I have been going to Brooke for years. She always does a great job with my color and cut! I get compliments on my hair all the time, especially my color. Brooke is very knowledgeable and is always professional and kind. I highly recommend her!

WOW!!! I cannot stress enough how FANTASTIC Alyss was! I don’t think I’ve ever felt prettier- she really knows her blondes! Alyss was easy to get into, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended my sister to her (she loved her highlights as well) and Alyss was able to fit her in her schedule in the same week! Will definitely be back 🌺

Worth it! This is such a great salon! I get my hair done with Carmen. She is so sweet and does such an amazing job always! I’ve been here a few times already. I always look and feel so great with the color and cut I get! Love Love Love ❤️

This has been my 3rd time going to Carmen and I absolutely love my hair every time. The salon is always so lively and happy. Love my experiences there so far and by far the best coloring I’ve ever had and very tailored toward what I want and need.

I had a great hairdresser in LA but after moving to Austin I had a hard time finding someone that could do a good color job. Thankfully I found Melody and she does a beautiful job with color and highlights! She always takes her time with me to ensure I am getting the results I desire. I highly recommend her.!

I went and saw Carmen and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t really know how to explain exactly what I wanted and I showed her a picture and she mimicked it perfectly! 10/10 recommend for color and cut!

Brooke is not only the best hair stylist in Austin she is a hilarious therapist as well. I always leave feeling beautiful inside and out. She worked in LA for ten years so she knows alll the hottest trends but is also honest with what looked best on me. Most salons just go after the most costly treatments. She has trained her staff to her high caliber. She is such an asset to Austin and you can’t go wrong going to her salon!

Had a hair emergancy when I was visiting Texas for a friends wedding. Thank goodness I found this salon. The owner worked me in at the last minute and did an amazing job repairing my messed up color and dry ends. Talk about great customer service. Not only did I leave with beautiful hair for my friends wedding but I left feeling beautiful!! Thank you Lady&Saint!!!

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Lady & Saint is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting, extensions and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments daily about my hair. I have gotten extensions done a few times without having any damage to my hair.

I really had a bad experience here. I was thinking whether to write a review or not because at the end the manager tried to fix my hair. But, I think people should know about Melody who did my haircut. She had a weird attitude from the beginning, not too friendly, not too conversanalist. That's ok, all I want is a good haircut anyways. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and a video. I wanted curtain bangs like in the video but longer and I specified that to her. (In between the hair wash and haircut I noticed there was a weird attitude towards another employee which I couldn't ignore because Melody was very obvious with that. But again my hair was what I cared about.) When she was done cutting my hair wet I looked at my bangs and they were straight across my forehead and short. I tried to explain to her what I wanted by showing her the video again and see if it was possible to make it look better but she kept interrupting me until like the third time that I told her she wasn't letting me finish talking. With an attitude she said she wasn't finished cutting and needed to dry it next. (But how can you fix straight short bangs to curtain long bangs?) I let out a nervous sigh which she heard and asked me if I wanted someone else to finish. I said that if she can make it right there is no need for someone else. So she continued but immediately stopped and again with an attitude said she was going to get someone else and walked away. I was trying to be nice to her even though I knew my bangs were too short already. I was really nervous and I just wanted to walk out but I was trying to be nice and let her finish but the whole haircut was not what I had asked. Then she brought her manager who tried to fix it as she was showing her how to cut that type of haircut. At the end I didn't get what I wanted but was content to a certain point with the end result. My hair grows fast so I'm not too afraid of playing with it. The customer service given by the manager/owner was what made the situation better. Melody's cs wasn't nice. She needs to learn people skills and learn to listen and pay attention to details. Never going back, the attitude with the other employee and with me wasn't nice.

I walked in and instantly felt my stylist was overwhelmed with my hair. I showed him what i wanted and he seemed either nervous or annoyed by it. I let him know that if it was not possible or if he did not have time, we could do something else, he said it could be done today. I’m not a tender headed person but every strand of my hair was yanked on to the point tears started to form multiple times. I wanted to go blonde and I have dark hair naturally. I asked at the start of the appointment if it would take multiple sessions to achieve the look I was going for, my stylist then told me it could be done today, I was skeptical but went along with it. After hours of yanking on my hair and coloring, I notice my roots were red. I asked the stylist about this and he relied with “it’s not red, it’s just the lights in here”. (My roots are untouched so there would be no reason for it to have turned red). After he finished my hair, I was shocked. It was red with blonde highlights! The length was also much shorter than we had discussed. He then told me I would have to come back 2 or 3 more times to get the end result I wanted. I was mad at this point, mainly because it was RED and had chunky blonde highlights with patches of dark hair everywhere. (I have never told a hairdresser I didn’t like my hair in my LIFE, I normally smile and just go home and cry if it’s bad 🥲) But I calmly expressed my concern and said I didn’t mind coming back in to continue towards my goal of blonde hair and that I had expected to have to come in multiple times. I was disappointed that he was not upfront about the information at the start, even though I directly asked. I then asked him if my hair is going to stay red and he told me to wash it 3-4 times and the red would fade out.

Lady & Saint is my go to salon for absolute perfection! It is both a beautiful salon, along with many talented stylists! My color and cut have been beautiful each and every time! And I always love the time spent at the salon with the stylists! I would highly recommend visiting the salon for any of your hair needs! You won’t be disappointed!

Very good customer service. Recently highlighted my hair here and absolutely love it ! Wanted something subtle and it came out really nicely. I love the way they styled my hair afterwards too. Will definitely be coming back here even if it’s just for a nice trim.

Wow! Just wow! Lady & Saint is THE place to go for all your hair and salon needs. I have had my hair done by Brooke multiple times over the years and she NEVER disappoints. So happy with results. Haven’t had the pleasure of working with any of the other stylists but can only imagine Brooke surrounds herself with like minded quality stylists. 5 stars more like 10 stars! 100 stars! Melody is so welcoming and warm and makes you feel comfortable and cared for from beginning to end. She caters to her customers wants while also providing her professional opinion. I have gone and seen Alys 3 times now, and she NEVER disappoints! She is the only stylist who has been able to obtain the exact shade of blonde I’m looking for. She’s the first stylist whom I haven’t lied to when they ask me how I like my hair. She is color wizard, and such a fun energy to be around, especially if your hair appoints are 5 hours long like mine are 😅 If you book with Alys, you will not be disappointed. She the best!!

Just got my hair done with Melody and I absolutely love it!! I got some blond highlights and she blended them perfectly into my hair to create a natural look. She is really fun to talk with and does an amazing job! If your not sure what kind of style or color you want (but you want to do something with your hair) she's really good at finding something that would suit you.

Melody has been my trusted hair stylist since 2019. This woman does it all, tames my unruly hair, makes me feel like I'm her favorite client ( I mean I know I am), provides tips for hair care, and also deals with my inability to decide what style or color I want. To be honest I always let her decide my hair's fate. Melody is one of a kind and a fantastic stylist.

Melody is always so welcoming and professional. She is exceptional at her skill set, and delivers an amazing experience. It’s the details for me. There’s an iPhone charger at her station, she always makes sure you have your drink nearby 😉🍷 and like it’s not awkward when it’s silent. Idk for me in a stylist that’s hard to find. Maybe that’s a weird credential. All of that and I leave feeling my best every time.

Never have been the kind of person who is consistent with one hairstylist but I completely fell in love with this salon and Alys! She is the most friendly ever and easiest to talk to, which is usually my least favorite part of getting my hair done. The salon is so cute and the environment is great! Love my hair every time and I’m so excited for my appointments. Couldn’t recommended Alys more book with her immediately.
