Last time i came the service was great. This time this older lady first didn't even complete the service I had paid for. Me and my friend purchaed the same service yet i was done 20 minutes before she was. So many things my friend received were not done on me. And along with another review she did the same thing to me, she cut my "ingrown toe". And I for a fact do not have ingrown nails. I just hope that my nail doesn't ended up ingrown because this incompetent lady didn't know what she was doing and cut it painfully shorter then needed. This lady then put hot towels on my legs and after telling her it burned she didn't take it off right away. It burned my right leg. It burned it so bad I still feel it after several hours later along with a mark. This was horrible. She didn't even clean her tools after use and they went back in her box so I doubt they were cleaned before me. Another thing the entire service she did not have gloves and kept rubbing her face/nose. Another thing after I told her the service I wanted she kept offering me additional services. Overall the person who did my nails was the worst nail "tech" I've ever had and her coworker ensured me she would let the manager know.

I'm not sure what happen to this place. I used to come here because they gave the best massages, all I keep getting is a couple of slaps with a hot towel on. Fingers through my toes and tow pops. THE WORST PART was she cut the sides of my nails so much from the side my toes have been throbbing all night.. I can't believe she cuz the sides of my nails like that.. let me clarify I did not have ingrown nails I took care of my toes because I wanted to be a nail tech and I know enough not to let my toes get ingrown.. she cut the sides of my toe nails so much I'm sure it will cause them to ingrow now.. my toe were nice and now they look funny and hurt so bad.. on top of that she was using a n towel that look dirty and tools that had bot been properly cleaned or change for a new customer... I should have just walked out I will be lucky if I don't get an infection

I've been coming for several years and I feel like it's been getting dirtier and dirtier. They announce that sanitation is their first concern for the man in the back has a very dirty station, reuses nail files, monomer was very dirty. Majority of the girls that work there always have a sour face.

Me and my daughter went in for pedicure and were seen immediately. The girls were so welcoming the pedicures were great. The owner did my daughter’s nails and they came out just like the picture. Definitely will be coming back

I usually come here to get my nails done & they do a great job. For some reason this past time I went the polish didn’t dry right so it was bumpy & the polish was peeling. I went back & the guy fixed it right away at no charge. They have great customer service 😊❤️

I just walked out of this salon. The owner or manager is absolutely HORRIBLE. I asked for a basic pedicure & to have my nails cleaned because I have a lot of cuticle & she ignored it. She painted my nails and got mad when I asked for another coat. My nails were all different shapes and painted horribly. The other girls are great but she as an owner / manager is absolutely unprofessional.

I'm really upset with the service. Walked in around 1045 y signed in. The only lady I saw told me It was a little of a wait. Which I agreed. I sat there. And nobody else said anything else. There was another client waiting (she had an in grow nail), 2 other clients walked in and crew members just sat them down by the service chairs and nice and giggly. The other lady and I still waiting. It was already 1120 by the time they took in the lady before me. 1135 and nobody took care of me or said a word. I understand I didn't do appointment but the have walk in policy and yes, They told me "little of a wait time" but at least you should have said something. I don't think I'll go back

Not a very welcoming salon. It seems like I was a lot of time driving here from the central area for the sign to say walk ins welcome but am always turned away saying they are busy for the rest of the day. The only thing you can get here is pedicure and i think that was only because someone else made a group appt and had a nail tech she frequented there. Sidebar gas aint cheap enough to keep coming over here from 54 for a dismissive “sorry”.

I don’t think they want service. Two months ago I came in and was told there was almost an hour wait to come back. I was confused, I don’t mind waiting, but the girl insisted I’d be waiting long. It felt like she didn’t want me to wait so I left and went across the street to Zara Nails. Today I decided to give them another chance, but before I could finish signing in the girl said they closed at 7 and won’t be able to do everything I wanted. Okay?? Again, I left went across to Zara. So moral of the story? Just go to Zara across the street.

I only went here for my eyebrows and it was okay which means it could be better. I still had to go home and clean it good with my tweezer🙃. But I barely see people going here but I still wanted to check it out.

I went in yesterday to get a pedicure and manicure; the nail tech (a man) was very nice, he did my nails and he was professional; but the lady who was my pedicure she didn’t good work. She left my nails unfulfilled and the shape was ugly. I will never back.

If you want to feel relaxed, welcomed and Pampered this is not the place to go. I got a pedi from a new girl this past Friday. She didn’t greet me and barely spoke to me the entire time. She pulled out my ingrown nails without any warning. She threw the up light on my foot causing them to mess up my polish. I called her out and she just said, I’ll look at it and got back to her phone. She was the rudest. I kept going to this place for the prices but honestly, I feel like they are the client and not me. As if they are doing me the favor of working on my feet. After 2+years I’m not going back.

I’d just like to say thank you to the girls at lady nail spa. I was able to get a last minute appointment on Valentine’s Day for me, wife and two girls. They took really good care of us. They were super nice to my daughters and gave my girls their full attention. The lady that did my wife’s nails came out amazing. My girls had a great time. Thank you guys again for the last minute appointment and treating us well.

Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional! Waited for over 45 mins to fix ONE nail. I was told I was going to be helped as soon as one of the nail techs became available. Well, someone came that had “supposedly” an appointment -the same was not in the books. Per the conversations they were having. The nail tech instead of calling me calls the other person. I just walked out. This place used to be amazing. Do not recommend at all!

I Took my 14 year old daughter here and they treated her very poorly. They gave her a price and set her up for an appointment and tried to raise the price on her while I wasn’t around. They insulted me and my daughter saying “if we can’t afford to pay for nails don’t come and try to get them for free.” They threatened to cut my daughters nails off even after the employee that gave the quote admitted to her giving her that quote. I will never bring my daughter to this salon again. Six employees surrounded us trying to argue, while trying to find out what was going on. Every one of the six employees approached us in an aggressive manner arguing with us. Instead of talking to us in a professional manner and in a lower tone they spoke very loudly in front of other customers with no regards to my daughters feelings. With no apologies to my daughter we left with the employees insulting us about not having the money to pay for the nails. I payed what was agreed on, and left. I have never been insulted like this in front of my daughter and will never return to this place again.

I have been in 3 times in the last 4 days to get various things fixed...and as much as I hate to impact someone's business by leaving a negative review, I wish I'd had a heads-up as a potential customer when choosing this place. The first image is a couple days after I got a fill and a color change that wasn't dried properly and was filed after the final top coat, the second is 20 minutes after going in to get it fixed. Very friendly and quick staff, but unfortunately the quality suffers for it.

I went in for the first time today to get dip with tip, the nail tech “Itzel” was very careless, was doing my nails like if she was in a rush and unprofessional. Her work is very poor, left my nails bumpy and the shape was ugly even after i told her to fix it. Also, she messed up the dip color and tried fixing it with NAIL POLISH. Would not recommend going with her.
