Lalai is THE.BEST. I've been treated by almost every massage therapist here and they are all incredible. I don't even have a ‘favorite’…I book with whomever is available because you can’t go wrong! Their staff are certified in unique methods such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Gua Sha and Traditional Thai Massage, which aren’t offered in many other spas in town and definitely not all in one place. I can genuinely say that the massages I’ve had at Lalai top the list of other massages I’ve had anywhere in the world! I also see Melanie for some facial treatments and lash lift/tinting, and her work is exquisite. Any treatment at Lalai will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The amenities offered are tough to beat, not to mention that the staff are the absolute kindest team of women you will ever meet. You will never be disappointed here!

Wowww, such an amazing experience. Before I set an appointment I went there to get help and ask what kind of massage is good for my body and concerned area. I have had headaches for a quiet bit of time and wanted to get some massage helping it. I met Bui (the owner) and I talked about what I need, she was very very helpful and told me since it is my first time getting massage (I never had massage in my life), I can try customized massage Therapy and see how it works for me. She spent almost 20-30 minutes to just talk to me and show me the area. She is such a sweet, compassionate person. I went for massage yesterday and Nid was my massage Therapist. She was extremely good! She listened to me and made sure the whole time she works on all my concerned areas. She was very very very good! My headache is much better now as my neck and shoulder are less stiff now. I am so much more relax and it really made a difference in my mental and physical health. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing experience and treat their mind and body. They are very good people and do the best. Thank you Lalai Day Spa!

This was the first visit for myself and my wife. We were referred by a lady from our church and we were not disappointed. Fone did an hour massage for me and it was outstanding. Nid did hot stone therapy and a 90 min massage for my wife and she was very happy. This is a very professional day spa and they made two new customers yesterday!

I had an amazing massage with Jasmine today. I sit at a desk all day long and my back and shoulders were extremely tight and she really focused on releasing that tension. She was very attentive and professional. I felt completely relaxed and calm the entire time. I will be back very soon and would definitely recommend booking with Jasmine.

I had an appointment for a facial and neck and shoulder massage. Barinda noticed I was limping and quickly pivoted to take care of that issue . She eased my pain and improved my condition greatly! She’s a genius! Highly recommend visiting her!

I have been getting services with Lalai Spa for approximately one year. The services I have received are always in tune with what my body needs. They are very polite and personable and genuinely care about providing the best services to their clients. They are easily located at 11760 Shelbyville Road at the rear of the shopping center.

We did a couple massage and the staff was very nice and hardworking. The massage was one of the best we’ve had. It was our first time there and everyone made us feel welcome and was so nice. Great experience!

I booked a massage to prep myself for surgery. This was by far the best massage I’ve had, and I used to go to a Thai massage place a couple times a month. I felt welcome from the start, and the environment is calm, soothing, welcoming and very clean. I asked for firm/intense pressure and boy did I get it. I left there feeling like a million bucks, and I honestly feel it helped my body through surgery, and now I am 24 hours post op, and oh so thankful that I took the time to self care and prepare! I will be back for post op massage as soon as I’m able! Thank you for helping me on my wellness journey!

The is my favorite spot to get a massage! The aromatherapy, the lighting and the music are a perfect setting but its really the skill and knowledge of the staff that make the massages so great. Can't recommend the prenatal massages enough!!

The massage therapists here are so kind, whole hearted, and skilled! I have been going to Fone weekly for six months. She remembers my problem areas and is so caring during my time there. I always leave feeling better. I highly, highly recommend her!

Hidden inside a Middletown strip mall and not easy to find is a great little spa space. It’s very warm and comfortable. You’ll be greeted like family coming back for a visit. Great therapists that take their time to make you feel relaxed. I highly recommend Lalai.

I had the most wonderful massage experience with Jasmine today. She listened to all my concerns and checked in periodically to make sure I was doing okay. I was also provided with a bonnet to protect my hair from the oil, which i’ve never had before but very much appreciated. I have been to around 10 other places for massage around Louisville, and Lalai Day Spa is incomparable to the others. They truly go above and beyond to make for the most relaxing and memorable experience. I’m so thankful to have finally found my new go-to massage place. Do not hesitate to book, i promise you will not regret it !

The 90 minute customized massage is perfect, focuses on some main spots while still full body massage, would definitely recommend!! The massage therapists were amazing and the warm blankets, hot towels, aroma therapy, and peaceful music added so much to the experience as well.

I had a 90 minute massage and a facial. I cannot express how comfortable I felt the minute I walked into the door. It was such a welcoming environment. I was greeted by the owner and we talked for quite a while (I was early). The massage therapist came out and met me and discussed any issues I was having. The massage was so relaxing. I even fell asleep a few times. I also had time at the end to just rest before moving on to my next service. I met with my facialist and we discussed my skin issues and needs. During the facial she described what was going on and what product she was using. My face glowed when I left. I will definitely be back. This is my new go to place!

Bui and Jasmine were beyond amazing! I went and received a 2 hr couples massage. It was a 10/10 experience from the moment we walked to the second we left. Cannot wait to come again! If you have a chance to check them out I highly recommend

Had a massage with Jasmine and it was perfect! She applied the perfect pressure when I asked for a medium to light massage. She focused on the area that I asked for in the before treatment information sheet. I loved all of the details: the bed was warm and stayed warm, there was an included aromatherapy element to the massage, and they were ready to go when I arrived. Everything was seamless. This is the best massage I have received to date. Don't hesitate to reach out them to get a massage booked.

Had a massage with Jasmine and it was the best massage I have ever had. I’ve gotten many massages in and outside the US and none of them compare to the service and treatment I received from her. As far as masseuses in the Louisville area specifically, you won’t find anyone better than her. I love the flexible scheduling, the time to take care of problem areas and so much more. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been to Lalai Day Spa on 3 occasions, twice with Kitty and once with Sierra. Kitty is a fantastic aesthetician! She did a hydrodermabrasion facial on my first visit and dermapplaning on my second visit. She is absolutely amazing and my skin has never felt better. It’s so hydrated! I saw Sierra for a massage and she did a great job working on all my stress/problem areas! I will definitely be back on a regular basis for both awesome ladies!

Visited recently for a MLD massage and the experience far exceeded my high expectations. The staff was so friendly, the spa was quiet, peaceful and CLEAN. I knew very little about MLD when I went in but was given great info before my massage began. The massage itself was a dream. Not only healing for my postpartum body, but so relaxing. I have never been a massage regular but I plan to keep scheduling for different types of massage and facials at LaLai. 10/10 experience!

Wow, wow, wow! They treated us ladies like royalty today! My partner and I have been looking for a new massage therapist since our previous place closed. We were driving to Indianapolis for our spa experience. Not any more! We had an amazing experience at Lalai. Jasmine and Bui were fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. This was the best massage of my whole life. I have scoliosis and hip problems, but this massage gave me so much relief for many days after. I did the 1.5 hour Thai massage with Jasmine and I was astounded. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I’m planning to give gift cards for Lalai as Christmas gifts to my family.
