I got the “triple threat” which is a lamination, eyebrow tint, and wax, and I am very very very dis pleased with the results. Although the work itself is not good and nothing as advertised, it’s blotchy and she didn’t wax my eyebrows all the way. My eyebrows are dark and and just nothing like what I had expected. Would not recommend.

I have gone to LaLa Lash Skin & Brow for lashes, facials, micro needling, and dermaplaning. I also purchase my skin care products from them. They are very professional, always accommodating my schedule, and their employees make me feel comfortable and confident that their expertise will provide me with the best care.

I loved my experience here! Stephanie was super nice and did a super cute classic set for me. I love it. The place is super clean and are decorated very nicely, it made me feel comfortable. Especially since this was the first time getting my eyelashes done.

I paid 200 dollars for a set and 1 day later my outer corners are already gone. Dont even try and cotact these folks because its always your fault as if you dont knw how to wear lashes, and im speaking for myself whom has worn them for years. There is always a problem here. I leave unsatisfied and the fact that i lay and over hear them dicussing badly about other clients is a red flag that all they care about is the money they are receiving but not the service they are giving and this is a total shame. I now have to pay for a fill on my outer edge after paying 200 just 2 days ago. SCAM

Nyah does an outstanding job lashing me! After trying a couple of other lash places and being disappointed with how much lash loss I was experiencing, I started thinking maybe lashes just wouldn't work for me... then a coworker recommended LaLa Lash. My second appointment landed me with Nyah, and was over the moon with the experience! She took her time, listened to what I wanted. Not only did my lashes look AMAZING, but they continue to look amazing for two weeks between appointments! I am so grateful that I found her and intend to stay a loyal customer💜

Savanna has been doing my lashes since last year December and hasn’t stopped since. Her work is amazing, always making me feel my best and look my best! Makes sure I love my lashes and truly takes pride in her work. All the workers there are always so welcoming saying hi, always a warm welcome.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I had Googled extensively to find a studio that seemed to have a high rating. My appointment itself was not the issue. When I returned home from the appointment, I did notice a few extensions were already falling out, but I thought maybe that was normal. The next morning, I woke up to a handful of extensions having fallen out. By early evening the next day, so about 24 hours after the appointment, I had a big clump missing from my right eye. I was very disappointed that when I texted Savannah (who had placed the extensions) pictures of what was occurring, I did not receive any acknowledgment of these messages. My total bill that day was $170, which included the extensions and a lash shampoo, and then I gave a $40 dollar cash tip. I definitely did not get my money's worth.

My lash tinting was worthless. I had no color on the bottom lashes when I got home and just a few colored lashes on the top. Complete waste of time and money.

Today was my first time at lala lash. I came in for a lash lift and tint before going on vacation. The service that I received went above and beyond what I expected based off of my experience with other companies. Savanna was polite, friendly, informative and gentle. She let me know what steps she was doing patiently answered my many questions about lash extensions vs lash lift and what I could expect as far as results and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I am very pleased with the service provided and I will be back soon to try out a classic set of lash extensions. Thank you savanna!
