I called and asked for a Manager to call me to privately express my concerns as a long time client and after a week, I’ve not been called. Here are my concerns. Price Variation and High Staff Turnover: Be cautious if you're considering this company. The fluctuating prices from visit to visit suggest inconsistent service quality, and the high staff turnover indicates a lack of experienced or dedicated hairdressers. This combination should make clients wary of expecting a consistently good haircut and experience. Obvious Price Gouging: Beware of price gouging, is rampant here. The cost of services swings widely from one visit to the next without any clear updates or transparency. Old prices are still displayed, misleading clients about the actual cost, which seems to be arbitrarily set each time. I’m assuming it’s at stylist discretion and that’s unfortunate when one decides to take advantage. A simple buzz of some neck stubble has been free with a haircut to all the way up to 20$ for a “beard trim”. Inexperienced Stylists: I visited hoping for a haircut and a simple nose waxing, but was met with confusion. Some stylists here clearly have no clue about how to provide or even source materials for certain services like nose waxing. This lack of knowledge or preparation can be frustrating for clients expecting standard beauty treatments. Unprofessional Greeting: Walking into the salon to be greeted by an untrained, barking dog was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I understand the value of support animals, this dog was clearly not one. As a client, I expect a welcoming and relaxing environment, not one where I have to deal with an uncontrolled pet. It's a significant deterrent to returning for services. Conclusion: This used to be a “step up” above a Great Clips but as of 2025 it’s essentially on equal footing. When I first started coming - dropping 100 bucks plus fantastic tip was expected and didn’t feel like you were robbed. A great scalp massage, a beard trim, great detailed haircut, nose waxing with a face mask if I felt up to it. That’s not what this place is anymore. I’d say you missed this places heyday and go find a better experience elsewhere.

I usually come to cut my hair here and Nina is a absolutely out of this world, but today I come to cut hair because I have to go somewhere. Nina was not here and make an appointment with one of newest lady but she not friendly and good. I told her i will like to cut medium skin fade. She cut my hair with zero and i told her i want skin fade later she charge me more than I usually get charge. I ask the reason she told me because I told her skin fade later. I am never going to cut my hair with her again.

Went in the other day for a cut before prom. Nina was the lady and what a job she did, a true badass who knows how to cut some damn hair. Appreciate it. Definitely would recommend👍

I ran into some issues the first time I visited, but the owner reached out to me about it and made it right. So I came back and got a cut, color, and scalp massage. Nina was generous in spending a lot of time helping me figure out exactly how I wanted my cut, since the last cut I got somewhere else didn't work very well for me. She knew what she was doing and did a good job. Overall, my experience was much better this time around and I can now recommend it. I still wish they had online reservations and/or check in, but you can call and make an appointment at least.

Took my son in around 7 at night. Called ahead to make sure we weren't late, they were very friendly on the phone and in person. Didn't close until 8, they listened to my son and he said the shampoo and rinse felt, "sooo good." Haircut was well done. We'll definitely be back. I'll attach some before and after photos as well.

Absolute horrid experience. I had an appointment and showed up on time. Our stylist wasn't there and the woman who was working was really rude and wouldn't help me. I didn't know what to do and I asked the woman there if we could get in with her and she said no and was so very rude.

I have been a customer of Lady Jane's for 5 years! From the Brentwood location to the Sunset Hills location, and both have treated me amazingly! Katie is my girl nowadays, and she has always been accommodating to fit me in short notice. Great service, great haircut, and always a few laughs along the way!

I would’ve posted this review last time I arrived and sat waiting over 20 minutes for them to address me…but last time a woman apologized for their disarray and explained that they were running behind. I had a scheduled appointment, but they did not even seat me for 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Started to post and describe, but decided not to since everybody has a bad day. This is now the second consecutive visit where the entire group of employees does not acknowledge their customers for 20 minutes. This time I had to stand at the front counter for minutes until one of them begrudgingly asked me what I needed. I asked how far behind they were running and explained that I had an appointment for 330 (it’s 350). They squabble amongst themselves and finally point to the stylist with the appointment and ask her how much longer. She snapped back at them with attitude, “im finishing up”. Pass on this place. The team is rude, consistently late, and do not give basic customer service. Haircuts are expensive and the quality is on par with other walk-in accepting locations. Not worth the hassle. Best part is they have a sign on the counter begging for 5-star reviews on google. Sounds like ownership is feeling the effects of their poor service. Unfortunately they’ve packed the ratings on here to create the illusion that this place is worth visiting.

Really bad experience, I left in the middle of haircut. My hair is slightly tangled, but the staff brushed it like she’s trying to rip off my scalp…. It’s hurts really bad. So I asked if I can brush myself, then she started giving me attitude. Had to left in the middle

Took my 12 yr old there and he was very happy with his haircut. He's very particular about his hair and we needed somewhere new to go. Glad we went there. We will be back.

Was a customer for years recently came back for a cut a beard coloring. Cut was great. Asked for copper color for beard they dyed my beard black. Then blamed me for the dye turning black even though my natural beard color is copper. Even the manager blew me off. I will never return.

Won't go back EVER. The stylist if you can call her that was underprepaired. Let me explain why. She literally tried 6 different pairs of clippers during the hair cut, while charging and changing clippers for the same half of my head. I wouldn't even let her try to cut the top of my hair. The gal next to her did 2.5 haircuts while I only had half of my head cut with 6 different clippers. A bad joke with no punch line it what it really was. Smh. I basically donated 30 bucks.

It was cool the first couple times I went, I was able to walk right in. The main problem is there is no way to schedule online. The last two times I went the stylist I like wasn't available and there were no appointments for any stylist without an hour and half wait. I may go back if they ever get online scheduling but until then I'll go somewhere else. Come on guys it's 2023.
