Convenient location, plenty of parking and a laid back atmosphere. Not all of the hairdressers are exceptional, but they are friendly and can give you a decent haircut. An appointment is recommended even though it's generally not crowded, and if you plan to go back to the same hairdresser as they keep changing day to day

Went in at 7:15pm they close at 8:00 p.m. and apparently 7:15 is too late to come for a men's haircut. Both of the ladies working wanted nothing to do with cutting someone's hair they should just go home. I won't be back....

Carlos was great. I asked for a good faded haircut. He took great care of the hair and did more than what i asked for. He’s passionate about what he does. Very friendly and honest. I’d recommend him to everyone who wants a great haircut.

Came in for a walk-in haircut. Was told the wait time was approximately 45 minutes. I say that’s ok and proceed to wait patiently for two hours. When I finally ask what’s the issue, they tell me about appointments they already had scheduled and I needed to wait even longer. Complete waste of time.

I always go here when I'm in Orlando, and I have to say that Carlos was amazing when it came to helping me find a new look. It was so good that others asked me where I cut my hair.

Called to make an appointment. Was told to come in as there was an open time in 15 mins. Come in 10 mins later and I'm 4th in line. At least an hour wait.

I am the traveler. Now first I have my own barber back home, I’ve been going to years. But as a traveler, sometimes you just got to get a cut, and clean on the road. Being in the area and never supporting franchise salons I gave it a try out of convenience. Ylanka was there by her self, customer in chair and one waiting. I check in she immediately said hello. Then proceeded to tell me she is the only one on duty to cut my hair. I said I’ll wait. When it was my time for a cut. She was awesome I never expected to receive the amount of courtesy I received. Ylanka you are amazing this was the best experience I’ve have ever had. The precision to detail was beyond anything I’ve experienced. And the pride you have for what you do is untouchable. My experience was so amazing I’m am sad I may never have an opportunity to have Ylanka cut my hair again. For I’m the traveler. If anyone reads this and has the opportunity for Ylanka to cut your hair, she is worth the wait.

LISTENNN. Mr. Carlos Cains????? That man is the GOAT. He is utterly amazing. I’ve gone to him twice now and I’m going to keep booking with him. There is no denying his greatness. He is a master with the tools: he cuts my hair beautifully and trims my beard to perfection. We have a great conversation every time, too. In my last visit, I had fun listening to him detailing his approach and mindset to hairstyling, which to him is an art. He asks me all the right questions so he can style me to my needs, and he comes through every time. Carlos does NOT miss — in fact, he would have to TRY to miss. This is your person. I was driving down university and looked on google for the nearest men’s haircut. Lady Janes was right near the hotels by UCF where I was at. I stopped in for the first time not sure what to expect. I’m not big on barbershops, and I usually cut/style my hair myself (quite the task). I have an important event tomorrow, so I wanted it to be cut professionally. Carlos greeted me as soon as I walked in, but he was the only barber there, and he was finishing up with another customer. I signed in and waited approximately 10 minutes in their comfy lounge chairs where there are TVs on for when your phone dies like mine did. Carlos invited me to sit down at his station and proceeded to ask questions about my preferred style. He went as far as showing me styles on his iPad to confirm what I wanted. We had a cool conversation about entrepreneurship, while he seemed totally focused on listening AND doing a great job cutting my hair. Carlos seems to be committed to his work and doing the most for his clients. I will return and request Carlos if I am in the area again needing another haircut.

I’m from out of state. I was cut by Carlos and was more than pleasantly surprised. You usually don’t expect this kind of quality from a chain. Carlos did a great bald fade, trimmed and lined up my beard and mustache. That’s not it, he applied scalp moisturizer, beard oil, and spritzed my whole head with aftershave. I went there to just look presentable, but now I feel like I have to go out on the town. Highly recommend if you’re a guy that likes a short, crisp, and clean look.

I’ve been going to this spot since I moved to Orlando 3 years ago. However, I’m writing this review to publicly shout out Carlos for his amazing customer service and technique. He kept a great conversation going, made me feel extremely comfortable when I was getting a haircut I’ve never tried before (I’ve gotten the same haircut for 5 years), and truly did an amazing job. I left the store Sunday feeling awesome and just had to make sure anyone who reads reviews makes sure to check Carlos out because he knows what he’s doing!!!!

Lady Jane's balances a relaxed atmosphere and professional stylists at an incredibly reasonable price. Carlos, who's given me an excellent cut twice now, is a talented barber who pays careful attention to the individual needs of his clients. He takes the time to discuss both the cut you're envisioning, as well as the style and products needed to align the cut with your preferred look. Sofia was another employee who stood out by offering her opinions and wisdom when I wasn't even her client. I will definitely be returning for another haircut sometime soon!

Went in for a hair cut and beard trim. Carlos Cains was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that! I have received so many compliments. He has earned me as a client and I will continue going to him for my cuts. I have referred all of my friends to him and will also be using him for my son's haircuts.

I had an appointment scheduled at noon. Waited until 1 pm. Kids are running around, punching and kicking each other. Only two employees. After waiting for an hour and still having two people ahead of me I walked out.

I just wanted to say thanks to my stylist, Ylonka. I have never had anyone provide me with a more detailed cut and beard trim. If you are going to the Lady Jane's on University, Ylonka is your girl. I have been going to Lady Jane's on University for about eight years now. I have always had really good cuts at this location. They always provide top notch service.

I went to this location on Wednesday, October 4th, at 4pm, only to find it locked, with the lights on, and TVs going. I saw a person walking around inside, so I called several times and got no answer. It felt mildly disrespectful. I use to frequent this establishment, but I seeits gone downhill since. There was no sign explaining the closure, the hours of operation on the door said I was there during business hours, and Google said it was open. It must have been fate sending us to a better location.

Quite the best hair cut I've ever had, friendly and affordable. One of them is recently retired military and sometimes I have a hard time explaining the requirements and he knew exactly what to do without cutting to short and still making it look nice. I forgot his name but thanks to the retired infantry man for making something that used to be a hard thing to describe to something easy.
