Absolutely one of the best experiences at a nail salon in years. The handsome Cowboy (Golden) did an outstanding job, was gentle and cleaned my cuticles up like no one has before. I will forsure be back! 2/2/25 I came back and Angel absolutely blew me away! She suggested builder gell this time and the perfect pink for my French manicure. I have a new go to option and cannot speak highly enough of her skills! So very pleased!!

I have gone here twice now and had a bad experience!!! Sadly the management has no people skills and they do not care about what the customer wants. I had selected one particular nail specialist because she was I highly recommended and they just changed her on me without even asking. I had confirmed with them multiple times to make sure I would get the one I had picked and they said yes and then changed the person. When I questioned them all they said was “she doesn’t do the kind of nails you want” and this was after I had confirmed that she would do the kind of nails I had requested. The manager didn’t care at all that I was NOT HAPPY abuut this and shrugged and said I would have ti go to another nail technician who by the way was absolutely terrible!! I will never go back to them !!! What a waste of money and 2 hrs of my time !!!

Nice place and very clean. However the technician shaved down my nails prior to doing regular polish, which is why I do regular polish! My nails are completely brittle and for that, I didn’t like my experience. Pedicure didn’t add the 15 min massage as advertised in the option I selected.

Very new and modern nail only spa. Seems very clean with lovely staff. It’s a large facility and was very busy on the two days I’ve been there. Very prompt.

The worst nails I have ever gotten in my life. The nails are choppy, with spots, the form is completely off, and my cuticles were aggressively treated, leaving them white and chopped. Nothing like the picture I showed. This Place simply offers Poor Quality! What’s even worse is the management, who seem to be in complete denial about the quality of their work. They didn’t offer to fix the issue or acknowledge my dissatisfaction and disappointment. This is absolutely no way to manage a service-based business. I ended up paying (with a tip) only because the technician genuinely tried to fix the mess but simply couldn’t. I will not return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with even basic standards.

Came here with my girls (3 & 6) and they asked if we can come back every week! They offer a lot of colors. They’ll serve drinks (including wine). My girls loved the kid booster seats and getting pedicures with the foot massages (included) and their manicures. Their technicians were patient and very fast. Overall a nice looking facility and so nice that they offer kid services (mani pedi). I was able to get a pedicure while my kids got their services and we all sat together. My only suggestion is maybe offer the kids a program to watch to keep them still? But that might interfere with the ambiance of the salon. The lack of kid entertainment wasn’t a problem for my children

Emiee was great! I brought in a nail design and she did perfect! The manager is amazing too! A great experience! Edit: Went again and Emiee was not available, I saw Tammy, I brought a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! My second visit went great! Go to these guys if you haven’t! They are wonderful!

First visit, walked in without an appointment (they do take walk ins). Check in was easy and quick, had the “Booster” pedicure and Express manicure. Evelyn was my technician. The facility has a very nice atmosphere and comfortable and clean. Evelyn did a fantastic job, she took her time and I am very pleased. I will be going back!

Got this recommendation from someone at work and am SO glad I went! Q and Ann did such a great job on my pedicure and GelX. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming and the whole environment is very nice and clean and comfortable which are all huge pluses!! Never going anywhere else!

I had a very good experience here especially with Tammy - I love how gentle she is. I get the dipping powder manicure and my nails are perfectly shaped every time. She always remembers my favorite color! Amazing foot and leg massage with the pedicure, too, I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. Very satisfied, I will continue booking with Tammy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Visited twice with my daughter while she was home for breaks from college and we will not be back. The first time was a day or two after they opened so we expected some bumps along the way but we were happy with the manicures (one regular and one dip) so we decided to try again today. Since we had to wait 45 minutes from our arrival time at our first visit where we walked in, we decided to make an appointment for this visit but that made absolutely no difference whatsoever. We checked in on time for our appointment and were seated for our pedicures about 15-20 minutes after we checked in then we sat and waited and waited. About half an hour later another guest was seated across from us and her service began about 5 minutes after she sat down so I went to talk to the receptionists to see what was going on. She explained that while the other guest had a later appointment she had requested a specific tech so they went strait to her vs going to any of the other 5-6 people who were there earlier. All in, my daughter and I waited about 50 minutes from our appointment time before our services started. We had both booked for mani/pedi and both manicures started close to the end of the pedicures. My daughter was kept in the pedicure chair and had to constantly twist to reach across her body for one hand to be worked on and I was sat at one of the tables - so much for spending time together. Pricing was not explained clearly and she somehow ended up paying $102 for her manicure where she was made to bleed in 3 separate spots plus she was cut on one toe and I was also made to bleed on one finger. THREE HOURS after our check in and five cuts between the two of us we were both finally finished. While the variety of colors is nice, the injuries, lack of communication on time and unclear explanation of pricing, and lack of respect for scheduled appointments - why would you tell walk ins you can help them when you have appointments you can’t even work on? - we will never return or recommend.

Very much enjoyed my visit for a pedicure. Beautiful inside and relaxing. Music was chill. Chairs were comfortable and most of all I was not forced to watch cooking shows or fashion shows on the TVs. They had a relaxing winter scene showing. This will be my 1st place to go!

What a great opening party! Congrats Lakeway Nail Spa!! Many customers came for the complementary gift bags, manicure, and food bar! Most were in high spirits, except one customer that was quite childish with her complaints. The management handled it well!!

Truly a relaxing experience. First time to Lakeway Nail Spa. We went as a couple and were welcomed without an appointment on a Monday morning. As a new enterprise, the nail spa is already very popular, yet without feeling crowded. Plenty of chairs & staff available to assist. Only a short wait until we were ushered back to the nail area. The lovely new Lakeway nail spa has clearly been a large investment for the owners, adorned in beautiful marble and crystal. An investment that’s sure to pay off due to the high level of professional service, which is sure to draw repeat business. Husband had pedicure. I had manicure. Both at fair price points. They even have lumbar pillows! So comfortable. Gotta love this attention to detail. We both were very satisfied with our first experience at the nail spa (as well as the complimentary wine!) Only one opportunity for improvement… When we called before arriving, the staff member answered the phone with “Hello,” rather than saying the company name. We weren’t sure if we had reached the nail spa, so had to ask a few questions to be sure we were speaking to the right people. But thereafter everything went smoothly. As long as they continue to offer the affordable “express” services, we’ll definitely be back!

I’m so excited! This hands down has been the best place that I have gotten my nails in Lakeway Bee Cave area! And they have Hard Gel or Builder Gel whatever it is called!! Praise the Lord! Finally a place that cares about the work they do and the quality of product. I showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what I showed her! Emie was amazing! I strongly recommend and will be coming back!
