The lady here rushed filing my nails so now they are uneven. I asked for a pink clear nail polish and the polish was unevenly put on and when she smudge one of the polished nails she just said " oh, I just bumped it." It had completely messed up the nail polish. I had her remove all the polish and I left. I will never be back here. If I can do a better job why would I waste my money. Don't waste your time or money here.

Got my mother's and my face waxed here. She did an amazing job and she was friendly and kind. We were in and out within minutes. I would recommend 👌🏽

First time here and I really like it here. I come from all the way from Escondido and it was worth my drive the lady made the color and glitter that I wanted and shape. She was really nice. Definitely coming back.

Love this place so much!! I come here for pedicures with my daughter when we can and she loves it too😊 We always share laughs with them and have great conversation. We love the technicians there, Nancy is amazing! My husband and I love coming to places where we feel like our hard earned money is appreciated and spent well, and this is definitely the place where one feels appreciated🥰 Will always come here as long as we live in San Diego!!

I have been getting my manicures and pedicures and waxing done here since 2007 and my son has been getting his haircuts here since he was 2 years old. I love this place! I will never go anywhere else.

Stopped here during a short trip and was very happy with La’ish. The people who work here were very attentive and kind. I mentioned I was in from out of town and the woman who did my nails went out of her way to show me some good sights to see. And to top it off, my nails look a great! P. S. She recommended Cabrillo Natl & the Tide pools which was beautiful!

I was amazed at the level of service provided. I had an appointment at the salon down the road and was told I had to wait half an hour even though I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited for 15 minutes and I decided to walk down the street and was introduced to La'ish. Not only were they super accommodating and took me next in line, but the were attentive and thoughtful! Definitely the best service I've received ever!

This is one of the worst nail salons I've been to. I came in for a gel manicure, and left over 1.5 hours later with a sloppy set of nails and a minor injury. One technician started with me, and didn't even bother asking me if I wanted to get my nails trimmed or what kind of shape I wanted. She just aimlessly started filing away, missing my nail several times because she was constantly distracted and looking away. She then grabbed the tool used to push the cuticle into the nail bed, continuing to look away several times while performing this task, resulting in a minor injury where she pushed the tool into my skin a couple millimeters away from the cuticle. This resulted in the skin eventually peeling off (photo attached). After carelessly and quickly prepping my nails, she gets up to attend to another customer. Another technician then comes to take over, but literally starts from the very beginning- repeating everything the previous technician had done. The second technician was more careful and attentive, but was not skilled at all. She messed up on some of my nails and tried to fix her mistakes by repainting them over and over again. Thus, some nails were painted with 4-5 coats, and other nails were painted with 2 coats. Definitely not worth the $30. I'm never coming back to this salon again.

This place is wonderful! Been coming here for years and nothing beats the service you get, and it's affordably priced. Moved to Mira Mesa three years ago and was disappointed in every salon I tried, so I still drive from there just to get to my favorite salon!

Convenient location with parking. The prices are reasonable and walk ins welcome. They offer nail and waxing services, and there is one chair for a barber. It's nothing fancy but I always get treated well, and often am remembered even though I visit infrequently. I think some of the girls don't speak much English, and they tend to be quieter. But everyone is very sweet.

Love this place if you tell Nancy ( best worker there in my opinion ) tyat you want a certain style she’ll do it for you they are very neat and I get my wax here and Nancy distracts you while getting waxed so you don’t feel it!
