I had gotten cut by omar and it was a genuinely horrid cut, asked for 0.5 inch off my top and back and burst fade on the sides, he gave a decent burst fade however he proceeded to free hand my top and back and take off 2 inches. Furthermore he didn't use scissors, he used razor all the way thru making my hair come out extremely uneven, with some sides not even being touched. to add on, he gave me a taper on the back when i never asked for my back to be done, i asked for the sides to have a burst fade and that's all. i spent a year growing out my hair and i now have to get it buzzed because omar ruined my hair so bad that i have no choice other than to buzz. do not recommend, the worst haircut ive ever received in my life.

I went into the salon, showing a picture of what I want instead of foiling my hair she did global bleaching. She burned my hair. She knew she burned my hair. She chemically burn my hair. She wanted to do three clients at the same time my hair was sitting in a bath of bleach. My hair felt like a broom, and she knew and still charge me what she charged me without being honest and saying you know what I'm only gonna charge you a certain amount almost 6 months after I lost a lot of my hair until this day it is growing back. This was the worst place I could ever have had my hair done. I think when a stylist is trying to make money, they will do whatever it takes to make it if that means burning a clients hair I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, especially if you're planning on not losing your hair then I wouldn't go

Krys was really helpful cut my hair really short and kept the front long again thank you so much for coming to WVC and giving me a haircut I was very scared that my hair was going to be messed up but they did really great Thank you :)

I have never been so humiliated in my life as this company did. I went to a halloween party where they were present getting a haircut. The foundation they organized (The celebration foundation and Kind Hearts) probably paid them to promote haircuts for free to people. I stood in line with my 2 year old son for about an hour and a half when a representative of Laruce talked to a person who was behind me and then started the haircut of that person passing in front of everyone. I went to question her and she was aggressive and rude and yelled that I didn't have to complain because it was free and she passes whoever she wants in front of me. The person behind me appeared to be a friend of the salon representative. I was humiliated in front of several people and in addition she refused to cut my son's hair. We left very upset, not because my little son couldn't get a haircut but because this had never happened to us in hundreds of other events we went. We never have a problem with someone in our intere life in USA. Rude people don't have to be in front of a trade. Regretful attitude. Everyone around was absurd with such lack of education and humiliation of the representative of Laruce. The event was place on 10/30/2022. We are simple people and we just accepted all the humiliation and left. I will look for a lawyer to give a SUE in this salon so that this doesn't happen again with the next person. So sad but true.
