My deep tissue therapist (May) was phenomenol. If you need your aches and pains to dissolve away, you must go here. Sauna, steam sauna, hot pools and so much more- what a relaxing experience. Worth the money

Amazing experience, started with a treatment from Grace (Best massage I have ever experienced) then followed by a breathing class in the sauna and cold plunge! Spend 4 hours and felted like 15 min 🤭

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the spa with my husband, especially in the serene co-ed space. We spent the majority of our time unwinding in the saunas and lounging on the heated chairs, feeling completely at peace. Gabriel’s instruction in the event sauna that afternoon was a highlight—it was both informative and rejuvenating. We truly appreciated the spa’s no-phone policy; it really allowed us to fully disconnect and embrace the ultimate relaxation.

I was rushed, didn’t feel luxury. Massage was ok.

Excellent massage- staff is well trained. Spa area has vast array of saunas and other services to try.

THE BEST SPA IVE EVER BEEN TOO! WOW- I’m a spa girl at all resorts I travel to all over the country/world. This is luxurious, the attention to detail is impeccable. They have SO SO SO many different ways to unwind, relax and take care of yourself. They have an event sauna room every other hour, definitely do that! The nap room was my favorite! I got a gel x manicure from Maria and she was amazing! Seriously- can not even tell u how wonderful this place is! Oh and the snacks and drinks in the lounge room are tasty! Both coed and private areas have so many amenities. Enjoy- you will thank yourself for spending the day here!

We had an amazing treatment and then spend the day at their spa. Mostly in the co-ed area. Service was amazing. It was not busy when we went. It is very expensive but worth it.

Amazing experience! Had the pleasure to receive a massage from Grace who was extremely kind & made me feel comfortable throughout my 60 min massage! The spa amenities were overall a 10/10 experience. I really enjoyed being able to disconnect. Needless to say, I can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing facility! I love the quiet room for stargazing!

Amazing!! check out their aufgoose experience !

Best Spa on the strip! This place deserves national recognition and all of the awards. I can’t wait to go back!!

Great spa experience. I wish we would’ve known that you get full access to the ‘passport’ aka access to the spa rooms (cold plunge, steam rooms, etc) when you spend $200+ on other services. We just did the passport and it was AMAZING, highly recommend the event sauna. But if I would’ve known we could’ve gotten our nails done AND done this for the same price, then we would’ve have done this from the start (:

I recently visited Fontainebleau Lapis and had a wonderful experience, with a few standout highlights. The massage by Grace was exceptional—easily the best I’ve had in the U.S. The combination of her skill and the luxurious massage bed made the entire experience heavenly. I’ll definitely return just for her! The Hi Tide Breath Sauna event led by Emilia was another memorable moment. It was both relaxing and invigorating—a perfect addition to the spa day. The Starlight Room was also a treat, adding to the serene ambiance. That said, a few facilities didn’t quite live up to expectations. The steam room and infrared room were not as warm as I had hoped, and the herbal and salt room didn’t feel fully activated. The only truly warm space I found was the co-ed sauna, which was lovely. Despite these small setbacks, I would absolutely come back for the relaxation, the events, and especially Grace’s incredible massage. It’s a great place to unwind and treat yourself.

Overall the spa is very nice but could use some improvements. - I booked a massage over the phone for myself and my husband, and my husband requested a female masseuse (and they confirmed this on the phone with me), but when we went to the appointment they booked a male for him. They tried to switch to a female but there were none available. He went ahead with the appointment, but this mistake could easily have easily ruined a trip for some people and there was nothing offered to make up for the mistake - They offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shaving cream but I was surprised they didn’t have face wash or face moisturizer. I even asked the front desk. I took a shower but my face was horribly dry afterwards and I just had to deal with it. Other spas offer way more amenities/free samples. I would suggest they offer free samples of the products they sell in their store because that would probably increase sales - there were no hooks in the changing rooms - I arrived early to the 3 PM show and was denied access because it was already full. I watched lots of other people be denied too. It was very crowded and very loud in the afternoon co-ed area, so if you’re looking for zen I would recommend going early. And go early if you want to see the shows

