I made an appointment a week prior for a haircut and style. I showed up 5 mins early and the lady sitting at the front desk greeted me and I told her I made an appt with Syn for a haircut at 2, and she said she’d be out soon. I could hear people in the back talking so I assumed she was finishing someone up, and would come out soon. 30 mins later and I had never even spoken to the stylist I had the appointment with. The lady who greeted me never said anything to me again either. I waited almost an hour before I finally left, upset because I really needed a cut before I left town. Luckily I found a salon willing to take me right away on a Saturday so I could get it done before I left. It was just weird and rude.

The lady was very friendly. I don't know how long she has worked there for, but she ruined my eyebrows. I hardly have any eyebrows left. I doubt she even has a cosmetic license. She needs more practice.

Local salon in the Greenhaven area that also offers massage therapy. Kathy, the owner, is amazing, friendly & makes you feel welcomed in her business. She was able to squeeze me into a last minute appointment to help me with my back pain. Thanks, and I'll be back for a massage.
