pj is the best at larchmont - i go every month through their subscription / membership. the spa itself is lovely and located right on the main street in larchmont. i recommend pj as a therapist. i’ve been going to him for over a year now and can feel a significant difference in my body.

IF MY HUSBAND AND I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS WE WOULD!! this place exceeded our expectations it was so relaxing and the ultimate couple's package was definitely worth it ;) the experience was very personalized for our individual needs we loved that they were so attentive and asked lots of questions about our preferences. everyone was so nice and genuinely caring. the massage was fantastic head to toe and really focused on specific areas, the facial was out of this world it was amazing not having to worry about my skin due to the fact that i am a survivor of cancer they are oncology approved she left my skin feeling soft and brand new she took the time to get to know me and helped me make a new skin care routine, we were so happy about the couples bath as well so relaxing and so immersive really gives you the time to connect with your partner and loved the fact that it was big enough for two :)... also loved the waiting area the place is so cute and relaxing THIS PLACE DOES NOT GET ENOUGH CREDIT IT MAY BE SMALL BUT DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER THIS WAS AMAZING!!! thank you to everyone that took care of us -Stephanie, and fernando

This is one of the most serene spas I have been to. The cozy atmosphere feels like a blanket of calm wrapped around you from one room to the next. The copper tub had just enough room for just the tub which allowed you to emerse yourself in the relief of tub jets without distraction. There is parking in front of the spa, but there is also a parking garage right next door.

"Unfortunately, that's how the cards have fallen." This is exactly what Dana, the front desk staff told me 45mins before my wife and I were to get a 90 min couple's Date night massage package for our anniversary. As we were fighting LA traffic to get to the spa, there was no kind gesture to help with this major inconvenience, other than they can reschedule us next week because they are fully booked. When we were told this, it sounded as if we weren't important enough for them to keep our business. We were told when we booked the massage, if we were to cancel within 48hrs of the massage appointment, we would still get charged. Imagine, if it was me or another customer canceling 45mins before the scheduled massage appointment? It is sad to say, we would have gotten charged the $525. This is very unfortunate, especially when we were recommended by a group of friends, who gave us a gift certificate for our wedding anniversary to this spa. I will tell them my experience, and I am sure we all will find another day spa that will have some type of compassion about our situation, especially on a wedding anniversary. I will not only relay this unfortunate experience to my group of friends, but to everyone I know in the neighborhood. If it was my business, I would have done whatever it took to help a couple on their wedding anniversary with either some type of compensation, or additional gift certificate because of the inconvenience. All we got from Dana, the front desk staff was, "That's how the cards have fallen." Nothing else. Sad.

Spend Valentine’s Day here and LOVED it! Super cute and relaxing spa. They had robes and slippers to use and lockers to leave belongings in. Massages felt great, sauna to use after, and yummy drinks to choose from. My boyfriend and I have been to many spas around the world, and this is our new favorite!

I love this place. The experience is so relaxing. You can wait for your massage (and stay afterwards) in a beautiful room with real fire, comfy sofas. They also have a dry sauna which is rare for massage places in LA. I took pregnancy and sport massages with Rachel and every time I leave relaxed and my pain points are relieved. They also have some parking spots which are appreciated in this busy area. I strongly recommend it!

My wife and I came here for her birthday. Wonderful spa! We did the couples copper bath with a full message and body scrape. It was very relaxing. The bathrooms were big and had great showers and nice amenities. It’s not cheap but not insane prices either for what it is. Well worth it!

The Asian girl that works the front is one of the most unfriendly people I’ve seen working in customer service, the place is not as nice as it looks in pictures and the guy who did my massage wore latex gloves! This place is also way overpriced for what it is. Avoid it!

This place is incredible. So clean, so friendly, so well thought out. The attention to detail is so appreciated. My fiancé and I booked the “rekindle” package. The bathtub room is BEAUTIFUL. So peaceful. Each of our massage therapists did an amazing job. Our massages were perfectly tailored to us and you can tell they were very knowledgeable on the body. They reached the root of our pain problems and focused on them without hurting us. Very in tune with the body. The sugar scrub was perfect and gentle but my skin feels so so soft. We had a little cabana outside that, even in the heat, was temperate controlled with a perfect breeze and so relaxing. You also couldn’t hear the traffic. It was like a different world. Still have no idea how they did that to be honest. We booked this for our anniversary, but are planning on coming back every month. Cannot recommend it enough.

I almost don't want to tell anyone that I got the BEST massage in my life here. This place is off a busy street, but once u go in, you are in a different world, relaxing, peaceful, calm, loving and clean! I loved my experience at Larchmont, the copper bathtub was fab, and the massage was out of this world.

I gave the spot 2 tries… Once with a deep tissue massage, and once with a facial. Sadly my personal experience was that SCOTT, the owner, is lax in hiring truly professional staff. The front desk was inaccurate and non-communicative on each occasion. This led to confusion in bookings, confirmations, and misassignment of proper treatments. The Deep Tissue massage which was supposedly from one of their absolute best (Ron), was underwhelming, and not helpful. The facial was better, tho more superficial and less cleansing that I was led to believe based on the conversation with both Scott, as well as the front desk. Pricing is high for what you’re getting, tho it is a beautiful location, and if mediocre is acceptable in terms of your spa treatments, this will likely be an enjoyable experience. For those seeking a truly great massage, just book across the street at healing hands – far more experience masseuses at almost half the cost ! One last note: did speak with the owner about both the laxness of his staff as well as a few other negative experiences and he “promised and promised to get back to me within a week. He never did so. It just seems that the attention to detail and customer concern at this place is sorely lacking.

This was so amazing!! The couples massage here was so great. It felt so unique and personalized. The masseuse really knew what she was doing and I loved being able to choose my own essential oil.

I asked for a soft massage and everytime I go anywhere for a massage I always ask for it "soft" but this one was just way way too soft. I also noticed she did less than 60 minutes. My partner was in the next room and they my masseuse stepped out two times and ended before my partners massage. Nothing too crazy, you get what you pay for though.

Paid $300 for couple massage and got very disappointed, jacuzzi was filthy and the massage was nothing but spreading oil on my body, the masseuse person was very weak, as much as I tell her to do harder, she couldn't. Very disappointed. Paid well got nothing

Had a body massage here and it is the best experience I had on this spa! The pressure is just right and the therapist is friendly. The architecture of this place is beautiful and organized. I highly recommend this spa to everyone!

Massage by man( can't remember name) was just ok. Kept rubbing in one spot making my whole body jump around on the already wobbly table. Loved the copper tub though. Wish I could just go for that and skip the guy masseuse.