THE BEST SPA I’VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!
Jan 05, 2025
The mark was missed here. Unfortunately, upon arrival I was told to give my coffee I just purchased to the receptionist, because outside food and drinks are not permitted. I wasn't given the opportunity to finish it. There is no welcome glass of Champagne unfortunately. Phones must remain in your locker, or you can stop your relaxing day and step in the reception area with your robe on. The snacks as previous reviewers mentioned, are very underwhelming. Please note if you have a nut allergy all snacks are kept in the same area. There was a nut mix, dried fruit, and banana chips on the day i visited. There is no option to order any adult beverages or food compared to other spas. There should be an area for enjoying lunch and drinks, without causing disruption to other spa patrons. You're in the business of making money, so give me a reason to spend it there! The actual facility itself is fine, but it gets crowded and you experience the awkward look and walk away due to overcrowding. The day was okay, and definitely could of been better.

This place is meticulously and immaculately designed. Salt room, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge , all of the amenities and the design and aesthetics are truly unmatched. World class ! Word of advice , avoid the “class times” if you’re able. They had a 3:00pm class in one of the saunas. When the class was over approximately 10-15 people came out of the class and jumped into the cold plunge at one time (sounded like 100 people) It went from a zen and relaxing environment to an obnoxious pool party. It was Ridiculously loud and echoing in that massive couples room. My wife and I were asleep in some of the heated chairs next to the tub when the “pool party” began. It was a pretty shocking way to wake up and they sucked the zen right out of the room. We were amazed that staff did not say anything or ask these people to calm down. To be fair the staff were very polite and our facials were great but they were over shadowed by the echo and volume in that main room. The place was so nice and staff so polite that we will be back but I we will be avoiding the class times or finding another spa if that’s not an option. I’ve see a few complaints on here but we appreciate the no phone policy. You’re welcome to use your phone in the changing area which is very close and easy to access. The gym is also world class with great staff.

I've visited the majority of spas on the strip, and this one is far from luxury / what I expected for an above average spa visit cost. My experience started before my day of visit. I tried to call the spa the day prior to reconfirm my appointment and ask a couple of questions, and was on hold for over an hour (I called at 10 am on a Monday), never got through to anyone. I emailed the email address on the website, and a staff member from the Miami location responded promptly stating that he couldn't assist with the Vegas location bookings. When I did arrive, I was surprised to see 3 desk attendants...not sure why they couldn't address incoming calls? I was surprised by the dark cold environment this spa had. The steam room was far below average heat, and the main area was cool - I couldn't keep my body warmth up outside of the saunas and hot tub. They do not allow glassware (for water) in the sauna - and do not give you any other options to take water with you to keep hydrated. They make you "sign out" anything you need - like a drier or hair products (as if they think people will steal it?! I don't know - but the vibe was not on par). So, there I was after showering trying to find someone to get me items any other spa leaves out for their guests to utilize. It's just a turn off to deal with at a luxury spa. The staff member seemed annoyed to have to get the items I asked for too. 1 star for good snacks & sparkling water option (although they were firm that snacks are to be eaten in the designated snack area), and another star for the sauna show and lady that lead it (but I really would have liked to have my water / hydration with me). The environment felt too controlling, dark, and cold to be relaxing and enjoyable.

It’s a super beautiful and new facility. Staff was great. Sadly, the actual rooms are pretty mediocre, salt room, steam room and saunas.

