My hairdresser of 10 years recently moved and I had to find a new place to go - Pinky was everything I could have dreamed of! She perfected the cut I wanted (90s long layers) and set me up to grow out my bangs. She was so lovely to chat with and the vibe of the salon was extremely cool. Can’t wait to come back!

I've been bringing my young child repeatedly to see Al (aka, Alex K.) for a complicated hair situation brought on by a medical crisis. Al has been nothing but patient and compassionate with both of us, and she's creating a hair miracle for my kid. Her rates are very affordable. In addition, the two colleagues of hers that I met are super friendly, and the whole *vibe* of Lady Neptune is spectacular. I mean, the bathroom alone is worth an appointment. AND Lady Neptune is next door to an excellent and cheaper-than-usual coffee shop. We haven't had a problem with street parking during many times and days of the week, but definitely plan 10 minutes extra for looking just in case. Thank you to Al and Lady Neptune!

I love my balayage highlights and trim from Al - I followed her over from Gig Harbor because she rocks! The salon has a whimsical and welcoming vibe with cool decor and extra comfy seats and sinks. The bracelets are so fun too 🌈 ✨

Cassie is amazing. She takes the time to listen to your hair goals and comes up with great ideas if you don’t know what those are (me most of the time!). She’s relatable, easy to chat with, and it’s clear she is truly passionate about making sure her clients are more than satisfied.

This place is truly a gem ! I followed Alex here from their last salon, and this place is quite unlike anything else out there. Alex takes amazing care of my color and perfect execution of my cut as always, but the community here is such a highlight. All their staff are fabulous and constantly uplifting each other. You can tell everyone here is passionate in what they do and they want to give you the best experience possible on your hair journey. Pinky is nothing short of a magic maker - she will bring any vision you have to life!! She was my stylist when we both were in Ohio a few years ago (seeing me from brunette to blonde to red to blonde again…) & when I moved out West I’ve struggled to find a stylist who understands my goals & specific hair needs. Pinky coming to Seattle was the hair gods’ answer to my prayers and WELL worth me driving 4.5 hours (one way!) to see her. She took the time to look through all my inspo pics, hear what I like/don’t like about my hair, and discuss my options in depth. I felt so comfortable through the whole process & the end results were better than I could have imagined!! Not to mention Lady Neptune is such a fun & adorable salon, and all the stylists there were so welcoming. Seattle will be seeing a lot more of me because I’ll be back to see Pinky and all the lovely folks of Lady Neptune 💘

What an adorable space! I had the great luck to book with Al, brilliant and joyful hair artist who expertly used a razor to design the sassy, sophisticated, edgy, short cut I envisioned. Actually, it's a lot better than I envisioned! Thanks Al! See you soon for color!

Al is the best stylist I've ever had the pleasure of doing my hair. After almost 20 years of her doing my hair (I've been a client since her hair school days) I now have to travel across the country for her services and it's worth every penny! She is a master of color, I'm personally partial to her balayage skills. She has tamed my unruly texture and random cowlicks. I think I miss the haircuts more than the color services!! On top of being an incredible master of the trade she is extremely fun and engaging. I've never regretted a minute in her chair and I can guarantee she will give you the best hair cut if your life!!

Alex is a genius. They understand what I was looking for and executed it perfectly. They are so kind and knowledgeable. It’s obvious that they are passionate and very creative. I LOVE Lady Neptune. Rebecca created such a warm and safe space for clients, it feels like I’m going to see a friend and catch up instead of an appointment. I have never trusted a hairstylist more! Rebecca always has a very thorough consultation and I have always left the salon feeling more myself. As someone with short hair, I would recommend to anyone seeking a pixie, short shag, or anything else! She is a wizard.

I received the most wonderful haircut/style from Rebecca. I can honestly say, it’s the best haircut I have ever had!! I appreciated how Rebecca explained everything she was doing and why. I spend less time every morning fixing it now. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment with Rebecca and hopefully, add more services!! Extremely happy customer here!!

