I can’t say enough great things about Lane Salon and my stylist, Garrett! As a blonde, I’m extremely picky, and he goes above and beyond to make sure he understands exactly what I want. I’ve never left his chair disappointed! He truly listens, never pushes his own agenda, and makes sure I’m 150% satisfied every time. On top of being incredibly talented, he’s kind, sweet, and funny—an all-around amazing stylist and person. The salon itself is fantastic—clean, stylish, and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly, and I love the products they offer. I’ve been to other salons in Charlotte , but Lane Salon is hands-down the best. Highly recommend Garrett and the entire team!

Garrett, at Lane Salon deserves more than 5 stars for his impressive work and customer service! He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I tried hand-tied hair extensions for the first time and never want to look back. The quality is outstanding—so soft, lightweight, and natural-looking. They blend seamlessly with my own hair and he did a fabulous job matching my color. Garrett, along with the salon owner Kristin, explained everything so well and ensured I knew how to care for my extensions to keep them looking fabulous. The installation process was super comfortable and Garrett's expertise and friendliness made the whole experience so enjoyable. As a hairstylist, i have a hard time letting someone else do my hair. I can not recommend Garrett enough!! He gave me the most natural looking extensions and blonding ive ever had! I was hesitant to get extensions at first but im so glad i did. He is the only person i trust with my hair! Worth every penny!

The staff where so helpful Hallie my stylist did so amazing at making sure I was comfortable at all times and explained what she was doing every step of the way for me. She was the absolute sweetest and I can't wait to return

Allie is so great! There’s not many people I trust to cut my hair, and I came to her while my regular stylist was on maternity leave, and decided to stick with Allie for the future!

Garrett was awesome! First time having a hair cut/anyone touch my hair in two years and got exactly what I wanted. Would come back for color another cut in the future. Oh, and love the product line they carry!

I am obsessed with my blonde hair. Alexis is the best. She is very detailed. She was not in a hurry. The color is perfect. She had to work with my hair being very brassy .She has a big heart and great personality. GOAT with blondes.

Alexis is my stylist and I absolutely love her! She truly does amazing with blondes and gives me exactly what I ask for with little to no guidance. She’s also so fun to talk with and makes you feel extremely welcome during your entire experience. I’ve had my hair colored by a lot of people/salons here in Charlotte and she is by far the best. 10/10 would recommend her!

Hailee Williamson did my hair. My hair is originally a dark brown color. I asked her to do my hair blonde. Came out exactly as I liked it. I highly recommend getting your hair done with her.

I have been researching, Googling, Yelping, and trying *multiple* salons across Charlotte, Southpark, and Dilworth, for 6 years, to find a stylist who *gets* me, is knowledgeable, actually listens, is kind and not snooty, professional, and takes pride in their work. From the minute I walked in for my 9:00 am appointment this morning, I was greeted with a smile, and welcomed in right away, by my stylist, Garrett. As soon as I sat down in his chair, we had a mini-consultation and just chatted about the cut/color I wanted, and also his thoughts about everything. Garrett was so accommodating, and always wanted to make sure I was comfortable, and even brought me a yummy espresso(around lunch time, one of the other stylists bought me a Chick-fil-A cookie, which was so nice). In regards to the cut and highlights I got-let me begin by saying, I *never* thought I was going to find anyone, but Garrett executed my bob-cut with precision, and my color is absolutely perfect. You cannot see where the highlight even begins; it blends seamlessly and looks SO natural. Even after being at home and looking at my hair again, it looks amazing. So, all of those things I mentioned at the beginning of this review-Garrett is *all* of those things. Oh, and I felt completely relaxed there, not awkward or uncomfortable. Great, friendly vibe. I am so glad I found you.☺️

I absolutely love this salon! Garrett always gives me the best cut, color, and blow outs! They truly listen to their clients. The atmosphere is so relaxing, getting to go to Lane is something i look forward to every time i need a hair refresh. i can’t recommend this salon enough!

I am so so so so so happy with my experience at Lane Salon today! My stylist Garrett was so informative, gentle, and extremely kind. Garrett went through his vision for my hair, and was also so open to my own ideas and input (though i listened to him because i truly trusted his vision). I haven’t been to a salon in over 2 years and immediately booked my next appointment with him, which I am so excited for! I highly recommend the salon itself, and really encourage you to book with Garrett!

I recently moved to Charlotte and my hair was in desperate need of a cut. I was able to quickly and easily book with Lane Salon and saw Hailee. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted, and the entire salon was so nice! Hailee went above and beyond and not only gave my hair a blow out, but then curled my hair (and I have a lot of hair). I immediately rebooked to see Hailee again for my next haircut. The salon itself if beautiful, and the people are lovely. I have already recommended this salon to others new to Charlotte and will continue! Thank you!

Destyne is absolutely amazing. I went in with a seriously aggressive inspo pic thinking it would be at least 3 appointments before I could achieve it. This woman got it in one appointment. Allie is an amazing and talented stylist. She always listens to my needs and works efficiently. I have also worked with a few other stylists at Lane and all are professional with great expertise. Salon has plenty of parking, airy/upscale vibes and always very clean. I look forward to my experience there every few weeks.

Allie was great, cut lots of inches off my long & wavy-curly hair, styled it for face framing complimenting my face and lightening the weight! Love my before and after! Exactly what I was wanting as a new 2024 change! Salon was clean, friendly, spacious, and had great energy!

Destyne & Layla have been so wonderful since my first consultation. Friendly, informative, gentle hands, and so fun to chat with. Not to mention, my hair looks gorgeous every time I walk out the door! All the ladies are welcoming and they have great teamwork and communication. It truly is a good vibe and wonderful salon.

Emily is amazing at what she does. It is so hard to find someone who specializes in brunettes, but that is exactly what she does. She is so unbeliveably talented and sweet. She will listen to what you want and try to achieve it while maintaining the integrity of your hair. My experiences with the other staff have been wonderful as well.

I cannot recommend Alexis and Lane Salon enough!! Alexis is truly the best and a blonde genius - I've never loved my hair more! She takes the time to understand the color/style I want and makes sure that it's staying healthy throughout the process.