Lapis Spa’s decorum starts and ends with relaxation. They usher you through a breakdown of the amenities to ensure you maximize your experience. The hot/cold pools are tailored for comfort and helped with my muscle aches. The massage therapist Grace was very skilled at her craft and she communicated throughout my two hour massage to ensure my wellness.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I booked a luxury massage for my boyfriend’s birthday, expecting a relaxing and special experience. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The massage therapist kept talking throughout the session, despite my boyfriend’s subtle cues to keep things quiet. Instead of leaving refreshed, he left feeling more stressed than when he arrived. He didn’t want to upset me or cause a scene on his birthday, so he refrained from speaking to the manager. For the price, we expected professionalism and a peaceful environment. Sadly, this experience fell far short.

Had high expectations of the spa, as it was referred by a friend. Local discount? No. Friendly staff? Absolutely not. Clean facilities? No. Nasty gross dirt and hair floating in the coed jacuzzi. A good explanation of how you should experience the facilities in terms of hot/cold, what order? Nope. There are many choices of spas in Las Vegas; this is not one that you should choose.

I received a 2 hour massage from Katie at the Lapis Spa and Wellness at the Fountainbleu in Las Vegas. It was FABULOUS! I have had many massages from Katie before, when she was working at the Mirage Spa, but with the Mirage gone, she moved to the Lapis Spa and Wellness at the Fountainbleu in Las Vegas. If you want a great massage experience and want to be pampered, I would highly recommend getting a Massage from Katie!

I toured the spa clean and spacious. I asked them for tea and they said they ran out of tea. So I did go utilize the nail salon for a pedicure they did have tea bags for hot tea. My daughter had an Asian and I had a black female. Hospitality and cordial service of the both staff at the nail salon was phenomenal. They had an attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff member black female. The other staff were not really friendly to her or us. The white female who took us on the tour was absolutely fantastic. I like the ethnic diversity in staff. You can see me on my YouTube channel apprenticeship foundation parshat

If you want your body to thank you, book a massage with Xu or Xuzuelle and then experience the sauna performance, followed by the cold plunge, jacuzzi with the jets, and the other awesome amenities- in that order :) I’m a massage therapist myself and Xu gives a very thorough massage and addresses any pain you have- whether you told her during the intake or not. She will find the spots. Alexi performed the sauna ritual which helped relax me with breath work and soothing aromatherapy. She then recommended the cold plunge and guided me into it with breath work. She informed me that this form of cold therapy increases dopamine by up to 250% and I FELT THAT. She has such great energy and talent and it was lovely sharing that space with her. I had an incredible experience at Lapis spa. The entire process was smooth and the staff were also helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Loved this whole space. The locker rooms were well kept and clean. The massage was great and calming. Highly suggest for anyone looking to relax from the Vegas life for a while. The staff was great to communicate with and answered every question I had over the phone.

The Lapis spa was a lovely spa it was our very first time visiting and we really enjoyed it. They had so many lovely amenities and also a very cool towel performance event that was nice that I have never experienced. I treated my mom for her birthday to a massage and I got the spa day pass for myself. We enjoyed the spa together. I had a tour with Skylar and another tour with my mom after her massage with someone else. Although the other person was nice. Skylar who was my tour guide was so so welcoming, very friendly and knows a lot about the place!! She was also very enthusiastic and really gets you excited about the whole spa experience. She deserves a shout out so here I am shouting her out so hopefully her boss can know. Skylar was great thanks for making our experience lovely!! So far my mom is having a wonderful 70th birthday!

Best spa ever...as a massage therapist I'm usually disappointed 9 times out of 10 with my massage. Valma was amazing, she gave me the best massage I've ever had. She was super knowledgeable and I left feeling great. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. I would come back if I'm ever in Vegas again. I highly recommend it plus the amenities were incredible.

