This was my first time getting my nails done here, and it wasn’t an extravagant experience, but overall it was pleasant. I was able to soak off my acrylics while I waited for Hanna to finish with her client. She was sweet and polite and the entire staff made me feel welcome.

Went in with a friend of mine for a pedicure we arrived at 530 due to my friend just getting off work at 5. We were going to go to my normal salon but they happen to close early today. When we arrived they weren’t that busy and yes they did have a sign saying no walk-ins after 6. 2 of the workers where extremely rude and was openly speaking about us and the time we walked in and rolling their eyes, then when we were finally seated they put our feet in cold water. I ended up walking out with paint all around my toes a super rough pedicure that left my heels feeling gritty and skin off one of my big toes. Certainly stay away from this place. I have never been to a place that accepts walk-ins and gets rude when money is coming in.

By far, the BEST nail salon in Chesapeake! Hanna is my nail technician and she is always on time for my appointment with a smile on her face. (I do recommend making an appointment if you want to make sure you get in with Hanna). I am a hairstylist so I am very hard on my nails but she does them so perfect they last 3 to 4 weeks! 😊 This color is called "Bubble Bath" in the dip colors. It blends well with my nail bed and grows out almost unnoticeable!

Friendly, pleasant. The salon has really good nail techs, but the only male tech that's done my nails right is Joe. Iris, who is new, did my nails last, and she did a great job. Prices are like most salons, but it seems like every time I go, something costs extra, like they charge additional for having to put on more than 2 layers of polish (like if the color is too light and doesn't cover in 2 coats).

I went here for years but today was the last day, I’ll never go here again. I only came for a soak off and the nail tech asked why I couldn’t go to someone else to soak off my nails if I didn’t get my nails done there. I told her if she didn’t want my business than just say that. Also, I asked for a cut down and instead of clipping them she used a drill, which ended up hurting me when she got too close to skin. I said “ouch” when it happened and pulled my hand back, she didn’t even apologize. Normally the tech that serves you checks you out, but she asked another nail tech to do it. I still tipped but I told the manager what happened and how bad the customer service was. The tech then came outside the shop as I was getting in my car yelling at me saying “she didn’t hurt me” and proceeds to yell “Don’t lie”. As if I would make this up.

My mom and grandma came in to get their eyebrows waxed and tinted with henna respectively. My grandma wanted to see the different colors of henna avaliable and the lady helping her was very rude and dismissive, saying that she wouldn't do anything that wouldn't be flattering on her face. She even went as far as to tell them that there were no longer any appointments for either of them after they had already waited and were promised a service. Eventually, my mom got her eyebrows waxed but my grandmother decided not to get hers tinted due to the bad treatment. They have very bad customer service, how do they expect you get anything done at their establishment without asking questions? I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So my wife talked me into getting a pedicure I will admit I was not exactly excited. However once I was there and situated in the chair...OMG. It was awesome. The lady that did my feet was great. It was extremely relaxing, and my feet felt rejuvenated. My wife said they look younger. Anyway, great experience and I will definitely be going back.

Was told it would be a 20 minute wait, ended up being over an hour and a half. I waited because I was going on a trip and needed my nails done. Finally after an hour they sat me in the pedi chair just to appease me I guess. 30 minutes later of soaking my feet in the water that had turned cold by that point, I got my pedi... definitely no frills and not worth the money paid. The nail polish used was so old that even after an hour plus of wearing flip flops to dry, it still smudged when I put shoes on. On to my gel manicure after that, nail polish all on my skin, very messy looking and not clean. It took like 20 minutes because at this point they had 7 or 8 people waiting. I felt rushed and as if I was an inconvenience. This was a week ago and the gel nails started chipping a few days after. Very disappointed.

Allan was the absolute best. I was a nail tech in my early 20s this gentleman knows what he is doing when I say my pedicure and my nails are perfect they are. The pedicure was the best I ever had ever and they wax your feet he was kind the oasis was relaxing there wasn’t hostility between the coworkers it was over all great I’m new to the area and I went one other place and never agian this is where it’s at. Allan thank you and I have booked my next appointment in advance

I am from out of state and I needed a fill for my nails so a family member took me here as we had a girls outing I never had this of service I’m not a very talkative person with people I don’t know so this place is perfect very relaxing! The guy who did my pedicure was amazing and Jennifer did an amazing job with my fill and fixing the mistakes of another salon back home! Will definitely come back when I’m here! It’s totally worth the money to me!

I left in tears. The man who removed my gel toe polish (polish that was put on at this same salon about 5 weeks earlier, which was a fine appointment) did NOT use foil or cotton swabs to soak the gel coat off nor did he use a machine to grind down the polish. He splashed a bit of acetone on it and FILED IT ALL OFF BY HAND. In the process he rubbed skin off my toes on both feet. I kept asking if he could use the machine instead of a nail file but he wouldn't. I ended up with two infected toes!!! Also he did not do a good job rubbing callouses/dead skin off (kind of visible in the picture) since he "didn't want to hurt me" .... these things should NOT hurt if they are done right. I have had about 30 pedicures in my life and none have ever resulted in injury or infection until this one. I just feel he is not trained properly and/or took the easy way out. Highly recommend avoiding him, I believe his name is Tran but I am not sure.

Made a reservation for 2. I was taken 1st while my friend waited 20 mins. My tech left me in bags of wax to start someone else. Never got lotion or leg massage - barely got the wax wiped off. Been there many times but experience is inconsistent. Wont go back after this last time.

Never going back. The tech made me feel awful. She commented multiple times how I hadn't had a pedi in a month and her regular customers come every 2 wks. Then told me my toe nails were brittle and proceeded to break of a piece. Then insulted my finger nails trying to drum up more business out of me. Icing on the cake was her whispering if I had cash for the tip instead of putting it on my card! I will never go back and afterwards repeating the story to neighbors. They knew who I was talking about and said she does this all the time. Not professional! Do not recommend!

Beautiful shop, kind technicians. 1st time, satisfied but no bells and whistles for me. My gel nails were not without small particles underneath so it caused the polish to lift sooner than expected.

Been there 3 times in the last 3 months for spa pedicure and every time the price goes up. When I questioned the cost, I got an attitude. Won’t go back!! To many other nail business around.

I've been a client to this business for about 4 years, I'm not sure what happened on my last visit but my nails were done horribly I went back to have them corrected. After removing the acrylic nails I was asked to wash my hands, assuming they would redo the nails properly, I was then told to leave they no longer wanted to do business with me. I never made a big issue about my nails being done wrong I was very quiet and professional only to be insulted at the end as though it was my fault the nails were done improper. I left and went down the street and had nails in 45 minutes... professional businesses should never insult their customers, her excuse of not understanding English was very unacceptable.
