I came in here with a creative project: “do whatever you think would look good on me”. I had really long hair that I been growing out for a while and pinned up. I gave her full creative freedom and I gotta say - she knew what she was doing. Even gave me a beard trim. I love it. I’m glad she was up for the create challenge and that she felt inspired to give it her all

Great clean local barbershop. Holly is the best and has been cutting my hair for two years. I’ve never gotten as many compliments on my hair before. Also have never had to wait to get a haircut which is amazing and unheard of.

I spent a while looking for a good barbershop in town and didn't have much success. I stumbled upon Lady Jane's online and have been going there for a while now. There have been several people who have cut my hair over the years, but Stephanie is the best. The straight razor, warm towel, and shampoo are totally worth it.

Disappointed, I showed the hairdresser a photo of what I wanted, had a video of my last barber cutting the look I wanted and a description of the techniques he used. I spoke to them about my cowlick and the need to leave it longer in the back, they assured me they would, then proceed to cut it the same length as the rest I also asked to leave the top longer so it would lay down, she also butchered that! Today my cowlick are sticking up crazy and because my hair is so short, it looks nothing like my picture....I grew my hair for almost a year this barber didn't listen to me or what I wanted very disappointed avoid this place at all cost!!!! Second worst haircut of my life

I came into to Lady Jane's for a haircut. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly impressed with the haircut I recieved. Kudo's to Holly! She really hit the mark!... I grew up in a family of hair stylist, and I can immediately tell when a hair stylist knows what they are doing. From the start, I could tell by Holly's poise, and by the way she held her clippers,... she knew how to cut hair!!! Now weeks later, and it still looks good. A haircut that holds "it's look" weeks later.... is a precision haircut. Thanks Holly!! I'm giving you 5 Stars!!! I will be Back.

Honestly, I knew there was something wrong with getting a fade when she started the fade using a guard on a comb on the sides getting a 0. $30 for a c quality haircut when masters don’t even charge that much. I’ve gotten better haircuts on base where they cut your hair in five minutes. The haircut literally looks like I got a haircut three weeks ago. She didn’t round anything or shape to my head. Still asked for a tip like it was worthy of anything. Furthermore, they have an up front menu with pricing and then she displayed her own price on the mirror which was more expensive than the main haircut in the franchise sign. The sides have hard lines and the left side is a half inch higher than the right around the ears. She used a guard the whole time even with the comb, what a joke! Too embarrassed to even post a pic.

Ashley is the absolute best! I’m a traveling welder, have been everywhere from PA to the Carolinas and now good ole Colorado and have never found anyone across this beautiful country to give me an incredible haircut and fade as she does!! As long as I’m here in the mountains I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a fresh cut! Guaranteed! 😎 🍻

They don’t give you the card machine, so they hold it and ask you what your tip will be, there is no discretion whatsoever

I normally go to the Union and Academy one. Never a problem there. Pretty sure I've left a 5 star review as a matter of fact. This one is close to my work, so I went right after work for a basic haircut. First time at this location. It's Thursday at 5:15pm. The parking lot is empty and no customers in the salon. I was turned away. They were "completely booked" for the rest of the day and couldn't take walk-ins. Really? Not a single person there...at 5:15...and you can't squeeze me in within the next 2 hours and 45 minutes? The lady was very abrasive and it was clear she was just getting rid of me. If it was a weekend or the salon was busy, I'd understand. Heck, if there was ONE person in there, I'd have given them the benefit of the doubt. But give me a break. It was EMPTY. I'm the most easygoing cut you'd have all day; 15 minutes and I'm done and I tip $40. That's fine, I went elsewhere. And I'll continue to go elsewhere. You clearly are too "busy" for my business. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bekah refused to give me a simple haircut due to past reasons. When she clearly let me make an appointment over the phone earlier.There was also someone else who could have given me a haircut. She told me to go somewhere else for service and to never come back. Very rude. I was not there for personal reasons just wanted a plain simple haircut and that's it. But I might as well take my service somewhere else... never again going to this business if you can do your job of cutting hair.

The two hair cuts my boys received are horrible! One was in and out of the chair is 9 min. The other one took a little longer but I was told they didn’t have enough time do to what I wanted. So I went basic and they still managed to mess it up. Waste of money and time. I am taking both my boys straight to another barber to get the haircuts, I just paid for fixed.

As an old man with a receding hairline, I wasn’t sure what to do after 25 years wearing a flattop. My barber was very helpful and knew what would look good for me. I got a great haircut. Straight edge neck shave and I was surprised how cheap it was. I’m sure every barber is differently skilled, but I was really happy with the skills here.

My favorite place for a haircut. Really cool place, the stylists are all very nice, and you're treated so very nice there. Haley has cut my hair for the last 2 years and she is amazing. She pays attention to detail and is just an all around awesome person. Highly recommend this place!

Walked in to a empty store with one employee. 6pm. 2 hours before close. I was promptly asked if I have an appointment. No I said, then I was told she was by herself and didn't feel comfortable staying here past dark, being alone and all... BTW about and hour of light left and 2 till close... she refused my business offering an appointment for another day... I ask you the reader. Would you go back? Remember the place had no customers. This is a franchise, not some fancy boutique that only does appointments... no thanks... won't likely ever come back...
