Poor service made appointment and still had to wait ported for the straight razor beard trim only to find out I couldn’t get it but still got charged kids got their hair cut and said the stylist rushed through it and cut their hair too short. Ask for a beard trim and eyebrows cut shaved my eyebrows half off on one side and uneven beard shave

Brought my boys here, ages 4 and 6. Pretty quick and simple haircuts. Turned out fair. Was shocked the charge was $25 for each. Too much to justify for the age.

Called them today and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Since we were only a few blocks, we decided to stop. My two sons and I were all getting hair cuts. After a 45 minute wait. None of us had been in a chair. This has happened multiple times. Even if you get someone good that cuts your hair nice, you usually never see her again. I don't think I am ever going back. Looking for a new shop. They are way to expensive anyway. I do not reccomend.

I have only gone to Lady Jane's 3 times. The first being a couple of years ago, and I wasn't too terribly impressed. However, I started going again recently because I found Lindsey. Her attention to detail and the care she provides during haircuts is top notch. As long as she is there, I will be a returning customer.

Can't recommend. Gave them a try because I was desperate for a haircut but my hairline is completely uneven and my beard is two different lengths on each side.

Lindsey was very cool and easy to work with. She's one of the only stylists I've had that's actually taken her time and made sure it looked good and was everything I wanted. She cracked good jokes and made the experience more enjoyable. I will be using her exclusively from now on.

Overall haircuts aren’t half bad. My problems begin with their other “services”. On my first visit the stylist casually asked if I wanted her to even put my beard with my hair which I took to mean give a good transition. Come pay time. She charged me for a full beard trim which is dang near the same price as a full haircut.

We have been here multiples times to have our twins haircut. Not a cheap visit with tip! But the stylist have been nice and even had teaching experience for both myself as mom with crazy haired kid and the stylist. The last Two times, I said half and 1 and was not questioned about 1 guard or 1 inch. They buzzed both boys completely. Fine it's just hair. My fault, Still tipped too. Yesterday, we go in 2 people ahead. Log in and wait there was only 3 people working. Stylists walk past use even brought a stool over to sit as chairs were broken or taken. 45 minutes later we are told they have appointments and we would have to wait at least and hour more. Are you kidding me?!? You couldn't tell us this 45 minutes ago when we signed in or the multiple times you walked by? They proceeded to take people who just walked in back.. we left and will not be back! There has to be better customers service than this! Especially when I've asked if we need or should schedule and was told no multiple times. They do not talk to you you check in with a computer.

I had an amazing experience at Lady Jane's getting a haircut from Lindsey. She's an attentive stylist that makes you feel comfortable and like you're in good hands. The price is pretty cheap for a haircut, however it's well worth spending the extra money for the shampoo and head massage. I've always just gotten a basic haircut throughout my life, and now I wish I'd thought of this as more of a relaxing experience because it can be exactly that if it's done right. I definitely recommend asking for Lindsey.

The haircut itself is about average. The staff is friendly, if you are looking for a place to get a haircut and get out, this place is hit or miss. I think timing has a lot to do with your wait time, but a good thing is that you can get on the waitlist then go about your day.

I came in on 2/17/24 for a trim. I had a long curly mullet (9 inches in the back). After about 2 hours and multiple people messing with it. I left and it was less than 4 inches long. I have grown it out for 3 years just for somebody else to absolutely ruin it. I do not recommend this place if you don't want a buzzcut.

Harlie is amazing. I did not give that woman a whole hell of a lot to work with. I'm finding in my 40's my hair looks like a Chia pet that's trying to sell you on a house on a cul-de-sac. She styled all the hair making a mad dash away from my forehead... Almost a 5 head and I look great. 10/10 will be back

Nina was amazing first time here and I will for sure b back never. After the amazing haircut that she meticulously took her time to craft I got a complementary how towel on the neck before the straight razor on my neck and a hair wash . Amazing service amazing store !!!

No stars, if it were possible. That's right, a big fat goose egg. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Twice in the past month I've been in to try and get a haircut, and twice I've been turned away - once within 20min of closing time, the stated reason being that they were closed. The second time within an hour of closing time, and told no more walk ins accepted. Literally the only reason to ever use this place is convenience. The haircuts aren't great, but as long as all you need is "shorter" then it was fine, if expensive for the service. Never wasting my time with them again.
