This place is extremely professional and has great service. All the ladies are professional and well aware of what they are doing. I had my balayage done by Veronica and i fell in love with it and had my hair cut by the owner Laly. I had dark hair and wanted to go lighter, they explained the process and advised to do it in sessions to avoid any damage to my hair. Their products are vegan and completely unharmful. I have allergies and advised them earlier, they took all precautions to avoid any harm to my scalp and hair. Their prices are very affordable given that they are a professional hair salon. I will totally and always recommend this service and business to all my family and friends.

Veronica Hernandez doesn't know what she's doing. I paid nearly $400 for hair dye and the keratin treatment. They ripped me off because my hair was back to being curly a week later. When I spoke to the owner she stated that it's because my hair was damaged. I hadn't even dyed my hair for 6 months before so I know for a fact my hair wasn't damaged. But even if that had been the case. Shouldn't I have been warned before I payed that ridiculous amount of money? Veronica washed off the product instead of blow drying it on my hair. She doesn't know the correct process of applying keratin. Then the owner stated that her products are VEGAN. DON'T FALL FOR THAT! Her product burned my scalp so bad that now I have bald spots. This is a horrible place. The owner doesn't admit their mistakes and only offered me more treatments. I will never go back to this horrible place and I will let everyone know what a horrible business this is.

I love going to Laly’s, I been going there for about 3 years and thank god for my fabulous hair goddess Vero. I had really black and damaged hair and I honestly was looking for a change but I was so afraid that my hair would come out orange or that it’ll burn like it happened in a previous salon. Vero finally convinced me to go lighter and honestly best decision ever, I am now a full blonde and my hair is so soft and NOT ORANGE which was my biggest worry and definitely not damaged. Every time I go there I leave so happy and pleased with the treatment I receive, I recommend all my friends to Vero because like I said, she really is the hair goddess. Thank you Vero for always making me feel so pretty you are the best!

Llevo más de un año en el salón de Laly’s y me encanta. Todas son extraordinarias, el ambiente es de familia. Vero es la mejor, desde que voy a LALYS ella siempre me a pintado el pelo, me encanta su técnica y cómo me protege el cabello de que no se maltrate, la verdad es que con ella me siento segura y se que mi color y pelo nunca se verán maltratados. Todas son fascinantes.

So for many years i have gone to different salons but i always follow Wendy. , I absolutely LOVE how Wendy does my mani & pedi's 😍 .. Every 2 weeks i go straight to Wendy because of her customer service! Its outstanding. And I also go to Leo, for my hair treatments and hair dye, as well as get my lymphatic drainage; he has such an outgoing personality and he always finds ways to make us all laugh. I highly recommend when going to Lalys to ask for Wendy and Leo!
