appointment. Offered to cut my hair after 20 more minutes of waiting. This is not the first time I've had to wait VERY long periods of time, even with an appointment. The stylists are fine and some are really great. Not worth the wait, however. I can't recommend, if you value your time.

Bad business practice. All they do is talk between them. Be prepare to wait more than 30min. Just to be seated.

My son is autistic and has sensory issues and sometimes meltdowns when getting hair cuts. After a bad experience at another salon, we usually have to do his hair cuts at home. We decided to try a salon again after a couple years and went in and explained his sensory issues. Kamara was AMAZING with him. Not one meltdown, down because she took her time and talked with him. Will definitely come back to her for future hair cuts.

Absolutely love this place! The best haircut, shave, beard and mustache trim, followed up with a wash, hot towel, and scalp massage, make me look and feel brand new. Kirstyn is amazing!

I have been here a few times the lady that normally cuts my son's hair who does a great job wasn't there. I won't be back though because the women working there having conversations (loud even) were highly inappropriate. Not only my son but other children also present.

I used to dread getting my haircut before I found this place. Short wait, quick work, everyone's easygoing. So long as I'm in KC, this is where I prefer to get haircuts.
