Courtney is simply the best (manager). Only get the Kings treatment when I schedule with her. I love the atmosphere there and most definitely my haircut. I've been going here for nearly 4 years now

Melissa was great! She gave my man's a great fresh cut, some added confidence, and such a dope experience for a quick cut. The parlor is comfortable and inviting. Very laid-back feeling as soon as you step foot inside. It was such a great first-time experience with the galls. He's mentioned how he's looking forward to going back for routine cuts. Update coming soon.... The second visit was not great. I'm not sure who the stylist was, perhaps Amanda. I can only assume because they FB messaged me and asked about the review... That's unprofessional and weird. The cut she gave my partner was very off and did not listen when he mentioned he has a few cowlicks in his hair pattern. The stylist was unprompted and too personal about her home life while he was sitting in the chair about her family....

I keep to myself usually and protesting this for a haircut just felt petty, but my unhapiness in the mirror every morning since my last cut got me to write this. My last 2 visits with Amanda have been sorely disappointing. The first was so bad I dreaded walking in the second time because I might have the same stylist. I did. I gave the benefit of the doubt but the second experience was so bare bones she only used the electric clippers. One side's length is obviously longer than the other. Other parts are disproportionate as well since there was no trimmers, shears, thinning out, etc. as requested. While I'm not as experienced in haircuts and care as employees and stylists, I know my hair enough and haven't had issues communicating what I usually have cut, this stylist did seem bothered I wasn't sure if I wanted a 3 or a 4 as my trim length or if I used shears or electric clipper. When I said usually both, that's when they made the executive decision of only electric clipper. So ya: A not so great paoir of haircuts done with bare bones service by the same stylist has made me want to say something.

They have a sign out front that says "walk-ins welcome" - this is a lie. I came to Lady Jane's for a walk-in haircut, signed in, and waited for nearly 45 minutes before finally being called, only to be told to sit back down so someone who came in after me, who even said he was late for his appointment, could go first and that "it's policy to take appointments first." Cool, thanks for wasting my time. I will never use your shop again.

Brandice is excellent. She did great on my hair yesterday so I brought my son today. He is 5 and doesn't like haircuts. She kept his attention and did a great job!

Cortney H was amazing and I have been to several hair stylist and I have to say she is the best . Would recommend to the mountains about this place . Will absolutely be back next time and more to come .

For the amount we paid, it wasn't worth it. The lady forgot spots on his head to be shaved, didn't do the hit towel included in the price, cut his neck all up and didn't do any lotion. She did the service so fast that I think she didn't even wanna be there. This is our last time here, better to go somewhere cheaper to get the service we got. Not worth $45.00!!

I made an appointment for 10:30 and I waited for my hair cut until 11:15 and left, I saw two people go ahead of me, one walk in and one appointment scheduled for 11. I understand that they may be short staff but i did not plan on staying here longer than an hour. What is the point of an appointment if the business does not adhere to it or inform their clients of a wait?

If you wanna waste your money and time go there. Literally saw me wait for them to come at the register but they talked for 10 mins before coming to me. After that cut my hair wrong. Made the back of my neck red as hell. Didn’t have a mirror to check how the back looks like. Was done with my haircut in 8 min literally 8 min. And it was 25 dollars and she wanted tips too. Hell no if you wanna go go but just know ur gonna waste your time and money and might get disrespected and a get hair cut.

I’ve got my hair cut here about 6-7 times now over the years, and out of those times only two would suffice as a decent cut. They need better barbers because I’ve had to go elsewhere to get it fixed after leaving here.

Very great cuts and a pretty good price! I drop about $30 after tip for a haircut, and the complimentary shampoo, hot towel and neck shave. Well worth it for dudes to get cut.. as far as chains go it's my go-to

Amanda Seibler was amazing I have had her for over 2 years now. She does an amazing job everytime. I order the kings treatment and she does an amazing job with the massages and beard trims. Best service I have ever had.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and getting my hair cut and beard trimmed by Christina. She is consistently great, and I always leave happy with the results. She has also made useful recommendations for hair care products that I use to this day. I would not hesitate to recommend coming here to any guy.

Just had the best hair cut experience in years. Cortney H. did the job and she definitely hit a home run for me with an all-over scissor cut (old school). It was obvious that she had years of experience and when I asked, she sure enough related her history including time at Penzone. I’d say to any guy looking for a new stylist to give Cortney H a try over at Lady Jane’s in Gahanna. Be sure to get the King’s package with scalp and shoulder massage! ✌🏼

I have been going to the LJ on Hamilton Road for almost a year. Coming from the military I had no idea what to do with my hair other than a fade. I was greeted by Christina and have been going to her at least once a month for the last year. Christina is amazing at what she does, she styles and makes suggestions and executes them perfectly. When I get out of the chair and look at my hair I’m never disappointed. I get asked almost every time I get a haircut where I go because of how good it looks. If you’re going to her location I would definitely recommend Christina.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Courtney W for the past few years. I get a scissor cut all around and have never left looking anything other than my best. Booking around a week in advance has also been the best bet as appointments seem to fill up limiting walk in opportunity if you have a preferred stylist.