I had a spa day with my sister for her birthday. We booked the Hi-tide Celestial 2:30PM-6PM. The facilities are nice and relaxing. I really enjoyed the steam room, tropical showers and infrared event room. The event host was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about techniques and getting the best experience. However, I cannot honestly say I had a next level five star experience. The robes are slightly worn looking and the snack room is sadly lacking. I think a better idea would be to offer delicious fresh fruits, fresh squeezed juices, cheeses/crackers and wine wouldn’t hurt. After all it’s supposed to be a luxurious spa at a five star hotel. Step it up a notch Fountainebleu!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the luxurious Lapis Spa at the iconic Fontainebleau Casino Resort, and I am eager to share the exquisite details of my visit. Lapis Spa is a sanctuary that transcends time and place, nestled within the opulent confines of the resort. Inspired by the ethereal beauty of the rare Lapis Lazuli, the "stone of the heavens," this wellness haven offers an unparalleled experience that seamlessly melds ancient global traditions with cutting-edge technologies. The spa's unique features, such as the Star & Snow Showers and the Vitality Pools, create an immersive journey into the realms of renewal, leaving you intrigued and excited about the experience. The design philosophy of Lapis Spa is not just about aesthetics, but also about inclusivity. It invites guests to relax in an all-encompassing sensory experience transcending physical and mental boundaries. The space itself, punctuated by a calming palette and organic textures, invites a deeper level of relaxation, where wellness becomes not just a pursuit but a state of being. This emphasis on inclusivity ensures that every guest feels welcomed and comfortable at Lapis Spa. My chosen indulgence was the Odyssey Massage, a 60-minute voyage tailored to my unique needs, weaving together Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques into a masterful blend that was further enhanced by aromatherapy. The consultation before the massage ensured that every aspect of the experience was bespoke, crafting a highly personalized wellness journey. The therapist's expert hands worked in concert with the carefully selected oil, which awakened my senses and eased tension in my muscles with a precision that can only be described as artful. This massage embodied the heart of Lapis Spa's philosophy: a deep, intentional focus on customized care, muscle recovery, relaxation, and sensory elevation through the power of aromatherapy. It was an experience that left me profoundly rejuvenated, and any lingering stress felt as though it had been swept away on the tides of tranquility. The spa boasts a unique feature known as the Star & Snow Showers, which offers a tranquil snowfall shower experience to refresh the senses following a visit to the steam room in the enchanted area. This area perfectly captures the spa's approach to wellness, balancing playful elements with restorative experiences. The juxtaposition between the snowfall's refreshing coolness and the starlit atmosphere's soothing warmth creates a truly invigorating and calming sensory experience. In addition, the Vitality Pools, which are coed and equipped with a range of temperatures and hydrotherapy jets, as well as the breathtaking Stargazing Lounge, are at the heart of the shared experience at Lapis Spa, providing opportunities for both moments of solitude and meaningful connections with others. Throughout my visit, I was impressed by the immaculate facilities, from the showers and locker rooms to the finer details of the décor. The array of experiences offered—from the Celestial Waters, Steam Room, and Infrared Sauna to the Himalayan Salt Room and heated Tepidarium Chairs—ensured that every aspect of wellness was meticulously addressed. The attention to cleanliness and thoughtful design sets Lapis Spa apart from its contemporaries. While the staff regretfully curtailed the opportunity to photograph the coed Vitality Pools, it is a testament to the spa's commitment to preserving the sanctity and privacy of the space; this did little to detract from the overall celestial experience. The vastness of the facility left me in awe, with the discovery of spaces like the Reboot Lounge still to be explored on future visits. In summation, Lapis Spa at the Fontainebleau Casino Resort is an elite wellness destination that honors traditions while embracing present innovations. It crafts a transformative experience that leaves one feeling utterly rejuvenated and refreshed. I emerged with a renewed sense of vitality, and for that reason, I wholeheartedly bestow upon Lapis Spa the highest accolade: a perfect five-star.

I visited the spa this weekend and I can’t express how phenomenal the experience was. I had the East-West fusion 90 min massage that was the perfect blend of deep tissue and Thai massage stretching. Grace was my masseuse and she gave me one of the best massages of my life. The facilities are incredible. Both the women’s spa area and the co-Ed spaces were top of the art. In the event sauna we were led through a breath work session and then did cold plunges as a group. I can’t wait to go back. It was the perfect way to spend several hours.

