Horrible business. I booked a prenatal massage and they said they required a doctors note. I provided a doctors note saying it was ok to get a prenatal massage as long as the masseuse is certified. I showed the masseuse the note from when I was 10 weeks along (now 33 weeks) and she said it was perfectly fine for me to come in. When I came in she said my note was “misleading” and that she didn’t feel comfortable to give me a massage when I have been getting prenatal massages from other qualified and certified prenatal massage therapists in the area. Also said to my husband and I that we were irresponsible for booking in the first place. Never given an apology. Just scolded. These owners are rude and pretentious. Please take your business elsewhere!!! Would never go back.

They said they could provide my pregnant wife a massage last evening and changed their tune when she arrived this morning. We provided a note and explained it was from several weeks ago. Poor communication and we will not be returning here. She was promised a relaxing morning. Instead of understanding she’s being treated as if she is an irresponsible mother for being in pain and seeking a massage. Rather being met with understanding she is being judged and scolded. Very unprofessional.

I received a facial from Annie and it was honestly the best facial I’ve ever gotten! She is so thorough and so educated and it really shows how much she cares about her job through her work. I highly recommend.

Can't say enough about this wonderful spa! I've been seeing Cara off/on for years for various treatments and she always takes great care to communicate with me before, during and after to make sure I'm getting the pressure/attention I need. The spa's new location on Beverly is just as inviting and relaxing as the old location in Castle Shannon. From the color choices of grays/whites/yellows to the softly candles, music and beverage selection! So thankful to have this place locally!

I had the best massage of my life at Lana Vita. I felt like a brand new person afterwards. I found it on Groupon, but I will definitely be coming back. My therapist was wonderful. She focused on the areas that I told her, but she also didn’t skip any other part of my body. She did the perfect amount of pressure and I was extremely comfortable the whole time. The salon itself is absolutely adorable and welcoming. They had cookies and coffee which made me so happy. I want to try some of their other services as well. Thank you so much to the ladies at Lana Vita for my amazing and rejuvenating experience.

I love LanaVita! Everyone is so friendly and the services are incredible. Kristina is a wonderful massage therapist. Kim is your go to person for lashes, and all things facial. Corrine at the front desk is so kind and friendly. Highly recommend LanaVita!

Had an ammmmmmazing deep tissue massage yesterday. My hips were a mess and they are feeling fantastic today. Best deep tissue massage in the Pgh area in my opinion.
