I bring my friend here to get her nails filled and I can take the kids to McDonald's to eat. Last time it took 1 1/2 hours and today 2 hours!! For a fill? I am going to have to find another place. This is ridiculous.

Horrible nails and all my nails were different lengths broke the next day and charged me 20$ and still was so rude lady that sits next to the door

Jenny and Jay give me the most perfect gel manicure I’ve had in Tucson, every time; and they’re gentle. No bubbles, perfect coverage, thick the way it should be and finished off with a cuticle dremel, hand file and UV light. Walk ins only and communicates honestly about wait times. I won’t go to any other salon now.

Today I went in to fix a broken nail from a set I got last Friday, it was my second time ever coming in. First time I came in I waited probably 3 hours while Jenny worked in other clients while doing my nails. My nails are OKAY, I don’t love them. Today one nail popped off and I went in about 6:30pm and asked for Jenny if she was available or in the salon today, she’s who did my nails. They were all extremely rude in front of the other customers and people waiting to do their nails, Jenny came out and told me “I’m BUSY, can’t you see these people?” I said okay and I am letting you know what i am needing, my nail fixed that she DID. Nobody acknowledged me in the salon, I sat there for another few minutes waiting and decided to leave. I DO NOT recommend coming here, no type of customer service at all. Also people who aren’t happy with their jobs should quit! I will not be returning.

First off they say they dont take appointments They had me waiting 40 mins when staff that was doing nails was just sitting around I told them I was going to leave and come back when I came back they said this other lady had an appointment so they took her first

This place is great. They just get extremely busy, Jenny is honest when she asks you to come back another time. Trust me, I’ve waited for 40-45 minutes. Jenny & Linda are great with nails. Jay is great with Pedicures. I will only go to Jenny for my nails because I’m extremely sensitive to the drill and Jay does my pedicure. I’ve tried other places, this spot is worth it to wait or go during the weekday.

Went in because I had a gift certificate for my daughter for a pedicure there was an opening but the lady in the front told me to come back later or during the week very. Something i is definitely wrong with this woman and this place they think they're better than everyone else.

I love this place ! My pedicures and acrylics always come out amazing! Very nice staff ! They do amazing job on the eyebrow waxing as well I will not go with anyone else to get my brows done !

The pedicure I got was definitely not worth $35. I had to fix the nail polish when I got home. Won't be going back.