I’m visiting Seattle, and decided to give lady Neptune a try. I sent in an inquiry and got paired PERFECTLY to my stylist, Al. They were able to transform my hair from a cherry red to a beautiful plum while still keeping my hair healthy and shiny. They were so friendly and just a vibe while I was in the chair. It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Al as a stylist!!

Pinky at the salon was amazing! We initially thought we were going for a balayage and when I sent her photos of my hair she recommended a color breakdown that worked so well with my shag and I’m so appreciative! She spent time going through and deciding what areas needed brightening and I’m so happy with the results. She is gentle with your hair so if you’re tender-headed she’s the best! The salon is a 10/10 in decor, vibe and just overall coziness. Their consults and making sure they understand what you want and can be achieved is amazing. Love this place!

I have gone to Al for years and I have always left so incredibly blown away with the results. Al is a magician when it comes to color, cut, etc. You will not regret sitting in her chair and she will make you feel the most comfortable and confident. Definitely recommend over and over again!

I moved out of Seattle a few years ago, but whenever I’m in town I try to arrange a haircut with Rebecca. This last trip was the first time I was in this space, and it’s so cute and nice and welcoming. Rebecca is a truly gifted and empathetic stylist (and person!). Going to the hair salon can feel really stressful — I’ve had a lot of experiences where stylists have just want to flatten my look to make it easier or more classically attractive — Rebecca really helps me create a shared vision and doesn’t make me feel embarrassed about expressing what I want. I love it here! Thanks so much Rebecca for building such a nice community and space!

I work nearby and have been watching the incredible transformation of Lady Neptune taking shape. This funky and fun salon is a true gem and makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in the door! Alex was an exceptional stylist who listened to my needs and expertly gave me exactly what I wanted! Not only did Alex give me the best haircut I’ve had in years, they also gave me styling tips that made sense and were easy to follow the next day. Lady Neptune is my go-to for an amazing haircut. I’ve worked with Rebecca and Adler and both are so skilled and kind. They both listen to my haircut needs, are very intuitive stylists, have great suggestions, and are so welcoming to all. I 100% trust them with my hair! Rebecca has been doing my hair for 8 glorious years. After moving to Seattle I struggled to find a good stylist in the city who can cut asian hair and hair color (without brassiness). Once Rebecca did my hair I was hooked. She is also an amazing human.

This is the best salon I’ve ever been to. Rebecca has created such a safe, welcoming space and is a magician with hair. She focuses on my unique features and hair texture to give a beautiful cut suited specifically to me. My expectations have been exceeded every time I have gotten my haircut here. Alex works magic in the chair!! They’ve done my hair for years and years, even though I live a whole state away. Whenever I’m in Seattle I make sure to squeeze in some time with them, especially if I’m looking for a change. I’m usually a “long layers” type of hair cut, but getting into Alex’s chair makes me want to try new things like a bright color or fun cut. Last time I got my first taste of a shag - Alex hyped me up and made me feel more confident to try new things in the future with my hair.

If you are looking for a new hairstylist (or even if you’re not) check out Adler at Lady Neptune Salon. After many negative experiences with other hairstylists, I was nervous to my hair cut again. Adler made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Adler not only is a talented hairstylist but she also always listens to my personal style. She is very knowledgeable about what styles work well for my hair and also always makes sure the end result is how imagined it or even better. You can also expect to be spoiled throughout your entire appointment and you will be pampered with a full spa-like experience. Some stylists have been so rough with my tangles but Adler is so gentle when washing, combing and styling my hair. Adler also gives the best neck massages!! Better than any massage I have ever had! Adler is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She loves her job and it shows but she also loves her clients. She is a great listener and will laugh with you or cry with you or support you or motivate you. She is also happy giving you a quiet salon experience where you can relax in silence after a stressful day. Whatever you need, Adler will cater to you. I promise you that Adler is worth every penny. No matter where you live, you will not regret the drive or even the flight to have Adler work her magic on your hair. She is the only stylist I trust with mine.