I woke up with extreme muscle soreness a few days ago and was so thankful I was able to be squeezed in last minute. Sure enough, this decision was pretty life changing! I received a massage from Frank, who was the best massage therapist I have ever seen in my life. He is so knowledgeable and so in tune with the body. I’ve never had such a helpful massage in my entire life. Not only that, but his kindness alone will energize your day. Go see Frank!!

Loved this spa and really enjoyed our experience.. a number of amenities gives lot of options, the spa is modern, beautiful and clean. I received a massage from Heidi, who did a wonderful job… very thorough and professional in addition to having a very friendly disposition. I look forward to our next trip to Vegas as I will be booking again!

Outstanding experience - so clean and fresh - loved the no phone policy, peaceful and we could be present with each other. - went Labor Day weekend, spa day pass was sold to the max and it was not crowded at all - aufguss spa and cold plunge experience was phenomenal. We wouldn’t have been able to experience this without our instructor Jolie’s guidance - loved the snacks - coed area had so much (zero gravity chairs were our highlight!) and there’s so much more in the women’s area - service and individual attention is excellent. Leagued ahead of lapis in Miami! - just wish my bf wasn’t so impatient and wanted to stay longer 🤣

Really bad experience for a lgbt couple. I visited the spa with my fiancé, and we were both treated differently than other guests, which left us feeling uncomfortable. We are a younger couple, and my fiancé is also a woman—this may have contributed to how we were treated, but it shouldn’t have. While other guests received a full tour of the spa, I had to ask twice before finally being shown the amenities. It felt like our presence was an afterthought. Not sure if our younger age played into this. The food and drinks in the spa were also underwhelming. The selection was limited, and, surprisingly, I wasn’t allowed to take a bottle of water to go. I’ve stayed at other properties, like MGM, where this was never an issue. What was most concerning for me was the lack of consideration for guests with allergies. I’m allergic to nuts, and the little food provided had nuts mixed in the same containers as other snacks. Since I wasn’t able to leave the spa for a meal, this was quite frustrating. Overall, this visit left me disappointed, especially given my previous great experiences at Fountainbleau. I hope these issues get resolved, as this stay fell far short of the luxurious and inclusive experience I had expected. Like I said, I’ve been to many spas on the Strip, and this one was by far the worst. They didn’t even have basic essentials like tampons or Q-tips available for women. Do not waste your money! I don’t have any photos as they were told to be locked up.

recently visited Lapis Spa & Wellness in Las Vegas, and it was hands down one of the best spa experiences I've ever had! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. The facility itself is absolutely stunning—like nothing I've ever seen in Vegas. The space is beautifully designed, serene, and feels like an out-of-this-world retreat right in the heart of the city. GRACE my massage therapist, was phenomenal! I came in with lower back pain that had been bothering me for weeks, and after my session with her, I felt like a new person. Grace was attentive, knowledgeable, and customized my massage to really focus on relieving that tension. Her skill and care made all the difference, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and pain-free. The entire experience was made even better by the amazing staff. The assistants were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like I was a VIP. Lapis Spa & Wellness is a true gem in Vegas, and I can't recommend it enough. Whether you're in need of serious relaxation or therapeutic care, this is the place to go. Five stars, without a doubt!

I go every weekend but this vibe of deep house and electronic music killed my vibe, this is a Latin place for Latin people and this new concept of music of electronic music it’s killing the Carmen’s style that I used to like as a manhattan Latin club. Please new Latin dis for the party nights as old times🎉since the Latin music it’s not anymore the place it’s been empty most of its weekends

I recently got a massage from Grace and I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. She was amazing and truly helped release some of the knots that build up. I would recommend anyone that has pain to check it out it is truly a wonderful experience. The spa has many different services and it was a great all around experience.
